I had a problem with one crown from the beginning and it had to go back to the lab twice. Eventually the crown attached but recently I noticed it feeling loose three years later (they said they last 8-10 years). I went to another dentist for a regular cleaning and they said it was loose and that I should go to the doctor that installed the implant - so I called Dr Nasiris office and asked if they could reattach and they said there would be no charge unless it was cracked (which it's not) so I made an appointment with Dr. Nasiri. After waiting an hour, she came into the room asking why the other dentist hadn't fixed it because it was an "easy" thing to do. Well obviously I wanted to go back to her to fix it not another doctor. Then without even looking at my tooth while I'm in pain, the tables turned and she said it was actually very difficult and that I needed to be charged for the fix, after I was already told she could fix it and that it was "easy" for the other doctor. This dentist is clearly greedy and just looking to squeeze as much money out of her patients as possible. She doesn't like to fix the work she messed up in the first place.

I didn't need a diagnosis, since I told the dentist that my implant was loose. He decided to take a ct scan, charge me for it and charge me for his false "diagnosis." $290 later.. he told me I need a New crown and wanted me to pay $2900 to return for 2 more visits to "fix" it. I Declined his outrageous treatment plan, knowing my implant was just loose. I waited until Monday with no problems and went to my dentist Dr. John Vartanian (Newport Beach) who did the implant for me. He tightened the screw and I was out of there in 10 minutes for free. I believe SoCal Smiles owes me $290 back for their unnecessary scan and incorrect diagnosis. They were trying to sell me something I didn't need and I'm quite upset about how this was handled when I brought it to their attention. I would go elsewhere and not trust this place with your time or money.

The were drilling my molars to replace the metal filling and I told them they were shocking my face every time they touched it with the drill which was pretty painful, they literally asked me if I can just tolerate it rather than numbing me more. SMH I had a root canal with them done which got infected immediately. Not only that but they shaved my actual molar to almost non existent and kept making my gums bleed due to plying out their "temp" tooth. They are contracted with a dentist next door which helps with infected root canals. It makes me wonder if they purposely didn't care for me to send me that way. I've never had such an incompetent dental office. There's a reason why they are only open 2 days of the week now. If I could I would sue the sh** out of this place.

He did a thorough examination, gave me a preliminary explanation of the work I needed to do and was invited back for another appointment to go over everything in detail. When I returned, I was blown away. First, by the technology that he uses and secondly by how much thought and time he put into my needs before I had even given him a penny. I'm not going to lie, I was also blown away by the cost, but his staff worked out a payment plan for me and I have never been happier about my decision to have him do the work. My husband and kids are constantly telling me how beautiful my smile is again, and they are right! Dr Moss is an award winning general and cosmetic dentist. In the Last 25 years, my wife and I have been to five different Dental Offices for primary general…read moredental care at a minimum of twice annually as prescribed. In time, each of these offices became less transparent and more business-like with each upsell presented on a regular basis. We have been advised of a need for unnecessary dental work such as "Deep Cleaning, Gum Grafting and Flap Surgery, Dental Sealant, and additional x-rays." The upselling became the norm in each of these offices. After that, my wife started a search for another General Dentistry Office in the Irvine/Tustin areas. One of her many calls was to Trinity Dental Arts Office, Dr. Arsany Labib, DDS. She spoke with the Office Manager Juliet that day over a year and a half ago. Juliet answered a flurry of questions my wife had. In particular, we had suddenly been told that we needed "Deep Cleanings" by the previous Dental Office on Redhill. We had never had issues with our cleanings. Suddenly we need more thorough cleanings and were told that going forward we would always require a Deep Cleaning. Juliet responded to this inquiry by stating that the dentist, Dr. Labib would make a determination about necessity. Based on her experience with other new patients, this likely would not be necessary and appeared to be an upsell. Juliet advised us that due to my being on a blood thinner, the office required written consent from my Primary Care Internist to occasionally go off of the blood thinner for three days prior to my cleaning to minimize any bleeding from the gums. No other dentist had ever required this, however this is a thoughtful and necessary precaution for both the patient's care and the dentist liability. My Internist stated that I had a very mindful dentist who was taking great care and precautions on my behalf. If you have had similar experiences with General Dentists that are either Corporate in structure or too much of a business rather than a Dental Care Office, we don't think you can find a more professional, compassionate, and truly honest dentist than Dr. Arsany Labib, DDS. His character and expertise are directly reflected in his remarkable staff. Juliet is the Office Manager, supported by Dental Assistant Nancy, Marty, Maricruz, front office Joanna, and Annie. We no longer dread going bi-annually to the dentist for our check-ups. We look forward to our visits at Trinity Dental Arts.

I was a patient here for several years, and my recent experience was shockingly unprofessional. At…read moremy last visit, I asked a simple question about a 7 mm periodontal pocket that had been identified by the hygienist at my previous dental office. Instead of addressing the concern, the dentist spoke to me in an extremely rude, scolding tone and moved me to another room for what felt like a lecture, not a consultation. In all my years of dental care, I have never been spoken to like that. She also became visibly upset that I had returned to my previous dentist of 25+ years to replace a couple of crowns -- even though he guarantees his own work and replaces his crowns at no cost to his patients. My insurance only covers 60% of crowns with a yearly cap, so it made financial sense. Instead of understanding that, she interpreted my decision as a sign that I "didn't trust her," which was not the case at all. It came across as unnecessarily defensive and inappropriate. After this uncomfortable encounter, I requested a treatment estimate. I had to call three times over two weeks before I finally received my X-rays -- which were sent along with a dismissal letter containing inaccurate statements, including the claim that I was seeing "multiple providers." That is simply false. I saw one outside dentist, my longtime dentist, to have his own crowns replaced under his warranty. And since my insurance only covers 2 cleanings per year, I saw the dental hygienist at my old dental office for the extra cleaning which I paid for out of pocket. (She spends a full hour doing a meticulous cleaning and also does measurements, something I have never had done at Dr. Zareh's office.) I have already decided to return to my previous dentist, even though he is out of network-- someone who communicates respectfully, explains things clearly, and treats patients like adults, not as if they've done something wrong. Because of the rude communication, the condescending tone, the delay in receiving estimates (that had been an ongoing issue), and the unnecessary dismissal letter, I cannot recommend this office. I am hoping that the office can take this review as a learning opportunity to do better, rather than continue with an unnecessary defensive stance.
