This dentist and their office are absolutely terrible. The staff and the dentist are pushy and shady, and their whole operation is completely dishonest. They lied about cavities, upsold services aggressively, and billed me for procedures they didn't even perform, trying to scam me into paying more. I rarely leave reviews for establishments, but have no hesitation sharing my wonderful experience with Dr. Labib. I have had years of traumatic dental work done in the past, and I am usually full of anxiety before/during/after appointments (no matter the service being done.) From scheduling and greeting me for the the first appointment, it was smooth sailing. I felt welcome and able to express my nerves. The receptionist assured me that Dr. Labib was very gentle, but I still had my doubts. Today is my fourth appointment, and I could almost fall asleep on the chair. Dr. Labib and his team have been beyond reassuring and understanding of my fears. Everyone here has been non-judgemental and gentle. I have completed a root canal, fillings, and a crown- all of which I was extremely comfortable during the experience. I have nothing but love and gratitude for this particular practice that eased me away from my fears of the dentist. I had a lot of dirt for maintenance on my teeth. Additionally, I had several cracked teeth due to gnashing my teeth during seizures. It took several appointments to repair the damage, but Dr. Labib informed me of what was happening at every step of the way. He was very gracious and understanding about a patient's fears or hesitations. Staff love him. But more importantly, he's an excellent dentist. He is very gentle but relentless to get your teeth in shape. I was unable to pay the whole bill at once. I'm honestly shocked this place doesn't have more negative reviews. I went in for a routine checkup, and the doctor told me I had eight cavities and urgently needed multiple treatments--or else my teeth would basically start to rot. It sounded extreme, so I went to a highly reputable (and expensive) dentist for a second opinion. I even got a third opinion and turns out, I only had two cavities. The rest of my teeth were fine--just needed a good cleaning. No major issues, no urgent work. This place is either completely incompetent or deliberately misdiagnosing to make money. Either way, it's disturbing. There were also children sitting at the front desk when I arrived. I get that life happens, but it felt unprofessional and only added to my discomfort with the whole experience. Given my experience, I can't help but question the overwhelmingly positive reviews--feels like they might be paying for them or incentivizing them somehow. On top of that, most of their methods and equipment seem outdated and not up to the standards you'd expect from a modern dental practice. Be cautious. This office seems far more focused on profit than patient care. ****Response*****To clarify, the doctor did not present the diagnosis as preventative care. Instead, he made it sound extremely urgent and alarming, suggesting that if I didn't agree to all of the recommended procedures immediately, my teeth would essentially start to rot. It felt like an exaggerated scare tactic rather than a reasonable health recommendation. With all due respect, being told I had eight cavities when two separate, reputable professionals confirmed I only had two is an overdiagnosis, not just a difference in opinion. This was not a "quick" second opinion either. Both follow-up visits involved thorough evaluations by highly regarded dentists who took their time to properly assess my condition. Additionally, regarding the children, I was not referring to kids in the waiting room but to the staff's own children who were sitting behind the front desk. While I understand that personal situations can arise, it did not seem professional and only added to the discomfort of my visit. I stand by my original review. I have never felt comfortable at a Dentist Office before , but Dr. Arsany was so kind, professional, and hospitable. The quality of service is exceptional and the front desk is excellent, also SUPER friendly staff and a very clean office. Staff is very friendly and went over all my benefits details. I was able to choose from different financial options, which was something never offered to me in my previous dentist. This Dentist is the best dentist I ever went to. I was pregnant, and very concerned about my two cavities and getting anesthesia in my blood stream. Dr. Labib told me to not worry. He asked me "do you trust me" I said "yes I do". He mentioned to me that he will clean and fill my cavities with no anesthesia at all and it will also be painless!!!! I was so scared at first, but God, he did exactly what he told me. Cleaned and filled my cavities with NO PAIN AT ALL, showed me the before and after x-rays, he also explained me the x-rays to let me know what I am looking at and the difference.
