He also saved me from getting an unnecessary crown that had been recommended by another dental office just two weeks earlier. If you don't live nearby, he is absolutely worth the drive. I've always been someone who avoided going to the dentist unless it was absolutely necessary, but I can honestly say I've finally found a dentist I trust and plan to keep seeing for years to come.

Because of her professionalism, care, and consistency, I can trust her totally for my teeth cleaning. The dental office itself is always well lit and very clean. I am greeted with warm smiles from the front desk staff every time I visit. Also, their customer service is exceptional. Recently, when I needed to retrieve couple years of HSA out-of-pocket receipts, the front desk handled everything excellently. They organized, highlighted, and classified all the payments in detail, making the process incredibly easy for me. Tihis dental office consistently goes above in dental care and customer service. He began by learning the goals I had for my teeth and tailored an approach to those goals. Using images of my teeth he detailed what he's seeing, why it's a risk, how big of a risk it is, and most importantly how to address it. Other dentists I've visited simply suggested to do X,Y,Z but Dr. Rosales really showed exactly WHY he's recommending work. - Results: I couldn't be happier with the results. It was quickly apparent that Dr. Rosales' work addressed exactly what he identified as a risk in my first appointment. The irritation from getting food stuck in my teeth (as a result of poor work at a different dentist about 20 years ago) was completely gone overnight.

I didn't need a diagnosis, since I told the dentist that my implant was loose. He decided to take a ct scan, charge me for it and charge me for his false "diagnosis." $290 later.. he told me I need a New crown and wanted me to pay $2900 to return for 2 more visits to "fix" it. I Declined his outrageous treatment plan, knowing my implant was just loose. I waited until Monday with no problems and went to my dentist Dr. John Vartanian (Newport Beach) who did the implant for me. He tightened the screw and I was out of there in 10 minutes for free. I believe SoCal Smiles owes me $290 back for their unnecessary scan and incorrect diagnosis. They were trying to sell me something I didn't need and I'm quite upset about how this was handled when I brought it to their attention. I would go elsewhere and not trust this place with your time or money.
