I called same day to get an appointment and I was able to do so within less than half an hour. Thank you Fresh Dental & staff.

I had such a great experience here that I actually felt like writing a review right after my visit…read more From the moment I walked in, I noticed how bright and spacious everything felt. The decor and background music gave off more of a chill coffee shop vibe rather than a typical dental office, which immediately made me feel relaxed. One thing I really appreciated was how efficient everything was. They did the X-rays right in the same room while I was lying comfortably on the bed, instead of having me move from room to room like in most traditional clinics. After the X-rays, Dr. Sam came in right away and walked me through my dental health based on the images. Dr. Sam was incredibly patient and took the time to explain my dental health in a very clear and thoughtful way. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything, it felt like the recommendations were genuinely made from a patient-first perspective, not sales-driven at all. The hygienist was also amazing, she is gentle, professional, and attentive. She kept checking in with me throughout the cleaning to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. They even had a blanket and pillow available, which was such a small but thoughtful touch that made a big difference. On top of that, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, one of the best dental experiences I've had. Highly recommend!

I was having 0 teeth sensitivity nor pain. She estimated almost $3000 for my treatments with insurance. I got a 2nd opinion with a different dentist who said my teeth are fine, no need for gum cleanings or an invasive procedure, just need a couple fillings. Very disappointed with this office and will not be going back here

I came in asking to see how much it would cost to repair a chip in my tooth. Mind you I came in to ASK, and they said let's run an xray to get a quote. They did my regular teeth cleaning which is always abrasive and painful, and then proceeded to apply flouride on my teeth which they suggested will help for cleaning. After that they did my screening and charged me $300. Told me that was the fee for the flouride and xrays which weren't covered only my usual cleaning. WHICH NOBODY MENTIONED prior to me sitting down in the chair. It would be ideal to maybe run my insurance and mention to me that these xrays to fix the smallest crack on my tooth were not covered? I did a walk in at a dental place next door for Victoria Nguyen and she handled my problems with ease and avoided charging me any hidden fees. Do not go here, I wanted a quote to fix my tooth not a $300 xray and some dumb flouride that I did not know was extra...

CASH GRAB & AVOID DR. TRINH…read more First visit: I went in for a cleaning. That day my masseter muscle was swollen on one side. I'd never noticed it before and was very worried. I met with Dr. Trinh who spoke with me for a few minutes. She mentioned I still had all 4 wisdom teeth and suggested I get them pulled and get Invisalign. When she was done speaking I asked her about my swollen jaw muscle. She said "that's likely because of your wisdom teeth." I told her it did not feel like pain from my teeth, I've felt that before. It just felt like a soreness kind of like bruising or after exercising. She kept insisting it's probably wisdom teeth. So I asked her, "Is there nothing else that could be causing this? I want to explore all options before opting for wisdom teeth removal." She said, "That's the only cause I could think of." I asked her multiple times. LOL I actually have TMJ. I even told her I grind my teeth heavily and have tension there (I told her I wanted to get a night guard and she seemed disinterested. Maybe it wasn't enough $$ to care). She didn't take the time to provide care or think any further into my symptoms. Spoke condescendingly. You didn't even take the time to ask me for other possibilities, just wanted the cash grab from me getting all 4 impacted teeth removed. Also you only spoke to me nicely when trying to push products onto me. Second visit: I ended up getting a night guard my first visit. I picked it up and used it for about a week but my teeth were hurting. Scheduled this second visit to see what they could do for me. Unfortunately, it was Dr. Trinh again and she was consistently unpleasant. I show her which teeth are hurting. She asks me to put the nightguard on. She then proceeds to push on and take it off--back and forth & many times. She says, "it comes on and off well. There's nothing wrong with it." I say, "okay but it's hurting my teeth. The same ones every night and the pain lasts almost the whole day. Is this not going to damage my teeth?" She says it looks fine. I ask is there anything you can do for me? She says I can grind it out but no guarantees it will stay in ur mouth anymore. I just paid over $400 for the night guard obviously I don't want her to ruin it since she can't guarantee anything. So I ask her what else can we do. We go through a circular conversation where she essentially gaslights me saying my pain isn't valid and the night guard looks fine. Why would I waste my free time making appointments to complain about nothing?? Whatever. She says "what do you want me to do? There's nothing wrong with this." Again and again. I ask, "if there's nothing wrong with the night guard then why are my teeth hurting?" She just repeats herself and says "oh maybe night guard isn't for you. If you're hurting that bad, you shouldn't use it." Rly?? That's all u can try when I just spent over $400 out of pocket? She starts getting physically closer and closer to me and her hygienist/assistant starts lecturing me on how to use the night guard. Mind you, I am laying down on the dentist chair with two women getting way too close to me, speaking, & not letting me get a word in. I stand up to get them away from me. I say, "okay. it seems like you can't do anything for me I'm going to leave now." And I left. Never going back.
