This person is a fake. Makes it sound like it is an actual company with several employee's but there is only one and he is an Asian guy that has several aliases such as Mike and Jeff. This dude came to my home saying he was saving me time by not having me have to drive to his "office" even though I live in Lake Forest and he claims his office is in Mission Viejo. When he arrived he was an hour late, smelled like pot and was very very rude. He looked at my computer which I had first taken it to best buy and found out that all that was needed was to be cleaned and a system restore which would take no longer than 30 minutes but best buy was so behind that they would have needed my computer for several days and I need it for work and can't be without it. He told me that they were wrong and I had a bad virus in which restoring it would not do a thing. For some dumb reason I believed him and he told me that he would take it back to his office and return it in 2 hours promising that the entire total would not exceed $75.00 in which as it is he quoted me $40.00 an hour and that is supposed to be towards the total bill. Again, it should not take over 30 minutes even if it is a bad virus and wiindows needs to be restored all together. I know this because my wifes computer had the same problem and my nephew who is a computer tech fixed it but unfortunately he is serving overseas and cannot help me nor talk me through it on the phone. After 2 hours I did not hear nor did he come back like promised. I called his phone and nobody answered. They didn't even have a message saying the name of the company. Just a basic standard greeting voicemail. I began to get upset so I decided to drive to his office to see if he was there and come to my surprise THERE IS NO SUCH ADDRESS IN THAT BUILDING!! Even the suite numbers were totally different than what was on his fake buisiness card. Which was just a piece of thin construction paper he printed off line to his printer which wasn't even straight. I should have had a clue that this was a bogus company when I saw that and especially had an asian guy show up on drugs. Why on earth did I fall for it and give him my computer???? He's a good liar that's all I can say. Finally at 5:30 that evening which was 5 hours later he shows up at my house not even calling first and seemed even higher than before and now smelling like beer. He told me that there were various things wrong and that his associate was the one that spent 3 1/2 hours on it (at the office) and that the total was $140.00 plus the fee for windows and a 30 dollar fee for driving to and from my home to his office which again he stated was doing me a favor and never mentioned a fee. So now the total he says is $290.00 and I have no idea where these numbers are even coming from. I told him he was not getting this check from me and to leave my home. I gave him the 40 dollars in cash which was agreed between both of us. He threatened me telling me that if I didn't pay him by 8pm that evening he would slash my tires then kept on giving me ridiculous threats. When I asked him about his "fake office" he told me that it was a typo on the business card. I don't suggest ANYONE ever letting this loser come near your home less alone touch your computer. He was a nightmare and I still worry about this guy coming to my home. I have a wife and 3 little girls that I adore and don't need problems with a crazy fake computer tech. place is awesome! came in for macbook errors on my wifes laptop .. Works great now ! Mike totally explained how pc and macs can get viruses. I had no clue that mac could even get viruses lol. He took the time to explain that Apple users should use anti virus programs as well. He was so helpful he cleaned the lcd screen and inside the logic boards fan of any dust and particles. mike teaches a free class every other saturdays for protecting your home and office networks. This class is free can u believe it? When i dropped by this place after running into it by sheer luck. This place is directly in the medical buildings. i found the suite right away. Mike gave perfect directions to the parking lot area of his office here. Dont know why yelp deleted the other positive reviews but know for sure these guys are straight up legit! Mike also called me back to ensure that they guarantee all the work performed for me! I met his other team members so friendly and very in touch w customer service . Extremely nice and very helpful in pc repairs. Hi, My name is Julie, Recently I asked my next door neighbor for who to call for a local honest technician. OC computers name came up from my neighbor Bill Rio, A retired OC sherrif in San Clemente, California. He stated Mike and his team were very efficient, and has actually helped his Mother inlaw's pc several times in the past few years. With references like that, why wouldn't you call them. The problem was my outlook email, it kept getting clogged and when i tried to fix it myself, of course it froze. Mike came by and resolved our outlook issues within 4 hours, that included a system restore wtih the Dell disk I had, back up documents, email recovery and email set up on the new servers from cox. Wow, lots of mixed feelings. I actually really like this company- they've done a couple of things for me- they even configured some stuff most techs don't even know HOW to do. Lisa- I've actually been to that office. It IS location- just a small 2-roomer- not really a full office, but definately real. You should probably learn the definition of lible, because it doesn't look like fraud went on here. If you don't work in tech, you don't get that those people can't be at your beckon call- stuff always takes longer than you think. I work in a doctor's office. Is your doctor fraudulunt for being late, or because something is more expensive than he thought? What about your mechanic? That's why they're called "estimates." awesome service ! very fast response to our call. The technician came out very fast and took care of everything that I needed with my home network. Mike came out and installed a new wireless wifi router. THen hooked up my daughters computer to a new printer they had brought over. My wifes laptop had trouble connecting, and he also took a look and set up a new password / wpa key for her new hp laptop. He also went to my garage and climbed into the attic to drag a cat 5 cable to the other side of the guest living room outside. He only charged additional $25 to crawl up to my old dusty attic. :) better than a electrician i may add. We will for sure use them in the near future or when we have pc probs again! read more

This place was amazing, great computer technicians that know their work! My husband called them up to retrieve data off the old hard drive of our broken laptop. Mike answered the phone and stated that it would require less than 2 hours. He told me that they would send a tech named Jeff. He showed up within the hour! He then took the laptop hard drive back to their shop and backed up the disc drive to an external hard drive we provided them. Got off all the data we wanted for less than $90. A far lot less than other quotes i had called for earlier that day. Definitely will use them again. read more

Found them off of yelp here. Needed a technician to work on my motherboard on my Windows PC. It was running Windows 7, so I thought it was just bad software. It was slow and kept freezing. Me and my wife went to their office in Mission Viejo by the mall, the tech seemed very knowledgeable so we asked if he could take a look. Mike told us he would call us within an hour and which they did. He told me is was just a ram issue, what a relief for me and my wife. I'm Sandy Sites from DWI water escape in Laguna Niguel. I called in today and the technician Jeff picked up right away and ask what was wrong with my Laptop. I stated that my laptop could not connect to our server and main frame's data folders. He sent Mike out within 2 hours, and told me they charged $50 per hour. When Mike showed up, he immediately went to my laptop that was having issue with our network. He spent approximately 1 hour and 30 mins to fix the network printer settings and folders on my desktop! Very helpful in finding out the problem on my laptop. I searched online an OC Computer techs came up on my google phone. I saw their reviews and was satisifed and confident to call them to use them to retrieve the hard drive from my Mac Book. They charged me standard rate of $45/hr for the online special they were running this week. I Dropped off my Mac book, got a call 4 hours later. I called them this morning, and realized that I yelped the wrong area. However the tech, Mike told me they would travel to Buena Park as well to take care o our networking problem. Jeff got here on time and helped us with a firewall issue, that myself could not take care of. He also helped us with some server issues we have been having for quite some time. We found OC Computer on Yahoo. We saw they were right around the corner and they also made house call. That made it convenient for my family, since we have over 8 electronic devices that consist of laptop, mac router and 6 PC desktops in my house. The tech stated they were coming with in a 2 hours from the initial call. He got right down to business and finished less than 2 and a half hours, just like the initial quote came in from his boss. I had called to inquire about the glass replacement on my Samsung galaxy tablet, she told me to bring it in. no appointment necessary. which was great becuz I hate waiting 4 hours just to get an appointment at some other techs on here. My cousin found this place next to their apartment. I am so glad they told me to go here for my dead pc's hard drive. Very professional and reasonable for repairs. Jack immediately gave me a free diagnostic within 30 mins at their store. It just need a power supply, total cost was $75. What a deal. Best buy wanted $190, plus a $99 diagnostic fee.
