Only after this experience did I discover multiple reviews dating back to 2017 describing similar behavior: taking upfront payment, failing to deliver, and not issuing refunds. This indicates a consistent pattern, not an isolated event. I no longer believe this was an oversight or poor service. I believe I was misled, and I am now taking steps to report this behavior to consumer protection authorities. I selected this provider through the Wix Marketplace, trusting that Wix would vet and monitor listed professionals. This situation has disrupted my business and caused financial harm. Amir took my $8k deposit and left me stranded. He couldn't even man up and tell me the truth, just kept dragging me along telling me that he was working on it and it was almost done. He did not have the skills to build an iOS app but told me he did in hopes of learning as he went. This is BS. Don't trust Amir or Aryosys. I am having my lawyers work to get my money back with damages for lost time and revenue. I should have know when his best employees started leaving him that there was something wrong. One of them told me they were leaving because they didn't like working with Amir. That should have been my warning.

I made it clear that I wouldn't be paying one cent over the agreed upon amount and scope of work and ended up getting into a fight with the rudest man possible, "Jonathan Ward". After him wanting to charge an extra $1500 for a mobile website, he came down to 50% off and continues to try and poke for more money, reminding me about all the time and work that's been put into the project (five weeks after the start). I then say that I just want to cancel and get a full refund in which he then says I can have a mobile website for free.
