We first hired Website Muscle in 2014 to redesign a website for our Interior Design Company. We were impressed by their workflow process, attention to detail and quick turn-around times. When it came time to redo our website this year, once again we turned to Website Muscle. And once again they did not fail to impress! With little more than a zoom call, Sam and Tyree were able to get sense of how our company has changed and delivered a site that truly represents our new brand! They are a great team to work with and I highly recommend them! read more

Sam and his team are professional, talented, and provide excellent customer service. If you are a small company looking for a clean professional web presence and you want a one stop shop to help you build the site you want, these are the people to work with. We had spent a month working with another design services company a national brand that promised the world. The product we got from them by their own omission was terrible, they offered to rebuild with a new designer who was booked for six weeks and would then need 4-6 weeks to build it out. I was looking at 3-4 months from the start of the project to the estimated completion date, and a product I didn't love. That is when I called Website muscle. They stepped in and listen to myself and my two partners who all 3 had different views of what the site should be. They blended our ideas and build a wonderful site that all three of us love. They helped with layout, graphic design, content, images, everything top to bottom. The product is clean, and engaging. So much so that our largest competitor reworked their site 2 months later copying the product website muscle helped us build. Now for the best part, instead of a 4 month wait the national brand offered me, the quoted me 2-3 weeks to get the site up. Well the site was up and running in under two weeks. Something all other competitors told me was impossible. Highlights** Fast In person meeting Top to bottom service offering Graphic Talent Final statement: The site has been up for 5 months now, I have contacted website muscle several times for minor tweeks, or even a possible addition of an extra page. Sam has always helped right away, and provides most of the help as a point of service only charging if I come to him with something very time consuming. This is the guy to go to if you are a small business on a budget and need big business support. I can not recommend someone more strongly. read more

As the owner of a small law firm, my partner and I had a very specific idea of what we wanted. We wanted a web site that could differentiate itself from other legal websites with a modern look, but at the same time appear professional and appeal to potential clients. I can honestly say that Sam was able to achieve all of our goals. Many of our clients and colleagues are blown away by how great our site looks. I know some people may be tempted to try to build their own website, or use a cookie-cutter pre-built one. I cannot tell you how strongly I recommend against this. Your website will appear cheap, and in turn your business will not give off the impression that you desire. I recommend spending a little extra time and money and having a custom made site done for your business. And if that is the decision that you make, you cannot go wrong with Sam and Website Muscle. read more

They were able to handle anything we wanted or had questions about and provided a lot of expert suggestions. We will continue to use them for updates on a monthly basis! read more

Website muscle is the best website company I have ever worked with! They are very professional, very down to earth company of people and they respond within minutes to any addition or inquiry I had. I will definitely being hosting with them as well as referring them as many people as I can! I loved how they drew up contracts for me and delivered on time when they said they would. I previously worked with 2 very flakey web designers and they could never match my site to my personality and what I am about. Sam and his wife Tyree came into my office to get to know me, took notes about my profession and delivered the perfect website in 30 days! Instead of me scared to ever go onto my website because it sucked, I can't help but boast about it and share my site with everyone! Tyree wrote my entire site without me having to do any of the work........This experience has changed my business and my outlook on website companies. I will always stay with Website muscle! I met Sam through a professional organization we were both part of. He mentioned that he makes modern websites which is what I was looking for. I can't say enough about how great of a job he did. He took a concept of ours and made it into reality. Every small minor detail he incorporated without question, and was also able to create a lot of his own designs simply from a few sentences instruction on what we were looking for. Everyone loves the site too. As for Sam himself, he takes care of you the whole time, is tremendously responsive in both returning emails and also making changes to the site, and you can definitely trust him to stick around until its done and even afterwards. Moreover, his price is very reasonable for the quality of work and responsiveness you get. read more

My website was originally created in 2001 and I had spent a considerable amount of money having it updated over the years. That was the problem. Every time I had to change something or add new content, I had to rely on a web developer to make the changes in html and then I had to review it and correct the errors. I became hesitant to do anything new or change content because I knew it would be expensive and fraught with problems. When I contacted Website Muscle, I was concerned whether they would take a fresh look at my website and set it up so I could maintain it myself. Using WordPress, I got much more than I ever expected. They transitioned the content from my old website to a new one and used a new format. Being a perfectionist at heart and wanting to create content myself, I am amazed at how easily I can add and update the content in real time. Website Muscle helped me to understand, and learn, how to do almost anything I want to do with the content, and learn when I need to turn to them to let the experts make certain changes. Whenever I called to suggest that it would be nice if we could do this or that, they would soon get back to me with it done or they would explain to me how I could do it myself, if i preferred. It was refreshing to find Website Muscle.. I love my new website and the ability to make changes whenever I want is saving me a lot of time, and money!. read more

Cory, Sam and the entire crew at Website Muscle take service to another level. The website I had was okay for a new business, but at 6 months operating we knew it was time to step it up. I can't believe the difference between what we had and what we have now!!! The best part (aside from the fact we are now proud to show our customers our website) is that our bounce rate went down dramatically - by 30% -and our closing ratio from online leads increased. I got referred to Sam by a phone book company (yellow book) and I was very happy with what I got for the price. Our company with the price of a full page ad in the weekend paper I now show up on the first page of Google for what I think I should show up for. He takes his time doing it but Long after the web page was up he is still making changes to the site at no charge. Sam Nelson was a pleasure to work with. He designed a website to my exact specifications and also provided me with other creative options to integrate into my website. Sam was responsive to my many emails, made revisions to my website in a timely manner and had a friendly attitude throughout the entire process. As a business owner, a website is particularly important, because quite often, it is the first impression that a potential client, and the public as a whole, will have of you and your business. Accordingly, a professional website is imperative. With this in mind, I had a very specific idea as to what I wanted and Sam made it happen. Sam maintained a great balance of professionalism and friendliness and produced a website that I am proud to display on the web. I am grateful for and very happy with the website Sam created. I highly recommend Sam Nelson with Website Muscle as a web designer. If you would like to see Sam Nelson's work in action, check out my website at: kdglegal.com read more

Over promises, too fast with too many assumptions. In our experience the team did not listen correctly and built a site that we can Not use. Non of the content we requested was loaded properly and low resolution images where added. They were more concerned about following a timeline rather than a one on one approach with more communication. Nice group but beware. read more
