One of the worst experiences I've ever had. In no way do I recomend this company to anyone for any reason. I own a small buissness and not tech savy in any way. First off I hired Austin to do SEO work on my website which he completed for me without any problems. Then out of the blue my website crashed and was down for weeks. I have used iPage as my host since 2011 without any issues but he told me that it was the fault of iPage and that it was my problem to deal with. iPage insisted that it wasn't their fault and that the server did not go down. I decided to let that go with him. He then talked me into migrating my website over to wordpress due to the fact that my website was an Apple iWeb build and acording to him, antiquated and problematic, so I had him do this for me as well. Once he did it I lost all of my rankings. This went on for over a month with him telling me that my rankings would come back. Nothing. I finally wound up paying him again to fix the SEO which he failed at acording to a new SEO person that fixed it for me. I also paid him to create an email signature for me that turned out to be totally worthless. I eventually wound up hiring someone else. I was gun shy and out of money at this point but I had no choice. I needed to get my website fixed. I had been losing money now for two and a half months thanks to Austin. I was lucky I found someone who came to my place and showed me all the sloppy work Austin did. There was no way that google could rank me with so many errors caused by Austin's sloppy work. He dumped my entire website onto one page, It was seven pages before migration. google could never index it. No site map. No Robot text. He constantly would ask me to write a review even before any results. I am happy to say that the new person that I hired fixed all the issues and enhanced my website, and for half the price that Austin had charged me. His response below is BS. read more
