Our blog and travel brand requires tons of content for our social media audience. Finding a talented creative team that can manage all of our media needs was hard. We have been so fortunate in working with this talented team. They have been so great at teaching us so many things and our videos reach our audience in such a more captivating way. They've been able to put craft and produce our Cuba, Hong Kong, Paris, and Prague video campaigns. They manage our media needs so that we can focus on growing our brand. I highly recommend their content production and advertising services. Wish I could upload a one minute video on Yelp. They are just damn amazing.

First off, the positives:…read more Anthony put a lot of care into making our videos look nice. He hired some great talent who put a lot of effort into making sure I was happy with the final product. You can tell that the quality of his work has significantly improved over the last few years. Now, the challenges: The people he referred to do marketing truly dropped the ball. I was passed off twice -- once to a secondary marketer, and then to a college junior. I was told that even though I would be working with a college junior that I'd be under the guise of the head marketer who is a college professor in business. They were hard to get ahold of and not sure how to proceed with any of our requests. At one point I was verbally promised results because they'd had so much experience with similar events in the past. Instead I ended up spending a total of $5700 on ads for zero return. Literally, zero. Since then I've consulted with a lot of other marketing firms who've specifically pointed out every single way they dropped the ball: -Lack of a funnel -No A/B testing -Not finding a way to retarget ads -Not installing a pixel right away -No regular reporting or updates I'm truly disappointed with the amount of money we've had to spend with little to no communication from the company afterwards.

I was the only one in the store and when I went to the pick up counter the staff member told me she would be right with me. I proceeded to stand there while she was coaching another staff member...... they were going back and forth arguing about the situation and I was literally 5 feet from them. After 5 minutes they continued to talk and ignore me- I felt bad but I just had to interrupt to ask again if I could just grab my order. It was so uncomfortable and there was not even an apology. I have seen a few other reviews on here comment on the etiquette of the team, I obviously echo that this needs improvement. Buuuuuut the store was clean, prints look good (simple online ordering), and it's in a fab shopping center connected to all the fun stores (5 Below, Tj Maxx, Home Goods, Dollar Tree, Ralphs, CVS, etc ) so it's super easy to get a bunch of errands done or just browse.

Customer service is so lagging. I came in to return Amazon purchases, in the middle of the…read morereturning process the lady had to pack up the Amazon box because it's full. So I had to stand there watch her print a label, tape it up and move it to another location slowly before she can finish my returns. In the meantime a line started to form behind me. There is a more efficient to do this, I have seen it in other Staples. Start another box, pack it up when there's no customers waiting. We had better services here in the past buying products. Maybe it's just an off day.
