If there's one industry that takes the cake for producing bad work it has to be SEO. I've hired three different companies from three different states over the last 2 1/2 years and they've all been horrible. I basically gave up on the whole thing 6 months ago and just doubled my Adwords budget. Unfortunately, one of my competitors has been doing something black-hat (I haven't figured out what yet) and my ROI on Adwords has dropped like a rock too, so I was basically hosed. Out of desperation, I went to Google and saw a bunch of good reviews for Bliss Drive. I can't really over-praise them for the experience I had as it has been the only good experience I've ever had with an online marketing company. Their manager was perfect and really helped me figure out a strategy that made sense and was within what we could afford. He got me back on track by building me a completely new website and cleaned up my paid search. It's only been 6 months but I'm seeing large increases in conversions from my new site! They've been wonderful! read more

Before I partnered with Bliss Drive, I signed a contract with another SEO company that lasted three years. In those three years, my website ranking barely moved, and my website wasn't even visible in my local search rankings and directories. One of my friends launched their business last year, and their website rose to the top of Google's rankings in their niche. She also possessed a stellar website, and almost all of her customers were organically drawn by her online presence. After weeks of contemplating, I spoke with her about how she was able to achieve those results in such a brief time period, and she only had two words to say: Bliss Drive! She suggested I work with them to better my business and gain a higher return on my marketing budget, so I took her up on her offer. So far, Bliss Drive has been everything she said it was. They're responsive, friendly, and they get things done according to schedule. I have achieved more with them in five months that I have ever received from my previous SEO company in three years! read more

I used Bliss drive for approx 4 months to build a web site and to begin SEO. Richard was a nice guy, but not happy when you have requests on building your site. All the work was sub Contracted to the Philippines which meant we were never going to have a conversation on plans or be able to communicate our company needs. this was a disaster and the result was a very lackluster web site with SEO misspelled and trade terminology horribly represented. Richard wanted me to be understanding, and admitted the web site didn't come out how he had hoped. He also started a PPC campaign for us, he touted how he was great with this trade I'm in. He was prepared and began to Demolish my budget by not having a base negative keyword list on hand. Most companies that do ppc start with a neg keyword list for that scope or trade so they don't crucify the client with wasted clicks. Not Bliss Drive... Very disappointed in this company and the response.. I'm having everything redone with SCORPION... TRY THEM BEFORE THIS COMPANY.. just my opinion read more

Their price ranging from exceptional marketing service and website results are very good. Through the ages, we've seen our business and companies develop rapidly and are very pleased to continue our journey working them. Thanks to Bliss Drive! It is an absolute pleasure to work with you. Richard is an extremely knowledgeable person. From architecture to back and front end development, he knows everything which a web project might need. And in case he is unaware of something, he always manages to come up with a solution, For some backend development work, he suggested me a programmer, who was by far the best programmer I have ever worked with in the past 20 years. His problem solving skills and his ability to come up with quick solutions made my job much easier. I have to deal with plenty of clients at once and it is never easy to manage the needs of so many clients at once. But thanks to Richard, it was possible. Currently, he is helping me with SEO for my website so that it can get a batter rank in the search engines. I was having a problem setting up Google Analytics and a friend recommended Bliss Drive to me. I left a message on their voicemail and was pleasantly surprised at the speedy response I received; I had not expected a reply so quickly! I had tried to set up Google Analytics myself and had somehow made a mess of it as it wasn't installed on my website properly and Google was blocking things on my site and did not know how to fix it. The young person who contacted me answered all my questions thoroughly, kept me constantly informed about what was being done and explained all the things that I didn't understand. Bliss Drive worked quickly and efficiently to correct the errors by unblocking the pages, correctly the install codes, enabling e-commerce, display advertising, and Google webmaster tools. Initially, I believed that hiring a SEO company would be suboptimal, primarily since I already had a marketing team on staff. Though, when I noticed that my competitors were all ranked ahead of me on major search engine results, I knew that something had to give. I decided to work with this company because of the many testimonials and reviews that promised the excellent service Bliss Drive provides. To my surprise, these accounts were very accurate. After a lengthy phone conference with SEO manager, I learned quite a lot about why my website didn't rank well and the solutions that could be implemented to rectify the issue. Within a few months, I received the top Google and Bing rating in my niche, and I am currently capitalizing on new revenue opportunities that I never thought was possible. Thank you Bliss Drive! read more

Booked strategy session online appointment. Calendar reminder went to junk email. My Fault, but also did not receive a phone call follow up about missed appointment. So i marked it as safe. Booked an online appointment again to give another chance and promptly waited in Rich Fong's personal meeting room. Its been 31 minutes and no meeting has started. Its unfortunate. I had alot of confidence going with Bliss Drive SEO to build my marketing strategy. I don't write alot of reviews, but this one really disappointed me. I'm sure Bliss Drive SEO is busy and as a small business, i can understand priorities can be shuffled sometimes. But communication is everything and was not communicated to me. Good Luck. I know you did not get a chance to spend time with me, but i decided to spend time on you to write this review read more

I took a leap of faith opening my very own business about a year ago. One of the first decisions I made was choosing Bliss Drive to handle my SEO. I was honestly discouraged initially because I spent some time trying to figure out how SEO works on my own, and I couldn't see any meaningful results. While working with their team, I was constantly informed throughout the entire transformation process for my website. It was then that SEO started making sense, and I was amazed at this company's methodical approach to augmenting my SEO. A few months later, I started seeing positive results and I couldn't be happier. I would happily recommend Bliss Drive to anyone starting a new business. They definitely live up to their claim as the premier SEO company. read more

I met their team about a year ago when I decided to expand my business into a new area and wanted to start a web marketing campaign to do so. I interviewed several local and no so local firms and without question bliss drive was my best choice. Their initial proposal was the most thorough and professional I received and their pricing is straightforward and comfortable for my budget. That's actually one of the things that impressed me the most about them, a ton of places I contacted, particularly the local ones and I really wanted to stay local, wanted nothing to do with me. My budget, approx 1500 per month, just wasn't big enough for them. Most wouldn't even pitch me, and those that did were just not as detailed as the bliss drive team. read more

Since my new website has become active I can truly say that this firm is a reflection of my company as well. I spoke with a number of vendors before selecting them to work on my website and it's one of the best business decisions that I've made. They are superb people to work with. Always willing to take the extra time to explain the work that has and will be done; they provide a number of options for each page and explain the benefits and impact of each one; and sincerely wanted my website to be the best it could be. The final product is much more than what I envisioned, and needless to say, I am much more than pleased. I recommend them for any business, large or small. They surely are some of the best at their craft. read more

As a small company, we were looking for a reasonably-priced design team to help us bring to life the website we had in mind. The Bliss Drive team offered the same services as competitors three or four times the expense and provided examples of their work to back up their talent. The design elements we required were - at times - specific and unique, and the Bliss Drive team not only created our vision but provided guidance and insight throughout, leaving us with a finished product better than we had hoped. The team has continued to provide assistance and instruction after the release whenever we need it. The site looks and functions beautifully and has most certainly had a positive impact on our business! read more
