I read the reviews of other Yelpers and totally agree Captain Chad and the staff of the marina are…read moreso incredibly nice. The marina has anything that you'd want from a 7-11 or bodega so stock up and give them the business (including local favorite ice cream sandwiches from Surfing Spoon). But I know why you're reading this and it's why I looked to Yelp also. Chad is super knowledgeable and made our charter so safe and enjoyable for our family. We had my dad and my 7-year old son. My dad has fished his entire life, but my son and I haven't. As others mentioned, Chad keeps the bait stocked and makes sure all have an enjoyable time without the worry. We caught sooo many fish and the trout tasted so incredibly fresh. We will be sure to put Chad into our OBX roladex and call him for our next excursion!

Over the course of 4 hours, we never had time to eat because we were so busy catching fish! We went home with over 20 keepers and a basket full of blue crab! My 11 year old son caught a ton and Chad was there each time to help all us bait, net, and navigating the experience! Thank you, Captain Chad!

Our captain, Aiden, was an amazing and fun person to take us on our tubing adventure, and even tried to get me knocked off and fall into the water, which was super fun, but he was unsuccessful ! He even taught us a bit about dolphins (by far one of the coolest things I learned from a tour guild that was not a part of the experience). Not only was the tubing experience really fun, but I and my family also had a fun time just being there, and Aiden made 10x better with his fun and positive attitude and enthusiasm that he brought. And I guess the clothes are pretty great too I'm just kidding, they are actually like so comfortable, and I think are a much needed purchase because of the comfort and selection of the colors of the clothing they sell! I will definitely be asking to come back in the future whenever we are in the area! Thank you Nor' Banks for making the out to Duck so fun! -Owen
