Our captain, Aiden, was an amazing and fun person to take us on our tubing adventure, and even tried to get me knocked off and fall into the water, which was super fun, but he was unsuccessful ! He even taught us a bit about dolphins (by far one of the coolest things I learned from a tour guild that was not a part of the experience). Not only was the tubing experience really fun, but I and my family also had a fun time just being there, and Aiden made 10x better with his fun and positive attitude and enthusiasm that he brought. And I guess the clothes are pretty great too I'm just kidding, they are actually like so comfortable, and I think are a much needed purchase because of the comfort and selection of the colors of the clothing they sell! *this is a cross posted review* I really wanted to take the time to shout out Pirate Parasailing…read more This is my 2nd time with them -- but they really went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a positive one. For starters, we had a cancellation so at last minute they worked it out to where we were able to pay a difference to let our other person go from Observer to Flyer! My mother had a stroke last month or so which effected her vision, which in turn effects her balance / way of getting around. As you could imagine walking on a moving pier, a shaky boat, and down some steps would be difficult. However, Captain Nolan, Jack, and even the other two riders that were with us REALLY went above and beyond to help my mom. They assisted her, helped her up, guided her, and really accommodated her. Our main concern was having my mom stand up on edge of the boat while we were hooked up but instead they allowed my mom to sit down and they brought the hookups to her. I could go on and on. The flight and experience itself was great! People were nice , landing and takeoff was smooth, and most importantly we felt safe! Thanks Captain Nolan, Stephen & Jack for really making my mom's FIRST experience a great one. She had a great time and enjoyed her outing. I really cant thank you enough for making her feeling comfortable and at ease. We will be back soon!

We had so much fun out on the rolling seas! Sailing high above the shore in the parachute, it was…read moreso peaceful and perfect! Once back in the boat, we got to enjoy watching the other three groups of people have their turn. Each group (couple) got to be in the air about 5 minutes, then get dipped in the water toward the end, then back up in the air before landing on the boat. The rougher the water, the more likely someone will get seasick while riding in the boat. The operators provide sick bags and have an awesome sense of humor! And a great playlist!

This place was SO fun! We started off at a dock, and a boat came to pick us up (driver was really…read morenice!) We were dropped off at a boat in the middle of the water. And we met our drivers. Hailey and Pierre. They were SO nice, and funny and really engaged with us which was awesome! They gave us clear directions and helped us through it. They helped us get on our harnesses to go parasailing. They even dipped our feet in the water (with permission of course!). I would 100% do it again! They helped us on and off the boat,. And they have many payment options which I found helpful. All I can say is I would do it again, and you should do it. And if you get Hailey and Pierre you're lucky! (If the director is reading this give the two of them a raise!) So yes a 5/5 stars would be reasonable for this!

The training session provided by John (I hope I caught his name correctly) was perfect for the whole group, which was a mix of newbies and folks who had ridden before. This one was fantastic! Pat and Eduardo helped us onto the boat, secured our life vests and then told us to give us a thumbs up or down if we wanted them to go faster or slower. The speed was perfect (fast enough to be bumpy, exciting, and fun, without being scary or dangerous). Toward the end, we gave a thumbs up and got some great thrills and big splashes in!
