When we arrived, we were greeted by a young man who was ready to help. Since we were just browsing, we had a look around. They don't have a ton of options at this location (they have another on Phillips). When we looked at kids bike prices, it gave me a bit of pause. The "cheapest" one we found was over $400 (maybe I'm old, maybe I'm cheap, I don't know), but I wasn't expecting to pay over $400 for a bike. In the meantime, all the staff looked knowledgeable, were able to answer any questions, and they do repairs in house, so this would be a great location to get your bike serviced at.

I called back and spoke to Jeff and explained my situation. He said they're really busy and wouldn't be able to get to it today. I asked about next weekend or the weekend after. From a financial standpoint, I received a great deal on a full suspension. They spent the additional hour tailoring the ride to meet my individual characteristics. Ranging from seat adjustment, replenishing the tubeless tires with sealant, adjusting loose levers, modeling best practice strategies to ensure longevity. End outcome?
