[[HIGHLIGHT]]If you're looking for a roomy spot to meet a bigger crew, Oasis is an easy choice. My group of eight rolled up and the place handled us comfortably -- lots of open space and tables that actually fit larger gatherings without everyone feeling squeezed in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Drinks They use Rishi tea which is solid and the boba was chewy and fresh. Nothing outré, just reliably good and consistent. Food We ordered popcorn chicken and waffle fries. Both arrived crisp and hot; the chicken had a nice seasoning and the fries kept their crunch even after a few rounds of passing them around. Perfect for sharing. Seating [[HIGHLIGHT]]The stools are a mixed bag -- they look modern but aren't great for long hangs. If you plan to linger for hours, you might end up standing or shifting around a lot. Maybe that's intentional to keep turnover moving, but worth noting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service Staff were friendly and efficient -- quick with orders and happy to accommodate our larger group. Overall [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great for casual meetups and group catch-ups when you want good boba and shareable snacks in a spacious setting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Strawberry lychee snow w/ lychee jelly

This is an interesting place to review because I usually rate boba shops purely on the taste of the drink. But I don't think that would be fair for Oasis. The drink itself was good but nothing super special, I got the strawberry & lychee snow with lychee jelly and no modifications on the sugar; it was a little sweet and syrup-y but the snow itself was delicious and the flavor was nice too - would say it's around a 4.3/5. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But what is great about this place is that it's open late night (until midnight) and inside there's simple board games that you can enjoy with friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's plenty of places to sit inside and the tables are big enough to sit with larger groups of friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was fine, they let us stay a little past midnight to finish our chess game. 4.9/5 One quick note: I've heard the food here is pretty bad. I saw the popcorn chicken and curry, it looked pretty dry and it my friends didn't seem to enjoy it for the taste. Overall, 4.6/5.

Oasis will always have a special place in my heart because a friend first introduced me to it when I visited Seattle long ago. After an informative visit at the Wing Luke Museum, we came here to grab a bite (popcorn chicken FTW) and boba and catch up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This was one of the largest boba places I've ever been to, and that night it was hopping with activity with lots of patrons having fun and enjoying boba.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Located at the heart of Chinatown (very close to a Link station), there are plenty of great restaurants and community orgs nearby, giving it a warm, welcoming feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There are also lots of drink options, and sometimes they have seasonal drinks you can try too. You're able to customize the sweetness level and select from a large menu of cold and hot drinks alike. I can't visit Seattle without visiting Oasis!

Overall, Oasis is a decent boba shop. It's been the OG spot for years but with so much more competition now theirs much better options. I got the Fruity Pebbles Blended drink. Sometimes I'll get the Pineapple Blended. It taste great but at times there's some inconsistency. Such as having ice chunks. I would still give it a try for yourself. They have many options & you'll be bound to find something of your liking.

Peach Milk Tea with Mango Popping Pearls. (and cute straws)

I love Oasis Tea Zone in U District! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe was super chill -- not loud at all -- so it was easy to relax and hang out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went with my husband and his two friends for our friend's birthday, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the booth we chose was perfect for four people and playing board games.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The prices are good and everything we ordered was great. I found my new favorite drink: the peach milk tea with mango popping pearls. SO good. I also love their mango smoothie -- it's milk-based, not sugary, really light. I literally drank two peach milk teas myself. We also got the mix-all sticks and fries. The fries were a bit saltier than usual but still tasty, and they gave us good to-go bags, ketchup, and napkins. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, such a great experience with amazing drinks and a cozy place to chill.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely a full 5 stars!

    Grilled Cheese

The food (grilled cheese and waffle) was good. Next time I will try their Millie cake dessert. The service was awesome the molk tea ordered came out quickly, but the grilled cheese need more time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A milk teas and more Cafe shop with plenty of seats.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They open late night.

Grilled cheese sandwich was made to order. Oasis is having a deal for $3 through the end of August. The taste is delicious with multiple layers of cheese. It pairs well with the royal milk tea. I love the sweet and savory combo. Staff are friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of space to sit in the store with games to play as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, store is well kept but floor cleaniness can be improved.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Strawberry fruit tea with lychee jelly which

The drinks were very good and although it was very busy we got our drinks out very quickly. Like in about 5-10 minutes. They sometimes run out of certain flavors near the end of the night. I got a strawberry fruit tea with lychee jelly which was very good and what I expected. Would definitely come back and recommend to other friends. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Pretty popular hangout place at night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Probably one of the few boba places that are opened up very late. There are many options for drinks with a brief explanation of what the difference is in terms of category. There are also small bites too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is spacious and a good amount of seating is available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are board games you and your friends can play as well as some pinball machines too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The drinks were alright, it isn't anything too high end or fancy.

    Matcha Snow with Tapioca
    Ruby S.

Near to prepaid public parking. Casual, spacious and inviting ambience. Seating options. Employees were very cool and helpful. Eager to answer questions about beverages options and choices. Large Matcha Snow with Tapioca: Snow consists of ice, flavor and creamer. Blended ice was very smooth. Matcha was on point. Every tapioca that went through the straw passed the test. I enjoyed chewing on every fresh tapioca. This beverage lasted a few hours. This location offers an extensive menu of milk teas, flavored teas, snow, slush, some crafted milkshakes, fruit smoothies, real fruit juices, plethora of add ins, lunch, snack, and dinner. Best in the PNW based on The Seattle Times Winner 2023 The People's Choice.

Ask the Community - Oasis Tea Zone

Not related to boba but does anyone know the homeless dude who's outside the shop all the time? I see him every time I come here, just wondering what his story is.

I don't really know his story, but last time, I bought some chicken wings and asked him, "You want some?!". He then asked me, "what's that?" -"Chicken wings" -"No, I don't want that." I have no idea with his answer.

Is there an almond milk dairy-free option?

Yes, all of their slushes and snows are vegan. The slushes have no creamer and snows use a non-dairy creamer

Is the milk tea made of Non dairy creamer?

Hi! Most of our milk teas are made with non dairy creamer because of people being lactose…

Climb upstairs and get ready to be wowed…read more It's not the easiest to find, but the Pike Place location sits on the top floor of the Corner Market building. Hidden, and almost spa-like. We came in on a rainy morning and found seats next to the glowing fireplace. Talk about cozy! Massive windows overlook the chaotic market below. They serve coffee, tea, pastries, a few food items, and snacks. My salted caramel latte was pretty incredible. This might sound cheesy but as I drank it, I really couldn't believe how exquisite it was. Very lightly sweetened, unbelievably smooth, the foam holding its shape all the way to the last sip, and that little touch of salt tying everything together. No joke, possibly the best latte I've ever had. Back to the space, it's dark, warm, and sexy, with soft gold and amber accents. It reminded me so much of the way I designed my own home so of course we ended up staying much longer than planned. We felt so at home. So if you're a coffee lover, you need to find this spot and experience it for yourself. One word - transcendent.

This was on a Sunday afternoon close to 5pm, and there were still so many people occupying nearly every seat inside. I did come back to try their matcha matcha drink only to find it gone from their current menu as of May 2026. Instead, their turon matcha immediately caught my eye, as it has banana and I've been obsessed with banana-flavored toppings and puree on my matcha lately. It has matcha and house banana puree, both of which work well together. The tiny layer of house banana puree has all the flavor, especially when you mix the whole drink together. Very refreshing, and their ceremonial matcha's grassy tones still came out despite the banana puree being just as strong in the drink. Their matcha here comes pretty close to making it to the highest spots on my list of my most favorite matcha places in Seattle. Even if it isn't on the top of that list, their drinks are still 5+ star quality.

I usually don't get sick from drinking coffee but twice in a row is pretty bad. Their drinks are also overly sweet and most of them do not have a 0% sweet option, which is usually what I order from other coffee and tea shops, and it's probably because most of the ingredients are pre-mixed. They also use thick plastic cups, considering that Seattle is a pretty green city and a lot of similar Vietnamese coffee shops use sustainable cups. Sad to say, but my time visiting this chain has come to an end.
