Shocked might be the best description of my emotional reaction when I reached for my credit card to pay $38 for a bottle of sparkling water and a Mixed Grill Plate. While I understand food prices have gone up, I was stunned at how much my lunch cost me. At least the platter was big, which included rice, veggies, tzatziki, hummus, pita, chicken skewer, beef skewer, and lamb kebab. My friend helped me finish my platter. The meats were cooked well but could've used a little more seasoning. The hummus was a little thin for my liking. Nonetheless, my belly left full and I was happy with my meal. Great location around the corner from the Hyatt SOMA! So delicious! I got the beef shishlik plate and it was perfectly portioned for a great lunch. Some half portions at a lower price point would be great. I appreciate that they have yogurt soda and sumac as well! I did add a bit of salt, pepper and lime juice to the salad and yogurt. I visited Oasis Grill on a Saturday evening with several friends; the restaurant was fairly busy but the workers were very attentive and our food was prepared quickly. I ordered a Falafel Wrap, Vegan Deluxe Wrap, a Veggie Samosa, and fries. Everything was good but the Falafel Wrap was amazing! One of the best falafel wraps I've ever had. 10/10!!! The fries were a little too oily but good nonetheless. My friends both ordered the Chicken Rice Bowl and they both thoroughly enjoyed it. I look forward to my next visit! read more

Oasis Grill offers fresh, tasty and authentic Mediterranean food. My husband and I visited the restaurant today. Jackie was kind and professional as she took our order. My husband and I are both dairy-free and I have a gluten intolerance. The chef carefully made two delicious plates: vegan wrap and rice bowl. The meals tasted delicious and our dietary restrictions were met. But I found out that my rice bowl didn't come with rice. I called the restaurant and spoke with Jackie about it, she apologized and said we can come back to grab the rice for free. When we arrived, the head chef was already informed, not only did he apologize, give us a big rice bowl with a falafel on top, he offered us a complimentary vegan wrap too. We expected to pay for them but he said it's on the house. All the staff at this Oasis Grill performed above and beyond. Their customer service is top-notch. This is one of the best, if not the best, Mediterranean restaurant that we have ever tried )and we tried many of them as that our favorite cuisine). Everything is cooked to perfection! I didn't catch any of their names unfortunately but boy do these guys hustle their butts off!! I have a major aversion towards raw tomatoes and asked if they could just leave them out of my veg deluxe wrap thinking these were tomato slices that would be added. Nope, the tomatoes were chopped up and mixed in with cucumbers in a salad mix. The person making my wrap actually scooped the salad mix in his hand (wearing gloves) and picked out the tomato chunks before putting it into my wrap!!! Seriously, wow!???! I was so impressed. Had I known it was a mix prior to ordering, I would have just left the salad stuff out of the wrap to save them some trouble. Geez, that was awesome customer service right there! And, no tomatoes went to waste, hooray! As for the wrap, HOLY MOLY, this thing was hearty and full of flavor! My meat-eating coworkers would agree since I made them try some. Ordered a Tabbouleh chicken wrap - it's on the menu and has been forever. it's made with chicken kabob with black olives and Tabbouleh, hence the name. The lady behind the counter had no idea what I was ordering and I had to repeat myself like 3 times and show it to her on the menu. She finally wrang it up correctly and it was $20 all in. What I got was a chicken shawarma and a sad one at that - skimpy portion, sad wilted lettuce, just not good. Hard pass. So many better lunch options nearby. read more

Ok so first off- the food here is REALLY good! No doubt about it. But let me explain why I took off 2 stars: 1st star removed because of the gyro. There was literally just TWO pieces of meat, and you can tell from it's cut that it wasn't from a spit. It looks precut to me if you look at my photo (attached), you can barely see the meat. This should be a cucumber wrap with a bit of meat, not a gyro. Secondly, the cashier Muna was rude and gave us an attitude when we went up to her and asked her about this. So much for customer service! Smh. There was a gentleman who gave us complimentary special French fry dipping sauce. I assume he's the owner or manager. He was very kind and came up to us to offer us this sauce. It was REALLY good!! We would've gotten more but he stepped outside of the restaurant. I feel like I we went up to him instead of the cashier he would have given better customer service. Anyway, I'd go back because the gentleman was nice, and the food was good, but I will be getting gyros elsewhere. For $8.99, to only get two thin slices of meat is a rip off!! read more
