Kinda like a Middle Eastern chipotle. You choose a protein, a vehicle to eat it from and whatever veggies and sauces you want. While the bowls seemed to be the most popular, the shawarma wrap bites (only on the online menu) were the best!
Döner Kebab Pita: The pita was fluffy, not like those cardboard texture ones from the supermarket. The doner was from a bucket, not freshly shaven so didn't have the crispy texture. Still tasty though. I got most of the veggies, which I think was a bad idea. It wasn't evenly distributed; lots of bites with no meat and then bites with only meat. And all the toppings made it structurally unstable, falling apart halfway through.
Steak & Falafel Couscous Bowl: Ordered every free add-on with this, every veggie and every sauce It was a literally slop bowl. Tasty and more evenly distributed than the pita. I think I preferred the falafels over the steak, shockingly. Better texture and more flavor.
Chicken Shawarma Wrap Bites: This was the winning combination. Nicely spiced chicken and just pickles, toasted kind of like a quesadilla (without the cheese). Then you can dip the pieces in a lot of that white garlic sauce or some of the green and red sauces.
Fries: Came with the shawarma wrap bites, making it even more engaging finger food. Crispy and lightly battered.
Lentil Soup: Comes free with some meals. Seems like a consistently blended texture with mild flavors. Nice way to ratchet up the protein.
Strawberry Lemonade: Sweet and refreshing. Not too sour. read more
