A standard offerings of shawarma several different ways, falafels and dips. It's a very mixed experience with not that great chicken shawarma, nice falafels and nice dips. So be careful what you order. Chicken Shawarma Wrap: Weird thing happened, the guy asked if I wanted fries in my wrap, even though it wasn't listed on the menu and I had no idea it was an option. So I said yes and then when I got my wrap there were no fries in it. Like why even bother getting my hopes up if you're just going to disappoint me. The wrap itself was kinda meh too. I was excited to see the chicken spit spinning, knowing it was fresh. But the chicken I actually got didn't taste crispy like it was freshly sliced. It was actually a big soggy. Falafel (side): These were actually pretty nice. Very crispy exterior. Firm and grainy interior. Packed with protein. Beef Shawarma Plate: Liked this more than the wrap. The beef was actual steak-like instead of the weird gyro meatloaf I was expecting. Fluffy rice and well spiced. Zaalouk: My first side dish choice with the shawarma plate. It was smokey eggplant, with some really great flavor. Paired perfectly with the pita. Taktouka: My second side dish. This was tomato-y and full of diced bell peppers. What I found annoying was that the only option to order is on the Revi tablet in front of the van, and they charge a $1.19 service fee to use the app. It says "This fee offers you rewards and supports local businesses by boosting their online presence and reducing reliance on expensive third-party services." And yet I ordered in person at a food truck. It would have been cheaper to order on DoorDash for pickup. I'm just so sick of San Francisco and all the hidden service charges. read more

The wrap was pretty good, I selected extra spicy and it ended up not being very spicy. I thought overall the flavor was a little lacking as well. Chicken was cut into large tender pieces, but what really stood out was how bland everything was, especially the lentils. Lentils could've just been fished straight out of unseasoned water and it would probably taste the same. I think the only seasoning I could detect was the sumac powder, but honestly, that never really tastes like anything to me. The best thing was the hummus, tahini, and pita. I'm so disappointed. Eventually I got someone to come out and he restarted it like it happens all the time. I got texted that my order was ready and went back and they gave me my bowl. It wasn't until after I converged with my friends that I opened to see that they gave me a beef shawarma instead of chicken! We were all hungry and had already been waiting around so I didn't much choice but to go ahead and eat it. On top of that the food was just ok. The beef was a little tough and had some big chunks of joints and tendons that I had to spit out. I wish there were some veggies, it was just a bowl of beef and rice basically. And on top of this I tried to contact them and couldn't. No contact info on their website. Messaging on Instagram was turned off.
