tofu sisig burrito, no crema
Grace X.

I had a tofu burrito from the food truck when it was at sf dog fest. While the senor sisig restaurant has a pretty extensive vegan menu the food truck does not, so I had to ask them to just leave out the dairy ingredients on my burrito whereas in store they have many vegan replacements and other vegan proteins besides tofu. So my burrito was pretty decent but I'm sure the actual vegan menu items are much better. The burrito was also not that big, I suspect the food truck serving sizes might be smaller than at the restaurant. Staff at the truck were really nice, and cut my burrito in half when I asked. Would definitely like to come to an actual restaurant to try the vegan menu!

The Senor Sisig Burrito

Recommended by a friend, who was present at our visit at well. The service was quick and the cashier was friendly. There's a fair amount of seating in the back of the restaurant as well. The food is well seasoned with rich and strong flavors. The portion sizes are decent and there are plenty of vegan options (tofu, vegan chicken, vegan egg). I ordered the Señor Sigsig burrito with tofu and loved it. I would really like to try their other options as well in the future!

Grabbed their Sisig fries with pork, nacho cheese, sour cream, pico, guac and jalepenos. With tip it was $20 It was good and most important to me, the fries underneath were crispy and tasty. I have had lots of loaded fries where it seems like the only reason they are loaded is because they taste terrible on their own but that is definitely not the case here. Very good fries. A friend that went to another truck paid $5 for a slightly smaller order of plain fries and though they got the better deal but once I let them try mine they said they would have paid more for plain fries from Senor Sisig so perhaps they should add that as a possible option. I would get the fries again but without the jalepeno next time and if they do ever add plain fries to the menu, I will try those too!

Salad with chicken

It was recommended by a couple of people so when I saw the truck, I had to stop and try. They were overwhelmed by the crowds but lths ine did move. I got the salad and I asked for the meat to be hot- I got the chicken. However it just tasted like no flavor chicken. Nothing special about it. I liked the finally chopped lettuce and the sauce was good. Don't think I need to try again though. Nothing special. Maybe I kissed something.

Vegan Tofu/Chicken Burrito

They have vegan egg, vegan cheese, vegan cream cheese, vegan mayo, vegan chicken, tofu. I don't know what else I'm missing but they will make a replica of most dishes on their menu with a vegan options and that's PHENOMENAL! 10/10 just for their vegan friendliness. What I've tried: 1. Vegan Tofu Vegano Senor (2.5/5): I made the mistake of not getting it toasted and with the vegan chicken :( This is also a portion size for 2 people so watch out. 2. Vegan Crunch-a-dilla (5/5): Everything was made vegan, subbed with vegan chicken. Loved it. This is also a portion size for 2 people so watch out. 3. Vegan Loaded Garlic Fries (4/5): My parents loved it but it was too heavy for me. This is a vegan / veg / vegetarian review

I had never had Señor Sisig but had heard a lot about it, so I was pretty excited when their food truck was parked in front of the office one day. I ordered a California Sisig Burrito with chicken - the filling was French fries, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, & pico de gallo Not sure if my expectations were too high or if they were having a bad day, but my burrito tasted cold, stale, and dry. With so much good food to try in the city, I'll likely skip Señor Sisig.

Chicken Señor Sisig Bowl

If you haven't tried Señor Sisig yet, you're seriously missing out! Do yourself a favor and get the chicken Señor Sisig bowl medium and trust me, get the vinegar on the side. The chicken is grilled to perfection, and the adobo rice is fragrant and garlicky. Their tomatillo salsa has a surprising kick that I love adding to a fried egg on top. Perfect for those days when you need something quick, tasty, and filling. This spot is one of the most convenient and best places for sisig. Definitely worth trying if you haven't had Filipino food before or if you're just craving something bursting with flavor.

I was in San Francisco for the weekend and visited the Presidio Tunnel Tops. Saturday was a great day to go as there were lots of food trucks in the Presidio. After browsing all the food trucks I decided to try Senor Sisig and I'm glad I did. I had the Sisig Fries with pork were delicious. The meat was flavorful and the fries were crispy. The toppings were plentiful and fresh. The jalapenos added an extra kick of flavor. The portion size was just right. They had lots of other food options to choose from. I look forward to the next time I'm in the area to try their burritos.

Food is Always good, always friendly service, and will always try when one of their trucks are around.

Saw the truck randomly near the salesforce terminal. Before I left to the east bay I wanted to get an Ube Horchata. Perfect when in the area, bonus points if you can eat it top of Salesforce park Menu looks like they have the usual yum stuff. I am comparing this to the location they have in downtown Oakland which has vegan options as well. But the truck is standard; didn't browse as potent as before. After a long walk wanted my ice cold drink. Felt a bit weird just ordering a drink but it's there and just as delicious as other locations and the customer service is great, very friendly. When I was done with that, my eye caught some Señor Sisig stickers and had to get them in order to add them to my local business collection to stick on my water bottle and tell everyone how yum and great these places are;it's a great ice breaker, my little way of supporting local and I get to talk about food!

Senor Sisig is a staple across SF that's easily distinguishable by their unique logo and well-kept food truck. I've been to their storefront in Mission District before but this was my first time ordering from their food truck, which was parked at at Spark Social in Mission Bay for the day. I arrived to the food truck around on a Friday around 3:30pm as I knew if I came later on, it would be busy. I've walked by the food truck at Spark Social before after work hours and they were very busy but arriving at this time, there was no line and only one person ahead of me. I went straight to the truck and placed my order, which too about 10 min to prepare before they called out my name and handed me my food. I was walking my pup so the man working was kind enough to give me a bag to make transporting it more manageable. - California Sisig Burrito w/ Chicken french fries, shredded cheese, sour cream, guac, and pico de gallo A classic California burrito that has a ton of texture and mouthfeel. All the ingredients tasted fresh and the chicken was tender; no dryness. My only disappointment was that something in my burrito tasted very salty (maybe the chicken?) and I had to sip some water after every bite as the sodium. Otherwise, the burrito was beautifully and tightly wrapped and loaded with goodness .

Señor Sisig at Outside Lands.

Señor Sisig is a food truck that infuses Filipino food with Bay Area culture. What is Sisig?! Sisig is Filipino pork that has been marinated and seasoned for over 24 hours. The pork is then chopped up and put inside a burrito! I had a chance to try Señor Sisig at Outside Lands and was not disappointed. I ordered the "Señor Sisig" Pork burrito. This contained pork, rice, beans, lettuce, and cilantro cream sauce. The burrito reminded me of chicken adobo with all the ingredients of a California burrito. If pork ain't your thang, they also offer chicken or tofu. The burritos are the best but they also offer tacos, rice bowls, fried, and nachos! Local rapper P-Lo has his own burrito too. Look out for the P-LO-rrito! Señor Sisig is reppin the Bay well! Yee!

Sisig fries

The hype is real y'all! I'm a fan of fusion foods. I've seen pictures of Señor Sisig on Instagram and boy do their food looks amazingly mouthwatering! Sisig fries {French fries, nacho cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo & pickled jalapeños w/ pork & " " chicken} -- generous toppings and lots of meat. Fries were crispy. Good amount of sauce. Ube horchata - served in a bottle with their sticker logo on it. My friend said it's not bad. I really enjoyed their fries! Next time I'll try their burritos or tacos. Recommend checking them out!

Tacos El Patron is still my go-to spot for birria tacos in the city…read more Food: I first discovered birria tacos during the pandemic and went on a mission to find the best one. A coworker recommended this place, and now I recommend it to everyone. What stands out is the balance--everything is done well. The meat is rich and flavorful, the tacos themselves are just as good, and the consommé ties everything together perfectly. I've tried places where one part is strong but something else falls short, but not here. You also get free sides like onions, cactus, radish, and beans, which make the meal even better. I've been coming back ever since, and I can easily finish three tacos in one sitting. On my most recent visit, I had two birria tacos and tried their birria ramen. It was surprisingly good--comforting and flavorful, more like a homemade dish than anything instant. For drinks, I've tried all their jugos, and the jamaica is the standout--get it in a large. Service: Friendly, efficient, and straightforward. Orders come out at a good pace, and the staff keep things moving even when it's busy. Ambience: The space has a Frida Kahlo-inspired design, which adds character and makes it feel lively and unique. There's one restroom available. Parking: Parking can be a bit difficult in the area, so expect to walk a little--but it's worth it once you get your food. If you're serious about finding a really good birria taco, this is one to try.

Tacos El Patron is worth the effort to figure out where to park, etc. it's not quite a hole in the wall, but it definitely is on the smaller side, and we ended up getting food to go because it was just easier. The birria quesadilla was a total surprise. It was FILLED with a very generous amount of meat. The meat was tasty, lightly seasoned, and the portion truly is a shareable. We asked about the consommé and I don't know if they just forgot it or what happened but we never got to try it. The shrimp taco was tasty and absolutely filled with again generous amount of shrimps. Ironically, it wasn't my favorite. It just was lacking the level of flavor that I really wanted. The Carne Asada was mediocre at best and not something that I would order again. The winner out of the numerous items that we ordered was the pork belly and the Al pastor. Between the two, the Al pastor is the one that you want. Incredibly well seasoned, a nice hint of light spice, the meat was juicy and tender, and the combination in the taco was outstanding. Seriously so good that my mouth is watering just thinking about how tasty it was. The chips were nothing to write home about, and I didn't really care for salsas that came with the meal. Really reasonably priced, generous amount of food, and absolute worth the push in enjoying their food! Diners tip: there seems to be a description in cost between ordering online versus in the restaurant and you may get a better deal ordering online
