I showed the clerk who talked to the Manager (I assume) an older Asian man who told her I could get another meal. I said I would rather have a refund. This was when the Manager referred me to the bottom of the receipt which had "ALL SALES ARE FINAL." Disgusted, I said no, I would write a review to inform others they are dining at their own risk. The Manager was not alarmed about the review because again, the food is good and people will come. Someone suggested contacting THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, but I feel this is more of poor Management/Customer Service. I am hopeful Management will decide to improve and provide a healthier environment for paying customers before SOMEONE GETS SICK. The photos are of the receipt which nobody looks at until there is an issue and of the servers/cooks who were not at all unsettled this occurred.

This time I chose Shrimp Egg Foo Young. Their egg foo young is a little different here, closer to a Japanese Okonomiyaki. It is crispy with lots of shredded cabbage and water chestnuts. It came with a corn egg drop soup, cream cheese fried wonton, fried or steamed rice, and a vegetable egg roll. Shrimp had a nice snappy texture. Service is attentive, polite, and efficient. The menu is extensive so there will be many choices. Be sure to request their Korean menu as well for even more selections.

The chicken is cooked and teriyaki sauce is served on the side. Food was good, miso soup felt so filling. I ordered the hot sake which taste good. First time eating here, I have been told it is good and wanted to finally try it…read more I ordered the special family dinner option D( for 2 people-14.75 per person) I Chose the egg flower soup( I'm guessing it was the large size),the appetizers were: 2 egg rolls, 2 pieces of fried shrimp, 2 paper wrapped chicken pieces, and 2 slices of bbq spareribs. I did one orange chicken and one king pao beef entree. There was plenty of orange chicken- and it was delicious and a decent amount of the Kung pao beef.. (usually I find when ordering beef dishes at Chinese places, they tend to skimp on the beef) This was a pretty good ratio of beef to veggies- the flavor was really good and not too spicy. I don't really eat egg flower soup often, but I feel like this one tasted good. The fried rice was very basic, rice and egg, but also good. I only tried the fried shrimp and an egg roll in the appetizer selection. THE SHRIMP WAS SO GOOD. I'm not that huge of an egg roll fan, so I didn't like these egg rolls. Overall I feel like for the price, the amount of food was worth it. And the flavor is good overall. I would definitely eat here again.

Unfortunately, this visit felt very different. We arrived around noon, and the restaurant was completely empty. They had several TVs, so I asked if they could put on the World Cup. Our waitress declined, explaining that when games are on, customers tend to stay long after they've finished eating. While I understand that may be their policy, it didn't feel very customer-friendly, especially with no other patrons in the restaurant. I also asked if there was an outlet where I could charge my phone. When we found a nearby table with a wall plug, I asked if we could switch tables since we'd only been served water. The waitress said it would be "too confusing for the system" because our orders had already been placed, despite the restaurant being empty. She did offer to charge my phone from an outlet in the hallway, which I appreciated. I asked if they had a few of our favorite sushi items--things like a Las Vegas roll, Orange Blossom roll, or salmon collar (all very common at sushi restaurants back home in Las Vegas). The response seemed more confused than helpful, and overall the interaction just didn't feel very welcoming. On the positive side, they brought out complimentary shishito peppers and radish as an appetizer, which was a nice touch. My daughter really enjoyed the salmon teriyaki, and we also liked the chicken teriyaki roll. At the end of the meal, we had to flag someone down for our check and for to-go boxes while the staff was busy cleaning tables. We were handed a wet plastic bag to pack up our leftovers, which was an odd way to end the experience. Overall, the food was better than the customer service. We'd still consider stopping again because the food is decent, but we hope the hospitality improves. A more welcoming attitude would go a long way.

There were…read morealready about two groups waiting to be seated, and the entrance area is pretty small, so we were all cramped together while waiting. Once we were seated, we ended up at a table where the ceiling was open and covered with a material that still allowed a lot of light through. Unfortunately, the sunlight was hitting me directly in the face for most of the time we were there, which made it pretty uncomfortable. We were given the happy hour menu and filled it out, but since no one was passing by, we eventually had to waive down the host to come pick it up. Now, as far as the food goes, I really can't complain about the taste. We ordered the Hawaiian Roll and the 911 Roll, and both were delicious. We also ordered spicy tuna hand rolls and they definitely were spicy but delicious. Unfortunately, we also ordered two other rolls that were never brought to our table. By the time our friends had finished eating, we were still waiting for those two rolls. Since no one came by to check on us, we eventually decided to get up and go to the register to pay and let them know that the two rolls had never arrived. When we explained what happened, it seemed like the host didn't initially take our word for it and went to confirm with the cook. There was some confusion, so I ended up having to walk over and explain which rolls we had received and which ones we hadn't. In the end, the host confirmed that the two rolls had never been made and removed them from our bill. However, there wasn't really an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, which was disappointing. Overall, the food here is good, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. It seemed like they were understaffed, and that really affected the experience. I would come back because I enjoyed the sushi, but I definitely expect better service next time.
