The place has a good selection of food, with a lot of seating. There is a Habachi section, which you don't see very often. Also has a self serve ice cream section. I cannot say enough of how good this buffet is again. I can recommend going during dinner hours that way the food is fresh and continue to eat brought out. They offer such a wide variety. The flavors are always on point. You can't beat their little Mongolian grill the only thing I wish they didn't do was got rid of their soft serve. My husband and I love Asian buffets but we never go to them with high expectations because the food is usually okay. W Spoon did NOT disappoint!! The quality of the food was great especially all the chicken options. They have a sushi bar and Hibachi bar which is always a plus. Went here for dinner with my family, The place was full which made me kind of excited about their food. A lady happened to come in with a medium size dog and her family. Her family immediately went up and started serving themselves, as she sat there with her beautiful pup (I love dogs). I observed her pet and rub her dog while waiting for her family to return to the table, once she got up to serve herself I was sure she'd go to the bathroom and wash her hands after touching her service dog/pet. Well unfortunately she did NOT wash her hands and just proceeded to serve herself and fix her plate. Thats unsanitary and gross. Nobody from the restaurant had an issue with this but I did. I have a pitbull and as much as I LOVE HER. She is not even allowed in my kitchen. To make things worse a little boy was eating with his family and had a sugared biscuit on his plate and decided he no longer wanted it, he picked it up from his plate and took it back up to the food pass and placed it back into the pan he had received it from. I will NEVER eat here again. People are inconsiderate and the restaurant should notice things like this, since the restaurant didn't and I did it has changed my entire mind on the buffet experience in its entirety. read more

It cost $80 for 2 kids, 2 adults, and 4 drinks. My 4 year old was $10 and she barely eats! I could understand the price if the sushi was good. Unlimited sushi would be expensive, but it was not good. The rice was chewy and it didn't have much flavor, even the spicy one wasn't spicy. They have signs everywhere warning you to not waste food. God forbid you put something on your plate and end up not liking it, you'd better suck it up and eat it... or else! The food left a lot to be desired. Most of it was lacking in flavor and there wasn't a lot of variety. My kids were super disappointed with the desserts. They have no toppings for the ice cream! The cakes and mousse were hit or miss but most of them were bland. The only good thing I will say is that it was clean and the staff was on top of drink refills. I went exactly at 3:00 pm on purpose for the dinner part. I paid $80.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids. When I first got there the food was old from lunch which is understandable so I waited for the dinner portion which costs more: they did not have any crab, and nothing special. The only dinner items were crawfish ribs and mussels. The lady that worked there did not smile, I wasn't greeted or anything, instead she looked me in my face and turned a sign over that read dinner customers only. I just looked at her. They are not friendly, the waiters had attitudes, never checked on our drinks, my son had to walk to the drink station to get a refill. The food was ok. Definitely nothing special. "Sushi" was a few cut rolls made only with imitation crab and deep fried shrimp, no sliced fish at all, tiniest slivers of avocado ever. As for the other dishes: tough beef, chewy pork, dry chicken. The best were the baby clams in black bean sauce and shell-on shrimp. No beef at the Mongolian BBQ station. Came across as being done on the cheap. The food is decent for the price. The problem is, the staff takes FOREVER to refill your drink, sometimes they ignore you. Sometimes they stand around, chat and joke meanwhile I'm waiting 15-20 mins for a refill. Twice, I have to get up go to their station and ask for refill. I shouldn't have to do that. We have driven past this place for years and one day it popped up on my yelp while I was looking at something else. We decided it was time based on reviews and pictures. This place was clean and the food was fresh. Believe me when I say I was scared of a seafood buffet but the food was hot and changed out often. The staff was very sweet and I was a bit disappointed in myself for not leaving a bigger tip when I paid for my food at the door. Passing through and got hungry. Found this on Yelp and rating was pretty typical for a decent buffet. Upon arrival, we saw a tour bus outside. Many buffets work with tour operators, so nothing unusual. The service wasn't bad at all. Don't expect 5 star service from a buffet like this one, it's not the Bacchanal Buffet in Vegas, and you're paying the price of a single dish from a low end Chinese restaurant. The interior is clean, but the furniture is a bit outdated. Though it adds to the appeal, it's very nostalgic. Brings back childhood memories. I honestly don't know who writes the reviews for this place but they are not honest. I can't believe I just paid $50 for the worst garbage I have ever had! The food was absolutely disgusting. We couldn't find one item that was worth eating. Being senior citizens and attempting to find something decent to eat that isn't too expensive is next to impossible around here. If I owned this restaurant I would be ashamed of the quality of food that they are serving! We will never be coming back to this place. They don't even deserve the one star. read more

Prices are amazing for what you get. For 20 bucks you get unlimited sushi, hibachi, and all the other stuff that they have at the bars. They have a lot of variety for the sushi rolls. The ribs are always very tender and amazing. If you walk in with an empty stomach, you'll be able to make your moneys worth. The only complaint would be that they do not fill your drinks up very often as the drinks are not open serve. I only got one refill the entire time that I was there so it could be controversial, but every other place that I went to is on top of their drink drinks. We arrived at 8:15 to join friends that were already eating. Since they close at 9, we verified that it wasn't too late to eat. They said we had plenty of time to eat. Yet they had already closed the restrooms. They were taking all the food away at 8:30. Also, in an effort to clean up early, they started combining several dishes. Which needless to say is a huge allergy and probably health violation. At 9:02 they started clearing our plates while we were eating. Took away the glasses that we were still drinking from, and told us to exit the side door now. I'm all for people getting out of work at a decent time and not making them wait around a long time after closing while people linger....but 2 minutes is ridiculous and horrible service. From the outside, the exterior is looking clean and there's plenty of parking. The lot is partially on the north east side of the building. Having a cool car on my way back for my post buffet night sweats is essential! Walking in, the decor is dark and diner like, gold trim, lots of booths and glass, etc. pretty basic layout, just a big room. Moving in to the food -- very good! Cleanliness at buffets is super important to us, and it definitely rely checked that box. Hibachi grill was quick and had a lot of fresh variety. Other things we liked were the shrimp selection, muscles, fried dumplings, green beans, and sushi. A bit disappointed the ribs come out so slow, we didn't get to try. Service was excellent. I've dined at W Spoon Buffet on a few occasions, but haven't been back since pre-COVID-19. Yes, I know... this is a long overdue review, but that's okay... better now than never! Food selections were decent, but would have preferred more seafood options. Fried chicken was very good. Fish was okay. Pasta with marinara sauce was okay. Mashed potatoes was smooth. Salad bar was great. They had this really good ceviche (I think) or something that was a dip of some sort with chips. Desserts were okay. I normally don't get drinks except for water. Overall, taste of foods was just okay... nothing out of this world. Staff was okay. Prices back then were reasonable. Parking is plenty. I probably won't be back to this buffet.
