5 Stars -- Great Little Find! RC Mongolian BBQ was really good! When we showed up, there weren't any other customers, so the experience felt more personal and relaxed. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. The food looked fresh, especially the meat. Once they cooked everything up with all the different sauces, the flavors blended together perfectly. Everything came out delicious and had great flavor. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for me! Great job, RC Mongolian BBQ -- we'll definitely be back! read more

My family and I stumbled upon RC Mongolian BBQ Buffet when returning a rental car nearby. Growing up there was a solid AYCE Mongolian BBQ spot we used to go to, but they closed several years ago and we've never found anything even close to comparable...until now. The offerings are quality and the staff are efficient and warm. Definitely a solid find in the area. RC Mongolian BBQ Buffet is located in a strip mall off of Foothill Boulevard in Rancho Cucamonga. They have plenty of free parking shared among the businesses in the shopping center with several spots close to the front of the restaurant. The establishment is a good size inside. Plenty of tables, spaced out comfortably. They have a small area of hot food/appetizers to complement your mongolian bbq creation. The offerings included soup, rice, egg rolls, meatballs, sesame roll, and a fried donut. The mongolian bbq options are diverse. We came for dinner and they had several proteins to pick from. I was excited they had shrimp which, I gather, is a dinner option. There were also lots of veggie, sauce, and garnishing to truly make a noodle dish that you love. The price was a little higher than anticipated, especially for our baby who barely ate a palm-sized amount of food. They still charged us the lowest child's fee. Other than that, we did have a nice meal and would return again in the future. read more

A local STAPLE! I discovered this place randomly because I was trying to go to Soup & Fresh on a weekend but didn't want to wait two hours to get seated. This place is HUGE so I've never once had to wait for seating. What I love about this local, family run Mongolian spot is that it's all you can eat, so you don't have to stuff your 1 bowl like at the mall Mongolian spots. You can get 2 bowls if you want, one for noodles and veggies and the other for the meats. Best of all, when you are done, you can get more! The noodles are amazing, but what's equally as good is their side dish bar, which has pocket bread, egg drop soup, rice, spring rolls, and the BEST meatballs in gravy I've had in a while. The meat balls are so soft and flavorful. Lastly, the BEST fountain soda I've ever had is here. I usually drink 3-4 full cups before I leave. I come so often the main guy up front knows me, and always says "see you next week" when we leave. read more

Solid all the way around, great service, plenty of proteins, vegetables, sauces and oils to choose from and bonus for the great egg rolls!

We stumbled on this spot on accident, but it turned out to be a great find.. all you can eat and super tasty!

Overall, everything was fine, but I wasn't informed beforehand that the lunch buffet didn't include lamb or shrimp. The weekday lunch price of $18.99 feels reasonable, but at $23.99, you have plenty of other buffet options with a much wider selection -- places like Paradise, Empire, or Hibachi, which also include a Mongolian grill station. And honestly, if I'm only craving Mongolian grill, I'd rather drive to Pasadena and eat at Golden Palace for just $15.99. A quick tip to really make your money worth it: grab two bowls -- one for meat and one for noodles and veggies. Load up on as much meat as you can because it shrinks significantly after cooking. Take as little noodles as possible since they'll fill you up fast. Most people can only finish one or two bows, so don't waste your money by piling on too many noodles. Many previous reviews mentioned that this place used to automatically add a 6% gratuity fee even for solo diners. It seems they've stopped doing that, but they still add gratuity for larger groups. read more

Food was good but the price was a slight to expensive for 3 adults and 1 child it was over one hundred dollars, I think I could have gone to a better restaurant for that price. Service was good, but the place was hot so you could not really enjoy your food. It's like they don't want to turn on the air conditioning and the ceiling fans just don't cut it. read more

This is one of the better Mongolian BBQ's I have been to. You don't have to worry about food contamination and I have never gotten sick or food poisoning from here. They have a good selection of additions to your dish; vegetables, meats, sauces, etc. I had a hard time deciding what to pick with all the sauce options, but still came out with something tasty. I also wish their extra little food bar had more items. Big eaters will love this place. read more

This place reminds me of the way Mongolian bar used to be back in the late 90s. The food is very delicious, clean place, I'll meet have their own cover. A lot of options to choose from, and they have the original pocket bread. Definitely recommend. read more

Food was amazing and fresh had a lot of different varieties. Service was great and friendly. The price is perfect for everything you get

Scam!! Stole $34 and coincidently no one knows who the manager is or how to fix their mistake. Lady gave me a number to call and it was the stores number and just looks at me while the phone rings. Used to come here as a kid and loved this place now it's a front and money stealing scam. Got no food or any service just took my money then played me for a fool. read more

Love this place!! Clean, fast, and great customer service!!! My favorite Mongolian BBQ restaurant so far!!!

This place is a scam. They have below average food charging a hidden astronomical fee. They refuse to give us an itemized receipt. They also charge 20% for a party of 5? They did nothing for us, we asked for the ceiling fans to be turned on because it was so hot in there and the waiter said don't come if it's hot! How rude can you be? Why am I tipping you $20? Definitely not worth the price. read more

Food is good, such good service and very clean! The prices are a little more on the weekend, but the to-go boxes are a great option as well. read more

First Visit The positive Great food. Really well organized and the restaurant was clean. The ambiance for a Monday was quiet with some workers taking their lunch breaks. Staff or the cooks were quick and efficient. They BOTH had the small line moving right along The Negative Mentioned in some other comments. I did not read, prior to eating here. So, that's why a 3 rating and not even lower 2...sad to say. Yes, it's a or the 6% service charge for..1 freaking person? That's ridiculous. read more

Food was excellent. Service was very good. Have been there several times and was always pleased. I will definitely keep going here.

$22 on the weekends. AYCE Mongolian. I hate that when I walk in the AC isn't on and the fans aren't on. Also, lights looked low. It was warm in there. A way to save money? But I was a bit uncomfortable. When we walked in the guy working the front was on his phone and remained seated. We told him two people and we picked our own seat. The place was clean for an AYCE bar. Not too packed, which I loved. No line, food was cooked to perfection. Tons of different marinades to choose from. The food bar has egg drop soup, white rice, veggie rolls, meats balls, sesame pocket bread and some kind of dessert things but they never refilled it when we were there read more

Everything is fresh and cooked evenly. Great service, place is small & clean. There's plenty of food. Don't forget your spring rolls, steamed rice and there's even egg drop soup. read more

Amazing food and the place is very clean. I definitely go here for lunch whenever I'm in Rancho

On Mother's Day visited because I wanted to avoid long lines/big crowds. This place was impeccable clean even the restrooms! Comfy seats and nice decor. Food was very good! It's all you can eat and there's steamed rice, soup, sweets bar included. Fountain drinks free refills the best. They have the good soy sauce too not imitation. Customer service was very good too. The nice man would refill our cups without ever asking. Very attentive. The cooks were always cleaning the griddle in between meals cooked. I highly recommend RC Mongolian BBQ read more

I would come back!! read more

Food was good but I should have read the reviews before we decided to eat here! We had a party of 8 and no drinks only water, the bill was $247!!!! Turns out,,,, they charge you a service fee and we we're not aware of it and my husband being a great tipper gave another tip! We will not be returning! I don't agree with the way they hide charges! Basically they received $55 tip on our bill. Also my daughter is 11 and the guy at the counter said that she has to pay full price because they go by height there not age. So if you have tall kids be prepared to pay full adult price for them! read more

Rc Mongolian BBQ Buffet - Our receipt - Buffets Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Stopped by for dinner for the first time after they reopened, and everything seems to be just as I remembered. The process is standard for most Mongolian BBQ restaurants -- customers line up to pack their bowls with choices of meat (beef, pork, chicken, and lamb), vegetables (everything from shredded cabbage to carrots to zucchini), noodles, and sauce, which is then handed off to the cook. Once the food has been fully cooked on a hot, flat grill, it is then placed on the counter for the customer to pick up. I packed my own bowl with beef, noodles, shredded cabbage, carrots, baby corn, and water chestnuts. The sauce station had three different sets of instructions to follow, depending on whether customers wanted "light", "recommended", or "strong", and I ended up choosing "strong" (I love sauce). There isn't any hard rule with the sauce, though, so customers can mix it up however they want to. The food was greasy, spicy, salty -- everything I happened to be craving that day. It felt so good in the moment to eat all of it. The next day was another story. Definitely not an every day thing, but every so often, it's definitely a treat. read more
