The servers had a bad attitude, were completely unprofessional, and acted like they were doing me a favor just by taking my order. The food was just as disappointing--bland, poorly prepared, and absolutely not worth the price. On top of that, they forced me to buy a bottle of water, which is ridiculous and shows how little they care about customers. Management was no better. Instead of fixing the issues, they ignored them and allowed the staff to continue treating customers poorly. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here. The manager on the left of the first picture seriously needs training on how to handle an unsatisfied customer. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he focused more on defending his employees than actually fixing the problem. It's clear the owner doesn't care either--being inside an airport means they assume customers won't return, so they treat people however they want. Jacky's is always busy, the environment of the this place still same from what I can remember and they still move fast. From the moment you walk in to when you're walking out with food in hand, it's about five minutes. That's one of the things I've always loved, they respect your time but never rush the quality.
