The host was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately the service went downhill from there. Our server didn't seem very interested in being there and wasn't particularly attentive. It took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, I had to ask for utensils. She never checked on our table, offered drink refills, or asked how everything was. The only time she came back was to drop off the check. As for the food, it was average at best. Nothing really stood out, and some of the potatoes and bell peppers were burnt. While it wasn't terrible, it definitely wasn't worth the wait. And yes, I finished my food despite not loving it, food is expensive these days, and I'm not about to let it go to waste. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for, and I don't see myself rushing back.

I went here for Sunday brunch to celebrate my aunt's birthday. We had a larger group of 12 and called ahead but they said they did not do reservations. I arrived a bit earlier than the crew and we were graciously seated in the private back room by the owner, I presume, which had a view and private entrance onto the patio. There was one large table that fit our entire group and also a smaller table on the side which my kids dubbed the kid's table and didn't allow the adults to sit at. Their menu was quite large with lots of options to please everyone. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and pancakes and waffles "to share" with the table, but really for me to not look like a big back! There was a kid's menu as well and my girls devoured their chicken tenders and fries and their Jr. breakfast plate. Food was very good and this could have been a 5 star review, however I think we were forgotten about by the staff since we were in the back room. Out of sight out of mind I guess! It already started badly when the server brought out most of the drinks but not the mimosas that were ordered. Understandable if the drinks were poured at the bar instead. But 20 min later, the server came back and said they were out of the guava juice and asked us to pick a different flavor. Then I didn't get my mimosa for another 15 after that! Also, we waited about 45-60 minutes for our food to come out and it came out sporadically with no rhyme or reason. Not in the order it was ordered, even the same dish for two people sitting side by side came out at 10 min apart. The bummer was one person ordered an eggs Benedict with no onions, which was the last plate to come out after an hour, and there were onions in his side of potatoes. It was way too late by then to wait for a new one to be made and truly disappointing. Unfortunately the service was lacking that day and the owner avoided eye contact and ignored me when I said good bye and thank you as I was leaving. Which was quite different from how friendly he was before. I could really love this place if the service, on a busy Sunday brunch, was improved.

The ambience is perfect for lunch, brunch, and anytime they're open! Cozy seats, and a lovely seating area outside when it warms up. The food was absolutely delicious with so many options and fresh squeezed orange juice. The service was amazing and fast. I had a wonderful brunch here the other day and was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely try this place again!

One of my favorite spots to go to! The food quality is great and they have the most delicious and unique alcoholic drinks that everybody needs to try! The view is amazing and their customer service is 10/10. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was phenomenal! Arnoldo took very good care of me and the environment was great. It is spotless in there, which is very important to me.

This was our first time and the menu is what intrigued us. They have a vast menu for breakfast and lunch with many versatile options. When we arrived, we were greeted, sat and attended to right away. The ambience is very nice. It's family friendly. They have nice windows looking out to the pond. They even have a separate party room for seating up to 20 for a private event. When our food arrived it sealed the deal. I ordered the Monterey Chicken Sandwich and fries (see photo). The presentation was great. The flavors were delicious and the fries... oh my goodness they were so good! My husband ordered the Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken and a side of Sweet Potato Fries. Everything was delicious. The food was fresh and well worth the cost. The prices are pretty reasonable. I am already looking forward to our next visit! We'll be back soon!

We had breakfast here. We had omelettes they were great. They also have a large selection of crapes and next time I will try one. The service was quick and friendly. It over looks a small pond that makes it a very relaxing place to enjoy the meal and embrace the country surroundings.

We were greeted my a male bartender who got us waters and then we were ultimately served by the female bartender who helped us. We wanted her to make us custom bring and we asked her to surprise us. The only question she asked is what our preferred alcohol of choice was. I went with Tequila and my friend Gin. I have no clue what she made either on of us, but baby when I tell you my cocktail was fantastic! This bartender didn't come to play, she is the absolute truth. My drink had a little kick to it which was good with a smoky taste with a hint of fruit flavor. It's like nothing I had before, but I would ask for it again. I'm glad I took a photo lol. You can imagine my happiness when I stumbled upon this bar/gaming room with the funny German sounding name when I realized it was a glorified pinball arcade room that also served beer. This place is straight amazing-50+ of the greatest pinball machines are available to play. They do use the "game-card" system to pay for these games, which can make playing these games way too easy-games tend to cost about $1 a game in game credits to play, which is far more than I paid when I was an 8 year old kid but then again, that was 45 years ago. They have a pretty solid beer selection-beers tend to go for anywhere between $7-$8 a beer-not too bad in my opinion.Though they do offer a pretty unique item called "Das Boot" which is a pretty large boot that cost $40 and comes with a fill up at time of purchase and 20% off on future fill ups-though not sure what the original cost of a fill up is exactly. One massive upgrade I've learned in the pinball world is nowadays you can download an app by Stern Inc,the majority manufacturer of most of the popular pinball machines and you can register your pinball play and it will keep tabs of everywhere u play and all the scores u achieved on the various pinball machines-I really enjoyed this feature-I only wish they had this when I was in my prime of pinball play when I was a youth. This place doesn't have the best hours but I'm sure there is a reason for these hours-M-F the hours are 5p-10p and on weekends they open at 12p... In closing-If you ever find yourself in the Rocklin area and you get a yearning to try out your pinball machine skills-I couldn't recommend this spot any higher as they are a very unique spot offering a truly awesome experience-a trip down memory lane for some and a whole new world for the younger generation-You should get out there and have some fun. PS-I failed to mention this place is very family friendly-on my particular visit the place was flooded with kids from elementary to high school age honing their pinball machine skills and enjoying every minute of it.

The beers and ciders on tap are all mostly from small, local makers and under $10/pint. They also have plenty of NA drink options. If you're a pinball person, I dare you to find a more accommodating spot for playing and vibing out. If you're not a pinball person, this is a great place to fall in love with the game.
