Their prices and service are excellent. I went last Sunday and Mariah helped me with my purchase. I told her that I only come in once a week to shop. Mariah was so sweet and helpful. For $26. I received 9 grams, which came to $2.88 per gram. You just can't beat that price and the quality was excellent. Thank you for all of your help Mariah. First of all, this is a blatant lie. Secondly, whoever this employee is should be fired because why are you not giving out information when people call? You definitely lost my business straight up because of your attitude, but secondarily because you lied to me on the phone then when I called back and asked for his name, he refused to give it. Whoever the owner is, you should look into firing this employee because he clearly doesn't give a fuck about his job or any of the customers. When someone calls you on the phone and ask about your product selection, you should be more than happy to tell them anything that they would like to know. Not lie to them and tell them you can't tell them anything because it's against the law and tell them that they have to come into the store when that's total bullshit. The employee that was working at the time this review was posted is the employee that I'm talking about so if you as a boss are reading this review, then understand and know who your employee is that is honestly a complete and total fucking dick. He literally refused to answer any all questions. He basically just said this is a smoke shop. We sell smoke materials. You should fire him. Or at least train him in customer service because he sucks Complete ass.

Recently Vape City has made changes to their loyalty program. The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
