It appears that they do not have permanent certified physical therapist on staff. I was told by the manager that they have traveling physical therapist, which is absurd. On my first visit the therapist I spoke to did an evaluation and I made an appointment to go back the following week. I was told that I would be seeing the same therapist who did my evaluation but when I arrived I was told that therapist wasn't there and I was assigned to an assistant who had no idea what he was doing. When I went for my second appointment which was scheduled by their office the office was closed. I did not receive a phone call or email stating that they would be closed. If you value your health and recovery, I would not put my health and recovery in the hands of this place. I lost three weeks of valuable rehabilitation time dealing with Aria's staff. I went to another Physical Therapy facility and the difference between my current physical therapist and Aria is astounding!

I am so glad I chose Progressive in Palmdale to continue that work! I had good feelings about the place from the beginning. Breanna, in the front office, is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions about insurance coverage, and is flexible and a real problem-solver with scheduling. She's a gem. Ryan, the Program Director, has been my Physical Therapist and he's a real pro. I have appreciated his expertise and knowledge every week. He will tailor an exercise to my level of pain, is happy to demonstrate, and always asks how I'm progressing each week when we begin to work. He is unfailingly compassionate, professional, and interested in my progress. He cares. I also want to add that all of the staff at Progressive have created an upbeat, can-do atmosphere to work in. Everyone seems to genuinely like each other and offer a friendly smile and helping hand to all clients in the room.
