It appears that they do not have permanent certified physical therapist on staff. I was told by the manager that they have traveling physical therapist, which is absurd. On my first visit the therapist I spoke to did an evaluation and I made an appointment to go back the following week. I was told that I would be seeing the same therapist who did my evaluation but when I arrived I was told that therapist wasn't there and I was assigned to an assistant who had no idea what he was doing. When I went for my second appointment which was scheduled by their office the office was closed. I did not receive a phone call or email stating that they would be closed. If you value your health and recovery, I would not put my health and recovery in the hands of this place. I lost three weeks of valuable rehabilitation time dealing with Aria's staff. I went to another Physical Therapy facility and the difference between my current physical therapist and Aria is astounding!

After my ACL surgery I was referred to this group by my doctor to complete the months long rehab process. They worked with me once a week, starting with basic leg mobility and eventually full agility drills. I communicated my goal to play basketball and soccer with 100% effort and address the muscle atrophy that had occurred. They took that to heart and the treatment always felt tailored towards my specific needs as opposed to just running through a standard list of exercises. (Takes a good minute to fill out but it's standard in most offices so just be prepared). It's mostly information you know, signatures, DL information & payment at the end of course. Then you go in for your consultation, I waited for the doctor and then he does the consult and some work by the assistant, then off to the next room for an adjustment by the doctor and done. Ruby was the one who did my electric treatment and she was super sweet and kind! The doctor was very thorough, answers all your questions and explains his findings as well as recommended treatment. I felt like he truly wanted to help! I'm surprised there isn't more 5 star reviews for Dr. Peterson he was great! I'd recommend all my friends and family to this office. He also has an office on the east side for those who can't come to the west side for whatever reason. Still going through what I'm going through but Ira not gonna be a one day fix.
