I've had a roaring case of tendonitis in both shoulders, probably due to overstressing my arms at age 78. My VA physician recommended physical therapy, and I chose Dynamic Rehab. This involved weeks of visits. My left shoulder recovered quickly but the right one was a royal pain (not kidding) until near the end of my scheduled visits. Finally, it's feeling better. I'm no longer waking up in the middle of the night in agony. I'll continue exercises at home to, I hope, fully recover. Francisco and his marvelous staff were wonderfully helpful. My 94 year old father was having worsened back pain and when his primary care MD suggested physical therapy I was very apprehensive about him going to more appointments during the pandemic. What a relief to find Dynamic Rehab Center! The front office staff is always so nice and accommodating, they make sure he's taken care of which provides me peace of mind. He always feels some relief after his sessions and gets more physical activity into his day than he normally would on his own and it's definitely a plus that it's in a safe environment. I wanted to like this place especially because my doctor referred me here for my neck pain. My first visit was great the PT took time with me to go over my concerns and made a promising treatment plan. When I checked out they overcharged my co pay which they said was due to the system being down so they just guessed an amount that I owed. No big deal. I paid it and was promised a call before my next appointment the following week to correct it which was not done. When I came back for my appointment I mentioned this and the receptionist was defensive and rude about it but the difference was applied to my co pay for that day, no worries. I was also told my appointment was 30 minutes earlier and I was late but my appointment card had the time that I showed up on it, which was not my fault. I was taken back for treatment and was surprised to find out that I would not have my visits with the PT from now on and they would be with the girls that work there as assistants?? It really wasn't explained to me. I even saw the PT walk by me a couple times and didn't even acknowledge me or say hello even though I had spent over an hour with him days before. I was given a heat pack on my neck and told to do a couple exercises by myself to which they left me alone for so who knows if I did them correctly?? And during all I could hear was the girls chatting about their personal lives and often I was done with the exercises and waiting on them to finish their conversations. I was given a total of 4 exercises to do my self and then told I was done. Paid my co pay and left feeling pretty disappointed that I was going to have to pay for someone to tell me to do my own exercises and then pay them and leave. I was also left with more pain then I came with, not in my area of concern but my back which was fine before I came here. I wonder if a lack of them supervising me and teaching me how to do the exercises properly had anything to do with it. I am pretty sure the answer is yes to that. They wanted me to come twice weekly which would have cost me over 400$ a month out of pocket in co pays. I decided to not return as I could easily just look up things online and do myself if they were going to make me do them myself anyhow what's the point. Overall extremely disappointed with this place and do not recommend coming here. Edited to add that my neck pain has been horribly worse since coming here. I have a Chiari malformation. I told the PT this and yet he had me do cervical traction on my neck which I was made aware of is a huge no no for those with my condition and it can lead to more problems. Which it has. read more

Having hurt my knees while post-COVID jogging, I started therapy per physician prescription at Dynamic Rehab in Lancaster, and after a week, my pain had indeed subsided. However, during the low-intensity rehabilitation phase of treatment, my knee got fatigued, and I lost my balance and collapsed. The unfortunate thing, the collapse aggravated my right knee injury, and the physical therapist in charge was not paying attention and allowed me to leave without addressing my fall, which later that night caused aching and throbbing to the point where couldn't climb the stairs and got no sleep. Luckily, the pain has subsided, but the thought now remains: who is supervising these therapists, and why aren't the therapists paying more attention when someone falls during an exercise: what is causing the distraction? In the future, I would feel safer if the therapists behaved more professionally and stopped watching football games or talking about sports statistics during working hours. I can't help but wonder, If the therapist handling my case was present during my physical activities, would I have fallen? Would he have recognized knee fatigue before I collapsed? read more

I had my right hip replaced by Dr. Antebi in March. I started rehab in April and have been very happy with my treatment and progress. The staff is very friendly, almost family-like. The therapists are very good and have never pushed me to the point of pain or even discomfort. Scheduling is very easy; I've never had a serious problem with them accommodating my schedule. They clearly lay out how they want you progress and show you, in detail, the steps you need to take to achieve your goals of living pain free. Amazing Rehab Center. Referred to this location by my orthopedic Dr. Justin Sherfey (which is also an awesome surgeon!). I just started my therapy this week and can already see the improvements in my hand and arm... the receptionist, Myrah-Manager, and Francisco-my Physical Therapist are professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic staff. They work with you to make appointments that fit your schedule. All of them are considerate and patient with all clients. They all speak English and Spanish at least! Francisco really helped me to bounce back from my hip replacement with his personal approach through hands-on massage and exercises in the center as well as suggestions for exercises at home. Best of all, Francisco is able to explain WHY I hurt here or there and what to do to get better, because he attends many surgeries to see what the doctors do to us! This place is awful. I had back surgery in Feb. my Dr sent over my paperwork to start PT and they never called me. I called 3 times and every single time the girl was very rude. At one point she asked me to bring the paperwork myself. When I finally got an appointment it was in August. The whole experience left me with a bad feeling. read more

Today I finished my first four weeks session at the Rehab Center. Francisco and his staff far exceeded my expectations after my total knee replacement surgery. He came to my home visits and I was so impressed with how he helped me that I made sure to come to Dynamic Rehab for my office visits for continued rehab. This place, by far, along with all the staff and the equipment and the amazing Francisco, is by far the best in its league! Everyone here is eager to help you with your particular needs, and they do so with smiles and professionalism. I came to therapy 2 weeks post total hip replacement with my walker. I was hurting, scared to push myself too far and too fast, and confused of my limits. That was short lived with the care Joy and the others gave me and with Francisco's expert knowledge and faith that I could do it! He explained things to me i hadn't even read in my search for all things concerning my surgery. I was using my cane after 2 sessions, and at 6 weeks post op I only carry the cane for security when I walk. Honestly, I hardly need ir use it except for instances like stairs and hilly walkways. I feel blessed to have had this rehab opportunity, and will miss them all as I return to work now. Do not hesitate to choose this as your recovery tool.
