I went to Aria Physical Therapy after…read morehaving knee replacement surgery and I lost valuable time with my physical therapy treatment dealing with this company. It appears that they do not have permanent certified physical therapist on staff. I was told by the manager that they have traveling physical therapist, which is absurd. On my first visit the therapist I spoke to did an evaluation and I made an appointment to go back the following week. I was told that I would be seeing the same therapist who did my evaluation but when I arrived I was told that therapist wasn't there and I was assigned to an assistant who had no idea what he was doing. When I went for my second appointment which was scheduled by their office the office was closed. I did not receive a phone call or email stating that they would be closed. If you value your health and recovery, I would not put my health and recovery in the hands of this place. I lost three weeks of valuable rehabilitation time dealing with Aria's staff. I went to another Physical Therapy facility and the difference between my current physical therapist and Aria is astounding!
