Thank you to Frye Chiropractic for helping me with my debilitating back pain. I had done everything from steroid injections to physical therapy and nothing was helping take the pain away. I came to Frye under a special I found on Instagram and Dr. Joey did some X-rays and explained everything that was happening with my back. We started therapy on the decompression machine and half way thru my treatment we switched to the DOC machine. This last ma home has done all the difference in world for me. I wanted to like this place. The staff was nice. The Dr I saw was very nice. The first two appointments were exams and the Dr explaining what he saw in my X-rays and what he thinks I should do. He said I would benefit from a $4,000.00 dollar machine. They push those machines on almost everyone. Each time I went, my back pain got worse and worse. I would tell the dr each time I went in for an adjustment about my pain, and all he would say was "don't worry I got you. I'll take care of you. I'll fix it". Unfortunately it was the opposite. Because I went to this chiropractor, my back pain got worse and I ended up with a pretty severe injury because of the adjustments he performed. read more

Saw Dr Robert Griffin today & I have never felt so dismissive in my life by someone that had to do something with my care. Got referred by my attorneys he Asks questions which he then adds his own follow up questions such as "did the attorneys feel like you were wasting your time" when explaining that my anxiety is what caused me to go MIA with the attorneys earlier this year he Went as far as telling me he didn't care about it. SO THEN WHY QUESTION MY ANSWERS. Towards the end I did get a little worked up I was pulling on my fingers stuttering some my anxiety had rocketed. He then asks if I took any substances WHAT?! I'm having anxiety! The anxiety I mentioned in the first few minutes of this appointment! His whole dismissive vibe was a joke. I get that maybe I I was chatty in the replies but it's because these questions had answers that I FELT NEEDED a bit of explaining but he will tell you he doesn't care I'm here explaining why shit went unreported for so long CAUSE THATS WHAT HE ASKED (not to mention he's the one who opened a can of worms by asking if the attorneys felt like I'm wasting their time) Spoke to my Attorney and sure enough was not dismissed by them like I was by this bozo chiropractor. Absolutely terrible!! They are so unprofessional. They did a 3 month plan 3x a week to help me. It didn't do SQUAT! I am actually left with a horrific sciatic pain that I have never had in all my life until Dr. Frye adjusted me. I can barely walk now. She was told of my situation and instead of trying to correct it, she was rude and defensive. Extremely egotistical woman. FRYE Chiropractic is and has time and time again taken me in. Conducted a thorough exam and explain what is going on with my body. The Staff has s very helpful and friendly! My pain level coming in was high 10. But 2 days later after my 3rd treatment. I'm at a high 6-7 and feeling confident these issues with my lower back and neck pain are on the mend. Dr Ted gets a hold of you and you know your on good hands! Unfortunately, the only time I get Chiropractic care is in Crisis mode. I should see them regularly to keep myself healthy. The worst and the most unprofessional clinic I've ever been to! Don't go there if you are Asian, their receptionist actually laughed at me and responded in a sarcastic way "yes, we are doing that to you". I had an appointment at 2:45 PM, checked in, finished all my paperwork, and then simply waited. I was answering the calls outside of the clinic for work. Then the receptionist came up, took me to a room, and started talking to me (while clearly, she could see I was on the phone). I asked her can I please just talk on the phone for a minute, she gave me a squint and said in a very unpleasant way, "well, then there will be some delay". I walked out of the clinic to finish my call, walked back in, and asked the receptionist if she has a problem that I had to answer a call. Her answer utterly surprised me, she stated that I should put my full attention to her when she talks, as the doctor's time is very valuable. I asked her, I had been here at 2:45 PM as scheduled, finished the paperwork, and had to wait for 30 mins before I was being called into a room, why I had to immediately give her my full attention while they had me waited for 30 mins?! And I was the last one being called while all the other customers had been taking care of. What a double standard! I asked her is that because I am Asian so you are discriminating against me? She laughed at me and said, "yes, we are doing that to you". Bottom line is, if you are Asian like me, if you are working and not the baby-boomer generation, if you are not injured/have pain because of work or any accident that they can just squeeze big money out of you, DON'T go to FRYE. Please note, this comment does not go against the practitioners at the clinic, (as I don't have any interaction experience with any of them) but the very front-line receptionist. I was a little leary about seeing a chiropractor at first, but I've been in so much pain I couldn't take it anymore. The most doctors have done for me is prescribe pain pills and send me on my way. I was referred to Dr. Frye's by a friend and after my first adjustment I felt immediate releif. They explained in very clear terms what they found in my x rays, what the problems were, and what they can do to alleviate my pain and correct my spinal issues. Staff is amazingly patient and helpful...as I go in cranky, due to pain and they have me smiling by the time I leave. If you are on the fence about it, just go in once and see what a difference they can make ! I had to change the status of this to 2 stars..last time I went in, I don't know what he did to my back but I was barely able to walk out of the office and was hunched over driving home. 2 months later I am still in severe pain. read more

I had high hopes after my first appointment when the doctor went over my Xrays thoroughly and wanted to get started on a treatment plan. But then once I started going my 3 times a week as scheduled I felt like this place was the drive thru version of adjustments. Like they spent maybe 1 minute adjusting me max and then basically sent me on my way. Afterwards, all the pain I came in complaining about got worse. Especially my headaches. I could barely move my neck. I will never go back to this place. They've almost ruined the chiropractic profession in general for me. Like is this how it's going to be everywhere? I recently visited this office and it is by far one of the nicest, cleanest and happiest doctors offices I've seen in my entire life! They also have alot of cool machines and xray stuff. They can even do video xrays that move. I've never seen this at any doctors office. Fryes is a top notch chiropractic group. I have a bulging L-5 and a painful sciatic nerve issue. I have been using their service for over 2 years now, in lieu of surgery. Everyone in the office is helpful, easy to talk to, and personable. It's almost like going in and visiting with friends. There was ONE chiropractor, a male, who is a bit older but genuine in truly treating and providing repair to your back. Everyone else is simply there for the money. They put you in these "therapies" that do nothing for you but provide a code in which they can charge up the bill. To add insult to injury, no pun intended, Tiffany, a short lady who works at the front was the reason I discontinued my treatment there.
