Disappointed in the management. We are visiting my sister from South Florida and her family took us to dinner here. Cute restaurant, great food however after spending over $350 in pizza and drinks we were finishing our conversation and told they had other patrons and we should leave. We jumped up and left. Interesting point , there were no people waiting anywhere. Not in the restaurant or waiting outside. There were several empty tables including two 6 tops. Doris was super welcomed us and shared her history, from New Jersey to Duluth they have definitely figured things out on pizza. we had the rice balls and they were delicious with a dash of the salt they serve with it. Parking is OK. There is street parking and random strip parking. Come at an off time. Space - Pretty small. In fact, when you order up front - the space from door to register is SHORT. If you come at a busy time, you may have to wait out the door. There are some tables. It may be best for you to pick up and go Why a 3: Service was OK. My bf, his mom, and I came here on a random Sunday for lunch. We were not sure if we sit and order or order up front then sit. The girl up front was very... lost. Took a few extra seconds to answer us. I dunno. Secondly, when she did tell to order and sit - my bf wanted us to get waters and tried to flag someone. There was only 1 girl working with the tables. She barely spoke English. She also didn't really notice us sitting. When my bf walked up to her for service/ask for water, the pizza cooker noticed the girl was confused or couldn't really speak, so he spoke to my bf in a very hostile tone "can I help you?". Hey - I get it. The girl was attractive. I'm sure there are some weirdos who'd hit on her at work-- but before assuming, I wouldn't use that kind of tone with a customer. Greek salad was fresh but had too much salad dressing; I asked the feta cheese be served on the side due to an allergy but it wasn't and placed on top. Pizza was good, but did not feel welcome E and place was very disorganized. I had a Jersey Round and it was just good. Nothing great. I was expecting great. I probably should have gotten a Grandma Pie since that is what they are known for. The problem is that everything is done through your smartphone. Impossible to ask questions without going up to the counter and waiting on takeout line to ask a question. They were out of all drinks. They only had bottled water left at 7:30 pm. No one was busing the tables so when I found a empty table it was covered with garbage from the previous diners. They also had no garbage pails outside to throw out the garbage on the tables. They had one bus tray outside that was full and falling over. It was just not a good dining experience. If I am in the area I may give them another try but I hope they clean up their act. I have to give only 1 star because the pizza I got was a large pepperoni which was very expensive. Almost $20. But the quality didn't match the price at all. The pizza had a rubbery tough texture. Not a bad pizza place. The food is good for a brick oven pizza place but a bit on the pricy side. Ordered only 3 pizzas, drinks and a few appetizers for friends and famiily and it was almost $90.00. Staff been really nice everytime we've gone there. But sometimes the waiting line for seating can be out the door. We fought a blinding rainstorm to go to this pizza joint in Duluth. When we got there, it was still raining like crazy and no place to park. There were people eating & waiting outside to get in to order or eat. Therefore, a decision was made to try to return in the future ( but not on a rainy night) Came back for lunch to give it a try. Pizza was good as the meat balls, mushrooms, pepperoni, and a couple of other items. Place is limited on inside table space. The day I tried it the temp was in the 70s. I was there around 2pm and the place wasn't busy at all, though I think there were take out orders being processed. The reason why I say this is because after I placed my order, I had to wait about 25 minutes for my slices. Considering that the pies are pre-made and are resting a shelf near the cash register, the only things that added are what you ordered on them. Unless this place gets really slammed on weekends, that would understandable for the wait. I am not mad at this place for the waiting, because this is 1st time I came here and waited on. The best the freshest I've ever eaten I don't even eat pizza very often or pasta this place has anyone over it's a little drive from our house and Suwanee but worth it because it is really good it's not fancy it's not pretentious it is just really good fresh food served to you with the right crunch and that pizza crust is perfect every time! Went there after reading the reviews that this was Brooklyn style. Well, not only is it NOT a Brooklyn style pizza is it a pretty bad excuse for a restaurant in general. I've been there twice and that's twice too many times. From the rude waitresses to the 'my $h@# don't stink manager' (short bald guy with funny hat - at least he said he was the manager) they have a lot of growing up to do before they'll ever be successful. Way over priced with a 16" pizza running $24-$30 for a square pie. Watched the pizza guy make my Grandma oie - all was well until he stuck his ungloved hand into a bucket of water on he counter and plucked out a mozzarella ball that he broke up on the pie after removing it from the oven - hey, where's the health department??? You can't tell me they let this place pass inspection when they handle food this way! I asked for the manager, I was told by him 'that's the way it is', told him, I didn't want the pizza after what I had seen. After some discussion, we left - I was not going to chance it. Maybe if by Brooklyn style they mean a place run by @hole rude employees, maybe they got it right. If they were referring to the food, all I can say is be sure to drive by gas stations on the way home in case you need to stop. They need to add some volume to their beer selection and for whatever reason there's no music playing inside, which seems uncharacteristic of the vibe of the restaurant. This place has become a tragedy. In the past I have ordered the Brooklyn Sicilian pizza which was a big rectangular pie with eight slices, just like in NY. I am having an event at my house and I ordered two Brooklyn Sicilian pizzas, which works out to 16 slices of pizza. When I get to the store to pick up my order, they are looking to give me 2 tiny pizzas which was the equivalent of four slices of pizza ...for $30!! First time eating at o4w, and was definitely not impressed. No offense to grandma, but her pie was just not that tasty. Grandma's pie was drenched in olive oil, making the pizza a greasy mess. The crust was hard enough to withstand the olive oil, but also hard enough to be unpleasant to eat. An excessive amount of parmesan made the pizza extremely salty, the only high point of the pie was the mozzarella. This is absolutely the best pizza in Gwinnett, really it's my vote for the best anywhere OTP and maybe even ITP. This is the real deal. If NY is your measuring stick, this measures up. I've eaten pie all over NYC and this stands up. My favorite is the Grandma Pie - fresh mozzarella, marines, pecorino Romano, olive oil, oregano, and fresh basil. It's $23.50 and feeds 3-4 depending on how hungry you are. They have subs and salads and I'm guessing they are good but with pizza this good, why try anything else? They loved from downtown Atlanta to be closer to the owner's house and I'm glad they did. I hesitated to post this - I have truly gone back and forth about it for a few hours last night and again today but in the end I feel like I have to make this review. We have been frequent customers ever since the opening of this place. We told countless friends and family members about it. We literally raved about it forever. We truly LOVED it, but I just cannot say that anymore. The last four times we've ordered, everything has been terrible. We've finally given up on ever trying again. As someone who has worked in several restaurants and knows the business well, it pains me to give negative reviews but yikes! Twice in recent months, my family has gone in to eat there & the other two times, we've ordered to go. The two times we went in, customer service was absolutely awful. For starters, no one looked happy to be there or interested in taking care of customers at all. We were ignored from the moment we walked in and when we were finally taken care of, it came off like we were annoying the staff just by daring to come in and eat. Mind you, this was in the middle of a Saturday afternoon, it's not like we were showing up just before close and expecting to be taken care of. We were only acknowledged after I sheepishly asked if we could order at the counter and sit outside. Nothing about our order was complicated - one pizza for my husband and I to share, a single slice for our daughter, one salad for me & three drinks. Our beer choice required a new keg to our understanding so as not to be a bother, we offered to choose something else. We were assured it was not a big deal and they'd bring them out. After waiting a while, I walked in to check on things and it was clear they'd forgotten about the beers. No big deal. They said it'd be a few more minutes and I went back outside. Waiting, waiting, waiting...pizza came, still no beer. Again not a huge deal but come on. Then I watched my salad go from table to table before finally being brought to me. That's fine, we brushed it off as a weird experience overall but even then the food had been less than stellar. Tried again a few weeks later, had nearly an identical experience - again on a Saturday mid afternoon. Several customers that arrived after us got all of their stuff first (and no, they didn't call ahead) and it became clear we were entirely forgotten that time. The next time we had a craving, we decided to give to go a try instead. Everything was bland & seemed hastily thrown together. Rice balls were badly burned. The salads seemed half the size as normal. The dressing was wrong on one. Again, I was willing to brush it off. We're in the middle of a pandemic and I consider myself pretty privileged to even be eating out/ordering to go meals and I just couldn't bring myself to complain. Finally comes the second time we've tried to go (and the fourth time we've tried to support the business recently) and that would be last night. We ordered one pizza, two salads, and one order of rice balls. The rice balls were burnt to a crisp. The insides all dried out and bland. The Caesar salad was nothing but a box with lettuce and maybe 4 croutons. No cheese at all. What was supposed to be the Italian house salad was nothing but a box with lettuce and squishy rotting tomatoes. The pizza was the only thing that was okay and even then, it was badly burned in some parts. We dumped the salads in the trash, tried to eat two of the rice balls before dumping those as well, and we each ate one slice of the pizza before giving up. Sadly, thats it for us. It's not worth the cost, it's not worth the trip, and it's certainly not worth the aggravation of trying to order ever again. I don't know what has happened to this once incredible pizza place (and once top five favorite restaurant of ours) but it seems like whoever is there now (or at least whenever we happen to order) clearly doesn't care about anything at all. read more

My family and I went here tonight for Food Truck Friday and we were pretty disappointed. The pizza to us didn't have much taste and was really hard and chewy. Probably the worse pizza I've had.
