I sought out to resolve the issue at the nearest point of resolve, which happen to be advanced auto parts on 529. Every time I come to the store, no matter how many customers are in the process of caring for their car, it seems to be a calm, serene air about this particular location. The people are always nice. They always make sure that you are satisfied with your selections. I arrived at the store pretty early and it didn't feel like anybody in the store needed a cup of coffee. They were quick to assist me. Answered my question, even compared prices with the competition to make sure I'm getting the best deal and I was out after a short, pleasant conversation. I would have to say an ideal experience, put a little steering fluid in the right location and it was smooth sailing.

As well Amani and a really nice associate (woman who used a cane) installed the wipers in less than 5 minutes. I politely walked up to him, apologized for interrupting his work, and explained my dilemma. He smiled, stopped what he was doing and walked over to my car with me, and was kind enough to fill my tire. I was so relieved that they were open, that Rafael was there, and that Discount Tire truly cares about its customers. I've had several wonderful experiences with them, especially when it comes to getting air in tires. He also made sure to remind me about their free flat tire repair if I needed it in the future.
