He did a wonderful job of giving me advice on which tires are best to run for my bike and was very knowledgeable. He got my tire mounted and to the correct pressure in under 20 minutes! The only person I want to change my tires from now on.

If you need something off their shelves, you may consider it. For services such as installing…read moretires, you should go to a place where your patronage is valued. The major issue with these brand stores, is that the personnel are just employees. They have no incentive or accountability, other than being nice. I ordered tires from Cycle Gear website, to be delivered to the store. On February 12th, I went to the store, to dropped my wheels. I paid for the installation in advance. I was told the wheels will be ready on February 17th, today at 12:00. As you guessed it, the wheels had still the old tires installed. The employee I spoke to was sorry, but at the end of the day, I drove there two times, removed my tires from my motorcycle for nothing. There is simply no process or system in place. No organization. The employee that brought the wheels back to me had no clue. At least they reimbursed me right away. Bottom line, if you need service, go to a store where the owners are going to want you back. Not Cycle Gear. The funny part is they attempted to have me take a membership, so I could get discounts!!! I would rather get quality and commitment, rather than promises!!! So long Cycle Gear! good luck!

I had a really disappointing experience with Iron Supply Powersports…read more I was on the way to purchase a TrailMaster they advertised for $999, and it was about an hour drive for me. Before I got there, I decided to call and confirm the out-the-door price after seeing some reviews about hidden fees. Good thing I did. They told me the out-the-door price was $2,200, which is honestly ridiculous. I've bought ATVs and power sports vehicles before, so I fully understand freight, assembly, and taxes--but there's no justification for more than doubling the advertised price. That kind of pricing feels very misleading. Advertising a $999 price just to tack on over $1,000 in extra fees is bad business and a waste of customers' time--especially for those driving long distances. I ended up not going through with the purchase. Definitely recommend calling ahead and getting a full breakdown before making the trip.

Anyway they had i a while (no fault of their own) but Triumph is the one calling the shots and sending parts, so the time it took was clearly on Triumph. Dalton kept me updated the best he could and as soon as parts hit the door they were on it. Now i did not buy the bike from them. So i believe the service i received from them was first class. They have a very nice new shop to work in that was first rate in my opinion. The bike runs super great. No problems at all. The service manager himself worked on my scooter. Then to top it off we had a small issue with my home button, Rene himself came all the way across town to get my bike then brought it back to me! Treat these guys nice people. I did get alittle upset but Dalton handled me very professionally and has a good vibe about him. Thanks guys. Buying the next one there.

Ported - the ports (big holes where manifolds join heads) are enlarged to improve volume of flow. Gas flowed - the tubes that the fuel and exhaust flow through are machined so that the fluids can flow with less resistance hence faster, so more fuel gets pumped in per stroke.

A special thank you goes to Shaun Martin in the service department for always providing excellent customer service, honest advice, and making sure everything is taken care of the right way. I also want to recognize Austin in the parts department. Our family is heavily involved in motocross, and Austin has always been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we get the right parts and accessories. His expertise and customer service are second to none. After more than 25 years of doing business with Honda of Houston, I can confidently say they have earned my trust and continued business.
