After going back and forth a few times with all the details, I met Derek's Mobile Car Wash at my apartment during my lunch break. Since I had to get back to work ASAP, I left my car in their hands and headed back. I did feel kind of weird leaving my keys and my car with total strangers, but it really needed to be cleaned. Inside and out. Some time passed and then I get the phone call... you know the one where they tell you that your car is cleaned. I didn't have super high hopes because they cleaned my car without an outside water source or electricity. They were nice enough to bring my car up to the office for me so that I didn't have to take an Uber back home to get it. When I was waking up to my car I was in total shock. The car looked brand new on the outside. Like it had just came off the showroom floor. It looked GREAT! But I was thinking there's NO WAY that they got the inside as clean. NO WAY!!! After that I've used their detailing services for all of my cars once a month. Needless to say, I've spent a lot of money here, and resulted in them getting many new customers. They're part of a Katy business group, and I'll be reporting my most recent experience to the members. The last few appointments have been lackluster and the quality of their work has gone way down. The final straw was my most recent appointment, which resulted in a paint chip to my front bumper. When I reported this, I was not even offered a refund. Beware, this service is not what it used to be.
