I had a fairly new car with a stubborn yellow bird stain on the bumper that just wouldn't come out. Not only did they completely remove it, but they went above and beyond--insisting on waxing the entire car even though I would've gladly paid just for the trip and the stain removal alone. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their clients and take this much pride in their work. Big thanks to Carlos--highly recommend! Carlos: (832) 853-9754

It looks and smells like it just rolled off the showroom floor. He showed up right on time, was super professional, and treated my car like it was his own. Even my kids' car seats were cleaned to the point where I questioned whether we should even let them back in! I love that I didn't even have to leave the house -- he came right to my driveway, fully equipped, and took care of everything. If you're on the fence about booking, don't be. This is hands down the best detail my car has ever had. I'll definitely be using him regularly!

My tires were even looking red. So, I put out the word on Yelp that I was looking for a mobile car washer since making it to someone during work hours is darn near impossible for me. A few car wash businesses replied, but for some reason Derek's stood out. So, I thought... let me give them a shot. Let's see what they are made of. I knew that it was going to be a chore to get that red clay off of my car. After going back and forth a few times with all the details, I met Derek's Mobile Car Wash at my apartment during my lunch break. Since I had to get back to work ASAP, I left my car in their hands and headed back. I did feel kind of weird leaving my keys and my car with total strangers, but it really needed to be cleaned. Inside and out. Some time passed and then I get the phone call... you know the one where they tell you that your car is cleaned. I didn't have super high hopes because they cleaned my car without an outside water source or electricity. They were nice enough to bring my car up to the office for me so that I didn't have to take an Uber back home to get it. When I was waking up to my car I was in total shock. The car looked brand new on the outside. Like it had just came off the showroom floor. It looked GREAT! But I was thinking there's NO WAY that they got the inside as clean. NO WAY!!! I couldn't wait to open the doors and check it out. Once again, I was in total shock. It looked like it had never even been driven. It was so clean you could eat off the seats. It also smelled GREAT! The job that they did was OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this small local business for all your car wash needs. The are prompt and very professional. I will be using them from now on when my car needs a bath.

So I sit down for 15 to 25 minutes with My Son and they tell me that they are finished with my car and I thought to myself that that was really fast! When I walk up to my car, they did the worst job I have ever seen on the vacuum so I told them that this is terrible!! I was very polite one one the workers not knowing I understand Spanish was laughing at me and saying very rude things in Spanish not knowing I could understand her and then she held both of my BMW mats up and told me to go clean my mats myself! I then grab a Manager and she takes my car and the two ladies working on my car to the side and let them know that's not how you treat customers so then they detail cleaned my car when I got home I noticed I was missing a BMW mat! I've never experienced someone so rude working for any establishment: I lost my mat forever unfortunately .I did not want a free car wash I highly do not recommend this unprofessional terrible place! What really makes me upset is I am a BMW owner and a very smart and responsible woman so to try and convince me that I didn't come with all 4 mats in my car really upsets me now I have to find another BMW Matt that they did not offer to reimburse me for anything they did not offer a refund on my car wash. I don't want a $30 refund. I need my $200 mat replaced! You can't accuse some of someone of coming to a car wash without all four mats!
