When I checked my vehicle afterward, there were still large crumbs and visible debris left behind--even in areas that were easily accessible with a vacuum hose. After more than five years as a paying member, I expect the basic services included in my membership to be completed properly. Unfortunately, the quality of service has reached a point where I no longer feel I'm receiving what I'm paying for. Because of this experience, I have decided to cancel my membership today. It's disappointing that after being a customer for more than five years, poor attention to something as basic as vacuuming is ultimately what caused you to lose my business.

Today, the manager Rafael, did an up sale of the $45 wash, and tried to convince me what it was literally like me "doing a detail of my interior" I really didn't need it, but I told him I can give it a try. He even gave me a $5 discount to convince me. It was a lady that cleaned my car. When my car was completed, as expected, I needed to compare the result of my typical wash with the plan they sold me . The dash board was still dusty and had water marks, the trunk still had dust and I saw a couple of stains on the back seat, which I pointed out for them to clean. The lady was willing, but another employee ( who by the way did not clean my car, a black male) , jumped in an immediately without trying or checking the stain, said it would be $65 to get those stains off. It would be a chemical clean and that was another package? Of course I know he was just trying to be difficult or dismissive, So I told him to give me a cloth, so I can show him it was an easy clean. The lady who initially cleaned my car quicky got a cloth and cleaned off the stain with no issue at all. As should have been, that should have been the end of that service. Instead , The male worker , then start to yell at the lady cleaner to make to charge customers for extra work ( in front of me the customer) , and then turns to me and start to yell and talk back rudely that I need to stop being cheap and pay for a higher plan. As I tried to explain or even have a conversation, he continued to talk over me and wave his hand dismissively. He did not back down! I was in so much shock and I called for the manager. He stormed off and told me to go look for the manager myself, and points to a distant office door. I walked over to the office and , no manager. The lady again being helpful goes to get the manager. As this point I was really upset. The sad apart to this, was how the manager handle this after getting to the scene. I told him, his employee was so rude and needs to learn how to talk to customers, and that he should be fired with this type of attitude, but cynically instead of addressing the issues, the manager starts to ask me if i was a christian, and if I knew today was a good Friday! How provoking! His insincerity was unbelievable. .. not really addressing my concerns ( lack of delivery on the up-sale, rude employee and unpleasant experience ) . Overall, it was a horrible customer experiences! The owner needs to train it's staff! My concerns could easily have been deescalated by the employee and especially by the manager. Instead he was enabling the employee and also undermined my complaints. Train your staff... Customer Experience matters! Hula should read about the Chic-Fila business model! Repeat business is not only based on skill , customer service matters too!

During my visit, my front bumper was scratched and my front Texas license plate was removed from my vehicle. I immediately brought the issue to the General Manager, Steeler. He told me that he found the license-plate frame, but the actual license plate was still missing. I explained that driving without the required Texas license plate can create a legal issue and asked what they were going to do to resolve the situation. Instead of providing a solution, I was told to wait until the business closed. I also asked whether their security cameras were operating 24/7, and he confirmed that they were. When I asked who he reported to and who was above him, he refused to provide that information. He also gave me a phone number that I later contacted corporate about, and they told me it was not an in-house number for that location. At this point, I am documenting everything and considering filing the appropriate formal complaints and pursuing available legal remedies. I am sharing this experience so other customers can make an informed decision. Protect yourself, document everything, and be very careful about putting your vehicle or your money in the hands of this business. This is based on my personal experience and what occurred during my visit.

Honestly, there were about 6 stains and now we can barely even see 1 (only if we look closely). He let us know, pointed out the stain that was visible and explained the situation. We felt like the car looked amazing, but even that he took the time to point it out and explain made a big difference. We didn't ask for a clay bar, but they provided it anyways because of how the outside of the car looked. It's been a few days and the car still looks amazing.
