Be warned before ordering from this company. We ordered a part on May 4, 2023. Were told 2-3 weeks for delivery. Receipt said 4-6 weeks. It is now over 4 months later and we don't have the part and every email and voice message to Titan has been ignored. Can't get anyone to answer the phone there. They'll take your money but good luck getting your parts. Buyer beware! read more

This company has the worst customer service. I ordered in April and did not receive the parts. I tried to cancel my transaction through my bank in which this company disputed. Tried again and they once again disputed. I have been in contact with the sales manager regarding the cancelation in which she approved but they will not refund my money. They continued to tell me that they need to speak with their refund department on August 17th with no follow up. On August 25th she then said she needed to speak with her boss and there has been no follow up. I have called and emailed with no resolution. I reached out again today and she acted as if we had not been in communication and did not know what I was referring to. Worst company and I will never do business with them again. read more

This company has moved into doing watersports too I ordered two items on July 2nd 2022, in which they promptly withdrew funds from my bank ($774.99) and never bothered to send the items. I contacted them on July 12th where they told me they didn't have the items in stock but could get them if I still wanted them. They also said there was an issue with payment. Well, my bank shows they took the funds on July 3rd with no problem. On, July 14th I contacted them again after seeing no change in my order status and cancelled the order. I contacted them again on July 17th by email when no refund to my bank came through, they said their debit card processing was having issues and I would for sure see my money back within 10 days. Today it is July 28th and wouldn't you know it, still no refund! This company is either incompetent and has no integrity, or is just a plain scam. I have now reported them as fraudulent to my bank, reported to the FTC, and will have a police report filed for them. I get it, I'll never see my money back, but that doesn't mean I will just go away. They picked the wrong victim today. read more

Ordered Mammoth Wheels from this company online with a 6-8 week turnaround so I thought. Called numerous times for order status and they kept leading me on blaming DNA. Few months later, dodged my calls, didn't return messages so I called DNA who said they never received an order from Titan. Requested refund and they said they couldn't cause tgeir pay system changed and I have to call the owner Chris. Ordered a Rim 2 1/2 months ago and still haven't received it! Had to select new order just so he would answer my call. I never got anywhere when selecting information about a order that's been made. He said it's been on backorder. I contacted the supplier that make that rim and they said no it's not that's a rim we keep in stock all the time! I've sent emails and called with no response.
