He came to my home and checked battery and removed bad gas and cleaned the system. The battery was good. I have had this ATV for a few years and it is running better than ever. Mike called me when he was on his way. Arrived at scheduled time. Kept work area spic and span clean. He is very knowledgeable, has a lot of experience, and a passion for repairing motorcycles and ATV's. I highly recommend Mike. I would definitely call him again next time.

Buyers Beware - Terrible Service Experience at WildWest Motoplex…read more I'm writing this review to strongly warn anyone considering buying from WildWest Motoplex, especially if you plan on needing service after your purchase. I bought a 2025 ATV from them, and the experience since then has been nothing short of a nightmare, specifically because of their service department and the unprofessionalism of Ryan. After noticing a part was missing from my unit, something that should have been there from day one, I went back to the dealership in person and even showed them pictures of the issue. Instead of acknowledging their mistake or offering a solution, I was brushed off and told I needed to bring the ATV in, despite already having it fixed once before for the same issue. It's clear they either forgot to install the part, or it was never inspected properly to begin with after service of the original issue. I spoke with multiple people, including Ryan in service, who was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, and escalated the issue to the general manager, Josh. Unfortunately, nothing was done. No accountability. No ownership. Just excuses and a complete lack of customer care. They will give you the runaround, just like they did with me. I've had to take my brand-new ATV to another dealership, one that didn't even sell me the unit, because they actually treat me like a customer and value my time and money. Meanwhile, WildWest Motoplex seems to forget you exist the moment the sale is done. Bottom line: Avoid WildWest Motoplex at all costs. If you care about being respected, getting proper service, and not being misled or ignored, take your business somewhere else. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I DO NOT trust mechanics, but Bill... he's not a mechanic. He's a guy that likes to fix motorcycles, and also, tries to make an honest living doing it. I called up Bill and told him I needed some work done. He quoted me a price that was so low I don't know how he would make money on me and told him so. I dropped the bike off as soon as I could. It took him a couple weeks to get to it, but he's a small operation, so I wasn't expecting quick turn around, just the job done right. I called a while later and was told by Lisa (the gate keeper) that it was done and she gave me a price almost twice what I was originally quoted. I was naturally a little upset, but I was nice about it. I asked if Bill would call me back and give the run down. When he called, and he DID call, he said he felt really bad about it and knocked over 25% off the price. I countered with a higher number because he was honest, and said he misread it. I've saved over $400 on him just bringing tires to be swapped out. When I picked up the bike, he said he felt really bad and just wanted my business. I told him keep being honest and I'll keep bringing him business. Bill (And Lisa) and Brazos Cycles on 99 in Richmond.... go see him. Oh, and pet the cats while you're there. One additional note... Bill as an avid supported of our veterans. I didn't know that until I found his facebook page..... Now I have another reason to bring my bike to him.

Mike, from sugar land power sports was very accommodating. I brought the bike to him, and he was able to immediately identify the problem. Not only did he complete the necessary repair, he gave the bike a tune up...... And took a great deal of time to walk me through basic bike maintenance to keep it running smoothly and out of his shop. His knowledge is extensive, and he is just an all around good guy. A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE…read more Based on the prior good reviews and advice from personal acquaintances, I had planned to have TDC do some performance upgrades for me. My original scope was fairly minor, but in the course of discussions with the owners, I decided to increase the amount of work done on my motorcycle, performing more serious engine upgrades: e.g. spending more money at their shop. I don't build Harley engines for a living, but I do know about engines and performance, so I had stopped by the shop a few times to discuss my plans and consulted a few times by e-mail to get opinions on different options so I could determine the exact parts to be installed and the work to be done. I wasn't even too concerned about the cost at this point, as I prefer to determine what I want done and then add up what it will cost. I already know that such a project will be expensive, and I had an idea of where it was going, so I wasn't limiting the expense to get what I wanted. However, my experience with TDC shows that they work in the opposite manner; tell them how much money you have to spend and they will tell you what they can do for you.... Well, apparently, I ask too many questions, as they ultimately, and rudely, told me they didn't want my business......coincidentally just as I had made my final decisions on what parts and work I wanted to have done. I was always pleasant and professional in my queries... I'm an amiable guy. I just wanted to assure that I was making the correct decisions. I'm pretty sure I would have been spending about $8000 in their shop, but they don't want me as a customer. So, I guess I'll find somebody who doesn't mind answering a few questions to get my business. The irony is, now I have my performance work plans all sorted out, and they won't be doing the work. I was really looking forward to having them make my bike awesome....I'm glad they showed their true colors before I gave them any money. Very disappointing. Of course the owners don't appreciate an honest review and will try to deflect my comments by placing fault with the customer who was looking forward to spending money at their shop... All I can say is Good Luck in your dealings with them... They didn't seem to appreciate my business nor the fact that I had further questions about options to the scope of the work. Their view seems to be "My way or the highway..." If this is your idea of customer service, go for it.... Even dealerships don't treat customers this badly. The owner says he spent a reasonable amount of time discussing the work. He personally spent maybe 45 minutes total with me. His wife had previously spent about an hour discussing things with me. When I first went in the shop, I had only planned to install camshafts, a few other parts I already had, and a dyno tune. After speaking with Rossanna, I decided to go much further and install a big bore kit and possibly more. On my second visit, I had questions about details that Josh could best answer and he showed me what work could be done to the heads, we discussed throttle bodies, the intended RPM range and other details. After this visit I intended to do much more work than I'd originally planned, and since it can take an hour or more for me to drive to TDC's shop, I submitted some follow-up questions via e-mail. At this point I was 90% certain of what I wanted to do, but I had a question about a camshaft other than the one that comes with the S&S kit. This is where his patience apparently ended. I simply asked for his opinion on an option, and suddenly I was on his bad side. I actually contacted S&S to get some info on their product and they helped me quickly resolve my dilemma. I was literally preparing to head out to the shop and start ordering parts and put down what money was required when Josh responded and said he wouldn't help me further. Maybe he'd had a rough day or maybe this is SOP... I can't say. All I know is that a simple courteous response to my inquiry, and I'd be their customer. Instead of admitting he made an erroneous rush to judgement, he would rather call me unreasonable, which I'm not. When I decide to spend money on something, I do it with no regrets. Every word I've written here is 100% the truth.

Mr shipley was super helpful on fixing my 2018 bmw 330e it's a hybrid so it was a super pain trying…read moreto get someone who knew what they were doing to fix it many shops turned me down because they didn't have the correct tools or expertise to fix it but when I took it to Mr Shipley he replaced the starter motor and replaced the flywheel and completed it in 2 weeks the only reason it took that long is because my car warranty had to approve it and the flywheel part had to come from Germany and it was a super smooth process I recently just purchased a 2020 330i and I plan on letting him service that one as well he also gave me a first responder Oil Change for FREE yes FREE can't beat that he's a great guy thanks Mr Shipley for everything .
