Customer Service- As soon as you walk in, someone greets you and acknowledges your presence. Depending on how busy the store is, they will right away offer to help you with anything you need. I have been helped on multiple occasions before I even made it to the front counters by everyone who works there. Koby, Rich, Clint, and Trisha are always quick to show you that they value you and appreciate you choosing their store. Even when things get busy, they keep the lines moving and give each customer the help they need. I did not know that Koby was the store manager for the longest time, because he, like everyone else at the store, approaches every customer with humility and kindness. Not a common occurrence in today's world of self-inflated middle managers Auto Parts- They offer multiple tiers of parts for you to choose from. Whether you're on a budget, or looking to put quality into your car, they have it. They also carry OEM parts from brands such as ACDELCO. Often times, they may not have a part on hand due to the insane volume of car parts that exist. When this is the case, their stores can have it transferred to them and available in a few hours. On extremely special parts they order from specialty vendors, i've never waited more than two days. I purposely run NAPA parts on my truck as a testament to their quality, I believe in putting my money where my mouth is. These days, it's often a thin line that separates who we give our business to, especially in the auto industry. NAPA has my business, and I hope everyone has the opportunity to enjoy them like I have.

The deal was very easy and didnt take a long time like other dealerships. It reminded me of the old Saturn dealerships. They told me price, worked with financing and now I have the truck I wanted. Jennifer in the title and registration department was very nice also. She sent all my docs to the local DMV in California so I could get my plates and registration. Shannon scheduled delivery of my truck when I would be home. Steven even had truck washed fueled when it was delivered . The service department even checked the oil and fluids before shipping it by car hauler I am planning to buy another vehicle from them . We purchased our truck from Corwin. The Leer shell we ordered for our F350 came from Total Truck…read morevia Corwin. There were a couple of quality issues, with the Leer shell, that Total Truck wouldn't have noticed upon their assembly to our truck i.e.: 1- Side slider window was miss-shaped from the factory. 2- The heavy screens we ordered to protect the fine mesh screens from our dog had missing/miss-placed attachment screws. This caused the screen to start bowing out. 3- On a bumpy road, with the shell window un-locked, it would open up on it's own.......... We contacted Total Truck and spoke with Rusty. We brought the truck down to Total Truck where they immediately corrected the issues with the heavy screens and the rear window opening on it's own. Rusty had to order and new replacement slider window. The window came in from Leer and Total Truck installed it in a very timely manner. The service to date has been great and we can't say enough. Even though we live in Boise we value service over convenience and will continue to drive to Caldwell and work with Total Truck. Roger & Lynda

It's like an addictive chemical they put in my cereal every morning. So when I got a new truck I had a list of parts in no time flat. Enter 4wheel parts! I went in and found they were having a cyber monday sale. Got a killer deal on wheels and tires, threw in a lift and shocks and the price was surprisingly competitive with any online vendors and install was included to boot. The install was great, the time they took with me to put together a package that I loved and worked with my budget was refreshing and much appreciated as well. The wait time for parts was all held up by lug nuts which was a bummer cause you always get antsy about getting your rig finished but besides that I was very pleased with the entire experience. The only point of criticism was the inside of my truck was left in shambles looking for my wheel key, but the truck looks amazing so it was forgivable. Overall very happy with 4wheel parts. Knowledgable staff, full install and alignment services, I'm glad we have a boise location and always try and support them when I can to keep this great local resource alive and i think you should to.

I dropped off my truck and in under an hour it was done by one of the Techs in the back. Beautiful work and what a pleasant experience, I can't recumbent them more. I did tip the tech because that guy works hard for a living unlike when you oder fast food of coffee and they flip around the register and it asks for a tip. Dowdy's, however, went well beyond good service for me. We woke up with a car issue, did a bit of panicking, randomly found a place online that was near work, called the shop, and Dowdy's told us we could bring it in immediately if we wanted. They checked it out, diagnosed the problem, and then informed us that we were probably still under warranty and should see if we can get it repaired through the dealership with little cost to us. I'm not sure if the dealer/warranty will cover our issue yet, but I am pretty sure that I will be taking all of my future service to Dowdy's. They easily could have just fixed our car and not mentioned a cost saving alternative; instead of getting a quick buck, they have earned a future repeat-customer. Then, they sent a bill that was not a part of the agreement. All that was asked for was the license plates be sent to the owner. Dowdys said that this was just too much for them to do. I will not be doing business with them. And I suggest that others not do business with them also. B.usinesses should honor an agreement that was struck. Not pussy foot around for weeks without a word. Just be leary about doing business with Dowdys.
