After going to multiple auto parts stores in this area, NAPA has given me the best experience and I'll share why. Customer Service- As soon as you walk in, someone greets you and acknowledges your presence. Depending on how busy the store is, they will right away offer to help you with anything you need. I have been helped on multiple occasions before I even made it to the front counters by everyone who works there. Koby, Rich, Clint, and Trisha are always quick to show you that they value you and appreciate you choosing their store. Even when things get busy, they keep the lines moving and give each customer the help they need. I did not know that Koby was the store manager for the longest time, because he, like everyone else at the store, approaches every customer with humility and kindness. Not a common occurrence in today's world of self-inflated middle managers Auto Parts- They offer multiple tiers of parts for you to choose from. Whether you're on a budget, or looking to put quality into your car, they have it. They also carry OEM parts from brands such as ACDELCO. Often times, they may not have a part on hand due to the insane volume of car parts that exist. When this is the case, their stores can have it transferred to them and available in a few hours. On extremely special parts they order from specialty vendors, i've never waited more than two days. I purposely run NAPA parts on my truck as a testament to their quality, I believe in putting my money where my mouth is. These days, it's often a thin line that separates who we give our business to, especially in the auto industry. I called today to find out about a headlight bulb. I wanted to make sure it was in stock before I got there. The gal on the phone as terrific. She did have the replacement, but also told me about wider and brighter lights that have become available since my 1998 car was built. When I arrived, she was there and she told the other lady exactly what I needed. I was off and on my way in a matter of moments, with a smile I might add. Both of the salespeople there were kind and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again or recommend it to a friend. read more

This store is not well stocked. Most of the time they don't have what you want. Middle aged man with glasses will sell you the wrong parts with confidence. Working at an auto parts store does not make you an autonotive expert. The last straw was when I called to see if they had 5\8 inch power steering hose. The woman said, "we have a bunch of different hoses in back. I would have to go check. I'm sure we'll have what you need". Of course that would have been too much work for her to go check. They didn't have it. A lack of common items and bad employees make this a place to avoid. read more

Had a great experience here. Car battery died. Employee was very nice and extremely helpful! Got a replacement and was back up and running without much delay. While they don't replace the battery for you, the provided all the tools and help I needed to get it done. Also, now I know how to replace a battery, so that's good to know. Thank you! read more

I have been going exclusively to this store for 8 months for auto parts. I purchase an antenna that claimed to be universal for most vehicles. I took it home and openned up the sealed package. It was the type of seal that all sides of the plastic container are heat sealed so you have to cut the package. I tried to install and found that the item did not fit my truck, even with the adapters provided. I sealed up the package as much as possible with all parts and reciept and attemped to exhange it for another antenna and they refused to take it back saying I openned the package. I explained the way the company sealed the package I had no choice and even offered to pay a restocking fee. After the clerk checked with his partner, the answer was no exchange and no refund. No apparently all sales are final deeping on how they package their products. Be aware. read more

These guys are all awesome! It's a family business and they all know their stuff. Between my big family and I, we have a lot of vehicles which all need a lot of TLC once in a while. The employees at this NAPA are more than willing to help you out to get you on your way to fixing whatever's broken. They are incredibly knowledgable and have always been a first step for me in figuring out how to fix something. My car died and I managed to get it close to the store. I pulled the battery and took it in the store. The staff was awesome! They put the battery on a charger and told me to call them in a couple of hours. They fully charged the battery and when I picked it up, they didn't charge me. How awesome is that!
