I wanted to thank Tim (the manager) for going the extra mile to help my Mom when her car wouldn't start. This car was her only mode of transportation. Tim actually came to my Mom's home to check the battery and alternator to confirm the fix. He then replaced her under-warranty battery and got her car running again. I will NEVER go to this Jiffy Lube and I typically go to Jiffy. We are new to the area so I had a free oil change coupon. I gave it to the person and he said it's actually higher than $34.95 that it was actually $54. He kept asking and making statements to me as if I didn't know what to do which I didn't appreciate it I called my husband just to confirm. He kept requesting I wait in the lobby but I've never done that with Jiffy Lube so I declined. I later heard a person ask him "how much are you up charging her?" And he wouldn't respond because my window was done. When it was done he said it was $118. I asked for a receipt and he showed I had $54 off "because of the coupon" but I still owned over $60. I have NEVER paid that much at Jiffy even in my Cadillac. Not only will I never go again because I feel like he took advantage because I'm a women, I will for sure let others know not to go due to this discrimination. read more

My car was running so much better afterwards I can't believe how a oil change made that much of a difference! I'm currently sitting at a Valvoline trying to figure out what the Jiffy Lube did to my 2021 vehicle that has worked flawlessly until my oil change there this morning. I had them change my oil and check my tires for an upcoming road trip, and shortly after I left my car started shaking while it's driving and jerking violently while on and in park. I have no idea what they did, but it has never done that before and now I'm scrambling to find someone who can fix it same day so we can leave on our trip! I'm not comfortable taking it back in to them to fix it since they're the ones who caused the problem in the first place. Update: First finding by Valvoline is that they massively overfilled my tires. The Jiffy Lube report said the levels were all at 40/40, but none of the tires were at the same level. They ranged from 37-45, and Valvoline told me that the recommended level for my tires is actually 35. Valvoline is taking them back down to the correct level. Second update: Valvoline also found that my brand new oil filter that Jiffy Lube changed is also leaking. In less than an hour of installation. I'm now waiting to pay for a second oil change by Valvoline because I don't even know if what was put in by Jiffy Lube was correct and if that's also contributing to my problems. read more

I sent in a Yelp review in August and luckily received a response in Yelp probably a week later (unfortunately it doesn't show the exact dates) from JiffyLube to try and fix what had happened in regards of my car situation. They told me to send in my invoice number to an email they sent to me. I emailed them September 6, 2023 and I have not received a response With over a month of waiting to see if there was anything else needed. Has anyone else gone through this? read more

I've been a satisfied, regular customer at the State St location in Eagle, ID for the past 6 years. The guys are very friendly and efficient. Recently, I was very impressed by their integrity when I brought my vehicle in for service. At least I thought I required servicing... Moments after I sat down in their waiting room one of their staff alerted me that I still had several thousand miles more before I should have it serviced ! On top of that, they topped off my fluids, put air in all my tires & cleaned my windshield !! Some shops without their high sense of integrity would have completed the service just to make a profit. Bait and switch on the coupon. Sent my son down to get an oil change and they convinced him he can't use the coupon unless he buys the most expensive oil change. This business uses coupons to lure people in and never validates the coupon as usable and states you need the synthetic oil change. SCAM.....Never going back and don't use these guys there are many honest oil change than this one. read more

My poor wife learned that an oil change that we have been performing on our car for years can actually cost more than double at jiffy lube. I learned a similar lesson more than decade ago and I never went back to jiffy lube since. If you are reading these reviews before you go to a jiffy lube oil change location, lucky you!. They won't honor coupon codes. Went in and lady in lobby said she had some coupons and I told her I had one already. She got rang up first and I heard the guy tell her it won't work at that location. She was super nice and figured maybe the fine print got the best of her. So I was ready to check out when he gave me the same spill and would not honor the 50% off oil change coupon but gave me another discount that was not 50% off. The codes even say it is good for that location and treasure valley location. Funny thing about this whole thing is I showed him my coupon when I pulled up. Arrived at Juffy Lube for a simple Lube and oil change. Someone in a blue Dodge truck showed up after I did and everyone stopped working in my car and went to the truck to change his wipers and vacuum his truck. At this moment I've been waiting 15 minutes for service while my car sits in the bay with the hood open. In the meantime it sounds like a party in the bay and no work being done on my vehicle. This place has gone down a slippery oily hill. I will not recommend and will not come back. I just don't like how the prices have gone up and everything else has gone down. I'm pretty impressed with the staff at this Jiffy Lube location. They have always been friendly and kind. I am a female customer and I appreciate that they don't ever try to strong-sell upgrades. The waiting room is very small. The snack machine is empty. They have few beverage choices but no soda machine. Coupons are often available on their web site and email promotions. read more

If you dislike being strong-armed into unnecessary, overpriced services avoid this place. They tried to pressure me into a $66.00 synthetic oil change for a 16 year old Lexus. They said the factory required it. The owners manual says conventional oil is fine. They flat-out lied to me. I don't do business with people like this. I have nothing but High Praise for this Jiffy Lube and the automotive technicians that work here. I have been bringing my vehicle and my sons vehicle here for regular maintenance since moving here to the area 4 years ago. The automotive techs have always been friendly, professional and have always treated me with respect. They are always quick to help whether the job is large or something as small as replacing wiperblades or a headlight. I appreciate having a vehicle repair/maintenance place to take me vehicle where I know I can trust that I am getting the job done quickly and correctly. read more

I went to Jiffy very reluctantly having read some less than stellar reviews, I was in Boerne Texas when I got my oil changed. I asked if they would mind me checking out their work to verify that it was done correctly. They did everything perfectly. Fast forward 4 months and I am in Boise Idaho, a quarter quart of oil low. I went in and although I was past my signature mileage by 1000 miles, they rechecked and topped everything off with a smile and no charge. All I can say is fantastic service! Ah Jiffy Lube, the home of the oil covered salesmen! Everyone who has ever been to Jiffy Lube knows the drill, you go in for something simple like an oil change and then 10 minutes later they are telling you that you need this and that and your bill is 10 times higher than you planned to pay. That type of service in my book deserves one star but last time i was there i asked the gentleman who greated me to only change my oil and not to try and sell me on anything else and for the first time i walked out of Jiffylube happy!
