Beware this is not a reputable company…read more If there was a lower rating I would give minus stars. We asked JS Mobile repairs to replace a few air conditioners for our rv. The first one went fine except they used a single strap to hoist the air conditioner up it was one strap in the center and cracked the shroud. The second air conditioner they did the same thing and cracked the shroud again and never told us or Darlene . Also Neil used our unit to trouble shoot because he didnt know what he was doing and tested wires that resulted in smoke a few times...we had to walk away... He told us we fried the board the compressor and the capacitor which not sure how because we wasn't the one working on it.... He then proceeded to wire it and did it in a way that made the units air run backwards and pushed out instead of in. He told us it worked and we left for ohio and when we arrived ..no air conditioner. When we came back we had him fix it again and he said it was the compressor. Which he supposedly replaced. We told him we where going to kingman in the winter and he said he disabled the unit until he could figure out what was wrong at a later time. Also this was when he consulted the factory supposedly several times.. So she went to kingman and low and behold we had no heat at all and it was cold. We called all about rvs in kingman and Julio had it fixed within a half and hour heat air and all he commented they had no idea what they where doing and they owe him for the screws he had to replace because they left them out. We contacted Darlene Gifford the owner of JS Mobile even though initials are only on her card We wanted her to pay emergency service call due to no heat because we were left high and dry with no heat even though Neil knew we where going to kingman in the winter. So we have sent a certified letter and bill for what she owed. She has not responded so when the holidays are though we will be seeking legal action. We are sorry it will come to this.

Had recall work done here, tailgate would pop open while driving down the road is what the recall…read moresaid. I never had an issue before the recall. Recently was driving the vehicle at 5 mph making a turn and the tailgate popped open and was damaged. The tailgate hit my trailer jack. Went to the dealer after this happened and was told to call Ram Customer Care. I did so and they asked if the dealership had inspected the tailgate. I said no and they asked why not. Went back to the dealer and they flat refused to inspect it and said the manager would call me. That never happened but they talked to Ram Customer care and told them the recall work was done and done correctly. How would you know without inspection?! Long story short T&R collision fixed the damage to the tailgate and fixed the botched tailgate recall and adjustment. I have the typical hemi exhaust leak as well as a couple maintenance items that I was going to have the dealer do but since they let me know how they do business I will be going else wear for the maintenance and repairs needed. They are obviously perfect the first time whether or not the work holds up. Funny how I never had an issue with the tailgate until they touched it for the recall. So now I just call the FTC and NHTSA and let them deal with this situation. Then pursue further legal action. May decide to park across the street with a big sign to warn the public or the poor business practices of this dealership and its staff. Would have been way better to come inspect my vehicle for both of us. Definitely going to pursue this issue further even if it costs me some dollars to do so.....

When my wife came out, she noticed that the undercarriage of the trailer had come loose, and folded underneath. We managed to limp over to Trotter's RV Repair to have it fixed. We figured that we would have to get a motel room for the night, at the very least. The owner had ok'ed us to come over, and they put their guy Dustin on it. We came in at about 2 PM, and he had us back on the road by about 3:30. And without telling, the price they charged was more than fair. Let me tell you, that if we lived close enough, nobody else would ever work on this trailer. All the folks there were absolutely a dream. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you guys. So when my wife said she wanted a Sorento PHEV I cringed. The only thing I hate worse than buying a car from a dealership is trying to get any decent phone support from AT&T. This car is not easy to find. And living in Henderson NV, I was stuck hearing nothing but BS from the local dealerships. I could not get one straight answer from any dealer in town about this car. It was line after line of total BS. "Come in and let's talk about it". "We only have one coming in, put in a deposit now!". Or the best one, "Everyone is charging $10-15k over MSRP so if you want this car, you have to pay". On and on it went. Well, I decided to check dealerships outside of the Vegas area. We have 10 acres of land outside of Kingman AZ and I remembered seeing some car lots out there so I did a quick online search and found this place. Martin Swanty Kia. Let me try and sum this up. They did what they said and said what they did. Summary: They are amazing. On our drive out there I was still skeptical. I have dealt with the old bait and switch way too many times. I was prepared to get angry and I was prepared to be disappointed. What I was not prepared for was what actually happened. In and out in less than an hour with a brand new car! Outside of Tesla, I have never had a deal done in under 3 hours. They save me money and they saved me time. The deal and terms were exactly as described over the phone and in emails. Not only did we save $10k+ we learned that there are some decent dealerships out there. And Martin Swanty Kia is one of them. Pretty much zero mark up. My 2017 Kia Niro was towed to this dealership on September 4 and remained there until I ultimately…read morehad it towed elsewhere on September 14. I authorized their $220 diagnostic fee. A few days after the vehicle arrived, service advisor Sydney called and told me the car needed, at minimum, a new hybrid battery and fuel pump, with a verbal estimate of approximately $6,400. My concern was what happened after that. I repeatedly called and emailed requesting the written diagnostic findings and an itemized estimate so I could understand exactly what had been tested, what had failed, and how the approximately $6,400 estimate was calculated. I never received either one. Communication was also extremely poor. Multiple emails to Sydney went unanswered, and I only received a response after calling the dealership, speaking with someone else, and explaining that my emails had not been answered. Because I live approximately two hours away from the dealership, I was relying heavily on phone and email communication for updates, which made the lack of response especially frustrating. When I ultimately arranged to have the vehicle towed elsewhere, I gave the dealership relatively short notice, so I understand they may not have had sufficient time to fully reassemble everything before the tow arrived. After the vehicle was delivered to my home, I discovered that the rear seat remained removed for access to the hybrid battery, a large underbody cover panel had been removed and placed inside the vehicle, and some electrical/fuse connections remained disconnected under the hood and inside the car. My primary concern is that after my vehicle spent 10 days at an authorized Kia dealership, and after being given a verbal diagnosis involving thousands of dollars in repairs, I still could not obtain a written diagnostic report or itemized estimate despite repeatedly requesting them. When a customer is being told a vehicle requires over $6,400 in repairs, I believe providing that information in writing is a very reasonable expectation. Unfortunately, the communication and follow-through I experienced fell far short of what I expected from an authorized Kia service department, and I would not use this service department again.
