I purchased this tilt-trailer in Kingman AZ for $3900. The trailer was hand-sprayed right in front of me, with an aerosol can from Home Depot (flat black.) They had scuffed up and scraped up the wheel-well bolt-on fenders on both sides, in transit. Also, within ONE MONTH after purchase, virtually the entire trailer developed rust all over - especially wherever there was a weld joint or a D-ring connection point. I would say that this trailer was never properly sand-blasted, acid-washed, primed, and then painted with either a powder coat or high quality enamel paint. Very suspect finishing job, and non-existent quality control process & procedures. I would not buy from them again. read more

What a rip off ! $440 wasted. Had them Re wire my Motorcycle Trailer and they turned it in to such a mess I can't even bring it back because I don't trust they know how to do it right. Plug in lead too short and would not reach my truck bumper.They tried to give me a extension plug ( Half Assed ) When I got home I saw bare tail lamp wires spliced with no tape. Harness rubbing on tire. Raw wire not protected. They over greased my wheel bearings and the grease sprayed all over the unit. Then they tried to up the quote and said I owe $20 because I have a Flip Phone and I'm not connected to a mobile network. Stay away from this place. read more

Trying to buy a trailer, and can never seem to get ahold of anyone other than kids working in a call center, reading from scripts. I kid you not, the girl I was talking to asked what 2 trailers I was interested in. When I told her, I asked what's the difference between them. Her reply was, "Well they are 2 different models, which will means they'll have different things on each one" WTH. Called back 2 days later, I get the same script readers, who need you to give them specific invintory numbers to look up. Called back the next day, asked to speak to someone on the sales lot. Was told there's only 1 guy, and he's busy. So I call back several hours later, and ask again, once again the only guy on the lot is busy, they say if I leave a number he'll call just as soon as he is done with this customer. so I leave a message and a return phone number.. 24 hours later no call. read more

I have bought trailers before. The last one I bought from Carson trailer I designed it from the ground up. It was an enclosed trailer with a gas station on it. I was told nothing about maintaining it and the only info they gave me was incorrect. I was not happy with this trailer. When I contacted Trailer Plus for my new trailer, they were extremely helpful. They found me a trailer I was looking for at a great price compared to others. When I purchased the trailer they showed that they knew their stuff. They told me everything I needed to know about maintaining my trailer and they walked over every inch of the trailer.
