My trailer was having some very strange electrical issues. I took it to Henry and they couldn't duplicate the problem so there was no way to diagnose it. Of course, I took my trailer home and went camping, only to have it act up again. I took some videos of the problems and then took it back to Henry. They were very persistent and eventually found the problem. I have my trailer back and everything is working fine. Henry and Daniel were great and I'll definitely be going back if I have any other problems. Highly recommend! read more

We hit a pothole this morning that tried to swallow the van. It hit the bottom of the van just right to break off the plastic control valve to the freshwater tank so the tank wouldn't hold water. We found the part but that repair shop wouldn't help us install it but this shop fit us in and took about 10 minutes to install the part. They were so kind and helpful. I'd highly recommend their shop for repairs. Nice people. read more

I bought 4 Max air vent covers from Northwest RV and they agreed to install them for $50.00 . When I called to make an appointment to get them installed it took 4 phone calls before any one would talk to me about an appointment and now the installation price was $250.00. The female person I had been in contact with all day hung up on me on the 3rd call. I was very professional with them each time I talked to them. I have always bought all my RV parts from them for the last 4 years I wont be buying any more parts there anymore. read more

On 4/14/23 I took a Dometic RV toilet to Northwest RV for repairs. Talking to an employee it seemed the problem was the seal on the flush blade. The employee removed a new seal from the display, it was marked at $74.50 This is a very small gasket, both myself and the employee commented on the ridiculous price. As I needed the toilet, I approved the repairs. After picking up the toilet and paying $140.87, I installed the toilet, and it immediately started leaking from the bottom of the pedestal as before. Taking the toilet apart (10 minutes) I found another gasket totally wet and seeping water. Cleaning and caulking the gasket totally stopped the leak. I researched the cost of the slide gasket, it ranged from $12 from Amazon to $32.08 from Camping World. Their competitor Trotter RV had the gasket for $44.95. In contacting Henry, the owner? he stated the computer sets the prices, and would meet the competitors price, but would charge me for a full hour labor. So he wanted to charge $124.50 labor for a repair that did not work. I had initially tried to contact Trotter's, but the phone service was out all day. In short, the work that Arizona Northwest RV did on my travel trailer was sloppy, hacked together, and extremely UNSAFE. My recommendation to anyone thinking of having work done here is to RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION. My husband and I reached out to them to take care of a handful of projects on our Airstream trailer before we were planning on moving in to it full-time. We needed propane lines ran (including line for outdoor grill), propane appliances hooked up, wanted our brakes worked on, and also asked them to take a look at the 120 system on our fridge, which wasn't functioning. When we called them up, they talked a big talk, and made us feel confident that this was something they could handle. They also promised us a two day turn around time on the propane work, and gave a reasonably low quote. We were told we'd have the trailer back by the end of the week. I'll break down what happened after we dropped it off: Day two: they call and let us know they don't have the black pipe to do the propane, and it will take a few days to get it. Hmm, there went the two day timeline. They also told us the brakes needed to be replaced and the axle bearings needed to be greased- which we told them to go ahead and do. Day five: They give us a call and say a SMALL FIRE happened on the brake wiring when testing the brakes. They blamed it on old wires, (which very well may have contributed). I will point out though that we had already towed the trailer with the existing brake wiring across the whole country with absolutely no issues before. They said they needed to fix the wiring, including an ever so important grommet that was missing on the belly pan. We tell them to go ahead and fix the issues with wiring. Now we're looking at more $$$, but we want it done by "professionals". Day 11: They call and say they still need copper lines for propane. WHAT!? YOU STILL HAVENT STARTED PROPANE?! We explain our concern for the timeline. Trailer has already been there almost two weeks. They also tell us the 120 on the fridge works. Finally, good news! Day 14: We stop by at the shop to take some measurements and see that no work has been done on the propane, still! Day 16: They call and say trailer should be finished in two days. Day 18: We come to get trailer, appliances are still not hooked up to propane. The guy working on the propane seams unclear about what he has to do. It looks like a complete mess in there. We repeat what our initial requests were and are told... It will be a few more days... !!! Day 22: FINALLY we get a call that the trailer is finished. We come to pick it up- hoping everything has been buttoned up. Here's what we got: We take a peak under the trailer and immediately spot wires rubbing up against the sharp edge of cut aluminum. So much for the grommet you promised. The guy spends about fifteen seconds slapping on some cut pieces of plastic that barely cover the edge. (See picture) The 7-pin connector for the brake wiring was cut so short that it could no longer connect into our vehicle. They give us a crappy extension. The pins end up oxidizing a day later when it rains, causing our brake lights to stay lit when they shouldn't be. Propane lines are T-ed off inside the cabin (we asked for them to be T-ed off below). Guy tells us "he doesn't think there are leaks". We laugh nervously, hoping it's a joke... Once home, we smell propane. We find that two of the six propane connections are LEAKING PROPANE INTO THE CABIN. They didn't install the propane line for the outdoor grill that we asked them to. Simply, didn't do it... Our cabinets had a hole the was sized to accommodate the furnace perfectly. The guy puts a hole through the outside of the trailer that it two inches off from where it should be- now the furnace doesn't fit into the hole specifically made for it. (See picture) he also used a sharp object to "mark up" where he placed the hole outside- leaving visible scratches through the aluminum. After towing about one hundred miles our brake controller stops working and throws us an error code that there's a short. Thankfully we were on flat terrain when this happened. We investigate and find the wires they added in we're connected with electrical tape- no heat shrink- they had come apart! At this point, we have had to fix or redo nearly all of the work that Arizona Northwest RV did for us. We are now stranded in Vegas while the brake wires get fixed by some actual professionals. Unlike some of their competitors, the people at Arizona RV listen to their customers and are very helpful. On a recent trip from our home in Northwestern Washington the electric tongue jack on our trailer died for the second time. Since we were scheduled to spend a couple of days in Kingman we contacted Arizona RV about a new jack. They had it in stock and we stopped by there when we got to town and picked it up. Unlike the dealers and service centers around the Phoenix area that was our final destination who didn't pay attention to our questions or our needs, the folks in Kingman did not treat us like the snowbirds and suckers with no alternatives. They were friendly, helpful, and very nice. I will recommend this place in a second to anyone traveling in Arizona and needing help. read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We consigned our 2015 coach on 5/21/2019. The manager wasn't on site, so we signed a service agreement with the understanding that we'd receive a phone call from him with a contract. A week passes; Hank (manager) calls touting that ours was one of the cleanest coaches they had ever taken in, no detail needed. He promised to send contract within a few days. We were traveling so left the ball in Hanks court. A month to the day of our consignment we received a call from a friend stating he had purchased our camper. We were surprised we hadn't heard from Hank at the RV lot but gave him a week before we called to ask about the status of our RV. (At this point we still had not signed ANYTHING conveying the right to sell) No response, so I called again leaving a message with a bit of frustration. Here's the rub. The RV lot sold AND delivered the coach without a contract in place! Hank calls YELLING at me saying we had a verbal agreement! He finally admitted after much verbal abuse that he had typed in our email address incorrectly and hadn't followed up. Ya think? As an aside, during our verbal discussion in early June we asked for $22,000 but MIGHT accept $21,000, though wanted to start at the higher amount. Hank wrote the contract at $21,000, ignoring my starting price. (Of course we were unaware of this until we FINALLY received a contract on 6/28/2019 AFTER the coach had been sold and delivered). And, BYW, we now owe $ to the RV lot because their standard practice is to detail all coaches before delivery (mentioned in the contract we hadn't received until AFTER our coach was sold). What happened to the cleanest coach you took in a month earler? Seems that their standard operating procedure is to sell your coach and keep your $ as long as possible. Hank has clearly been stalling. He blames everything on us, and in the same breath admits that he concentrates his efforts on sales 1st and that he is VERY busy! He is a salesman. Don't be sucked in. His administrative skills SUCK! I don't want to believe he's a thief, he's just inept. We STILL have not been paid. Save yourself some grief, run, don't just walk away! read more

We are full-time RVers and had a significant problem with our motorhome. After looking for the closest repair facility, I called Arizona Northwest RV who agreed to try to diagnose the problem when we got to Kingman. We were afraid the repair was going to be involved and expensive but Robert was able to do the repair at only the cost of an hour of his time. We were impressed with how helpful & friendly everyone was, including the general manager, technician, service writer, and parts manager. We felt lucky to have found them! read more

These guys are awesome. I was getting ready to go on a 2 month road trip in my 38' diesel pusher. My 12 volt water pump would not work. It was 2:00 on Friday afternon. I called and Donnie the service manager said bring it in and they would fix it. I got there about 2:30 and Robert the service tech replaced the pump and we are good to go. I am new to RVs and came in for a replacement holding tank cap. The 2 gentlemen behind the counter were kind enough to share info regarding my brand new class B. They were so helpful and I now am far more confident. The dealer in Chicago spent about 15 min with me, then gave me some manuals to read, the keys to the RV and practically pushed me out the door. I needed parts on a Saturday and since Trotter's is currently closed on Saturdays (without an appointment), I hit the phone book. This business is somewhat close to Trotters and they have long hours for a Saturday -10 to 4pm! That said, my first visit there I didn't know there hours and drove up a little before 4pm to get some parts for my Vintage Terry Trailer. The parts man was friendly and helped me without rushing me out the door. I needed a few things- some were no longer made and a few (bearings, marker lights, seals) they had in stock! Prices we good- but again, I liked the friendly service. The partsman even answered a few "newbie" questions I had about things like Propane tank mounting. My trailer was in Golden valley for a while during which time I worked on it during the weekends. I returned a few times during those months. I plan on returning because I know my local place doesn't have a certain item I need. read more
