We took our class c to them to repair our slide out. They scheduled us for the day after Christmas. I had the bearings that fell off and they reinstalled them and we got it back the same day. Now that is outstanding service. I checked the work and I am totally impressed with the results. After 10 years of owning our 2008 Heartland Big Horn, the floors in our two large sliders were completely rotted and we needed a major repair. Issues with getting parts and equipment under warranty started during pandemic, July 12th our a/c unit quit working,. Able to get a unit to replace and install within 4 days. Installed while we were at Vista Del Sol. We had a list of warranty work that we submitted, but with mfg and shipping delays, we decided to return in April, the following year to allow time to get the needed parts and equipment. Our warranty was set to expire on May 18th. I kept in contact with Mohave and let them know of our reservations back at Vista Del Sol, alerting them that we would arrive on April 1st, ready to bring the unit in for a list originally emailed last year. We were anxious to get this work completed. We texted an additional list of items on May 12th. A date to drop the RV off May 28th was given. We made arrangements to stay at our daughters house for a week, down in Phoenix. Delay after delay , 5 weeks later we picked up our RV, only to find the batteries had gone bad, along with our brake controller, stopping us abruptly at 30+ mph; ripping our capture plate off the pin box which was bolted on with 8 bolts. This was at closing on a Friday. We called and returned to Mohave. A mechanic was called back, who replaced the batteries (the 12 volt system was on our list to repair (2 inverters replaced) and still have issues remaining with inside lights). My husband replaced our brake controller. The capture plate was rebolted at no charge to us. Additionally the one leveling jack they replaced that had operated with a love tap with a rubber hammer, doesn't work, nor does the other rear leveling jack. The door panel we needed replaced was forced into the original frame. Mohave produced the frame, putty , tape, and screws to install the frame the repair crew was suppose to install with the new panel door, when we returned for the brake problem. So unhappy and stressed with having to wait so long for these unfinished repairs to be done. Communication was fairly good. I can't really recommend this repair shop on good faith. I am in touch with our warranty company with a list of unfinished and unsatisfactorily work done to our RV. We finally left Mohave at 5pm that night. Really disappointed and underwhelmed. Oh, Paula is overworked and was the bright spot. She did as much as she could considering her workload. Thank you Paula. read more

Sign says open 8-12 M-F. Went around another building and found parts on a side road. It was closed although they advertise 8-5 M-F. Recommendation- DO NOT GO THERE. We ordered the valve the same day from Amazon for less than $23, free shipping and it delivered USPS Sunday morning on our step at 8 am. Yes, USPS Sunday morning. I have nothing bad to say about their service, their work, or anyone other than one person. I hate having to go their and deal with the person who is always on the counter. I go in with a positive attitude and a real life problem with my rv, and by the time I've had to deal with her arrogant, disrespectful, illmanured, and argumentative attitude, I have to go sit in my truck for a minute to calm down. Sadly, one star is the lowest they let me select! My RV was in their shop for almost four months to repair one of the slide-outs. Their shop is a disaster I don't know how they can work. I felt they lied to me several times. When I finally got in my rig to drive home, it was so dirty, I wrote my name on the table covered with dirt. They were also supposed to fix the steps that come out while driving. On the way home from their shop a friendly motorist flagged me down to let me know my steps were out. That is when I also noticed what looked like two B.B. holes in my windshield and a crack that ran about 5 inches. I wasn't about to take it back. Once I wash my rig, the crack ran another 12". Another person told me the same thing happened to their windshield while in their yard. The person at the front desk should be enough warning to run the other way! read more

Sometime back I took my RV in for routine service. I regularly do that because I trust their technicians to do a good job and the price is always fair. During my last service visit an accident occurred that damaged my Honda generator. Owner/operator Courtney Hulett was quick to order parts to repair damage to my generator at her expense. Ordered a gas stovetop, after a month's wait we were told it was in and drove the 1 hour to Ft Mohave to pick up. When we arrived we discovered they ordered the wrong stovetop, and rather than research & rectify we were told to return home and call them for assistance. WTH? There were 3 employees including the manager on sight at the time and no other customers so it was baffling that they were so uninterested in helping us in person. We've never experienced worse customer service, so we ended up getting a refund and will buy from a different dealer. read more

The two negative reviews here give me a pause but my experience was first rate and this place was recommended to me by a very reputable auto garage. I had a problem with my RV making a noise that seemed to be coming from the radiator fan area. They fit me in right away even though I know they were busy, as I sat there all day. The mechanic was quick to find the problem and identify the parts that were needed. Then the hunt for parts began as I have a "vintage" RV. The mechanic took the old part to one yard and then a second to find a replacement. Once back the work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I'm on the road and a happy customer read more

This RV repair business came highly recommended. We took our Monaco Cayman in to have a few items repaired and or installed. We provided two new Stone Vos Slide toppers for them to install. First the large topper was too loose. The RV was taken in for the tech, Justin, to tighten. He and his helper took five turns on the spring. This did not fix the problem. I ran into Justin in the RV Park, explained my problem and set up an appointment for the next morning. He had my contact info and our space number but never called nor answered his phone. I had a long conversation with Chris at Stone Vos who is a leading authority on Carefree Awnings. He told me that I had paid way too much for a job that wasn't done correct. I am disappointed in the service and in the lackadaisical office staff, the techs and in the service received in general. They tried to pacify me with false statements. read more

This was our first time renting a trailer from Mohave RV and Marine. I dealt with Courtney; sorry if i misspelt your name; during all of my transactions and she was extremely polite, professional, informative and patient while I asked 20 questions. The meeting to have the trailer went off as planned. The two gentlemen were professional and polite as well. They set up the trailer, completed a walk through with me and pointed out pre- existing damage they were aware of. They also explained all the pertinent details and made sure to ask if I had any questions before leaving. The one hiccup that occurred, was the delivery men forgot the keys to our trailer. So we were locked out until they could retrieve them. To my family this wasn't a buzz kill because the children were occupied in the water and my wife was socializing with our friends. If we had an infant or elderly family member with us this could have been a major issue due to the 110+ degree weather. The interior of the trailer was just as depicted on the website. All the fundamental necessities were clean and included in the trailer. Even though we didn't use any of them it was nice knowing they were available. I debated over giving a 4 start rating to due the issue with the keys, but, things like that happen and it was remedied quickly. Within 20 minutes in fact. So sad that my son's graduation gift of a trip across country landed him in Needles, CA for his summer before entering high school. I've had 3 issues with this company- the first one is I went in to order a switch, the lady at the counter said it wasn't in stock but she could order it for me, and said we had to pay in advance- no big deal, except 4 days later( after I was told 2 at the most) they ordered a wiring harness instead of a switch?!? How does that even happen? The second time I took my truck in to install a hitch I already bought, because I wanted to upgrade my old one, left my truck there (was quoted 2 hours) and 3 1/2 hours later I called them, for them to tell me the hitch didn't work, that I needed to buy one of theirs (of course!!) I told them never mind, to put the old one back on. When I went to pick up my truck ( another 1 1/2 hours) they installed the old brackets back in BACKWARDS!!! How is this place even still in business? They also charged me $170 to re-install my backwards brackets!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! read more

I made an appointment on a Monday to get my hot water heater repaired The earliest they could get to me was Saturday. Anyway, we waited all day Saturday for the repairman. At 7 pm I called, of course no answer . Was pretty upset , left an unpleasant message about their service and would not recommend them to anyone. Wardens RV repair was they're on Monday at 8 am and replaced a check valve that was blocking the flow of my hot water. read more

Terrible place to buy an RV. Whatever you do, NEVER buy any of their consignments, because they will lie, cover up and hide MAJOR flaws (for example, advertising "GREAT TIRES", only to have a blow out on the interstate about 45 miles into our first trip. We're lucky to be alive. Finally got it to a service station, where the tech proceeded to let us know that ALL of the tires were bad. The outside ones had dry-rotted, while the inside ones were a rotted mess. This was just the first of numerous problems we've discovered, most of them BIG problems. Not knowing any better, we paid them to do a full inspection after we purchased, and we were very clear that we would be driving cross-country within days of having it declared safe and ready to go. So much was wrong with with our experience that there just isn't room to put it all here, so I'll move away from the mechanical and describe just the very worst of the transaction problems, including the portion I later learned was an illegal practice in Arizona. We paid cash on the day of purchase, expecting to get the title right away. It was explained that since this was a consignment that this exchange might take an extra couple days, so that the previous owner could be notified of the completed sale, whereas he would follow that by signing off on it. After about a week, I called to ask what was taking so long, and it was at this point that we met the manager for the first time: a woman who we would learn possesses *ZERO* credibility, *ZERO* integrity, and *ZERO* understanding of what it means to be an honest, respectable or trustworthy human being. She does not belong in a position where her word, or that of anyone in her charge, might mean knowingly letting customers walk away, about to drive a rig in dangerous condition, even after they took another $800 on top of the price of the RV, to ensure and sign off on it's readiness and safety. To try and make this long story as short as possible, the only other significant problem I'll mention was getting our title. It turned out, after more than 8 weeks of being lied to, then calling them on their lies, only to have them try and cover one lie with another, we confirmed our suspicions we had by the end of the first week. Mohave RV & Marine did not have the title. They were paid, and they in turn gave the owner his percentage of the sale, yet HE still had the title. The seller, a friend of the business, we gathered after having heard several phone exchanges, where they would call and ask him to get it, bring it in, mail it, etc. He would make an excuse about work for not doing it one day, and then another about not being able to get to his bank (HE STILL HAD A LIEN ON THE RV HE HAD SOLD - ON CONSIGNMENT - WITH THIS COMPANY). When we finally received the title, this LIEN hadn't been released by HIS BANK, because he hadn't paid it off yet! Finally, after nearly 10 weeks in all, we finally had a title. We left a few days later for our first trip cross country, and as stated above, one of the "great tires" blew out, going around a curve in the road, on the highway, at 65 mph. The tired exploded, and pieces of the rubber flew up underneath, causing thousands of dollars damage to the RV, as well as pieces thrown under our car that was in tow, damaging it as well, only not as severe. All of the alarms (propane, carbon-monoxide, and smoke detectors) started shrieking, and to top everything off, it was early evening by this time, and the rural areas we'd been driving through had all started to close. We had to limp it another 60 miles, just to find a place that would tie things up underneath, change the tire, and recommend the best place to take it in for the yet untold number of repairs we were about to need. read more

Here's a rant for you RV owners out there. On Monday or at the latest on Tuesday (I cannot remember which day it was), we made an appointment at Mohave RV to have our motor home winterized before we left Sunny Laughlin, NV. The appointment was made for today, Thursday at 10:00 a.m. On the phone they told me it would take one hour. We wanted to be on the road to KS by noon, so this would work out great for us. Being my punctual self, I had the MH there at 9:45 a.m. Upon arrival, they told me that it would take TWO hours instead of one hour. Well, I was ok with that...mistakes, misquotes are made. I waited the two hours - my MH had not been touched. I asked why, after two hours, they had not yet started. I was told they were running behind since Monday and would get to it "soon". After another 30 minutes, they still had not started on the 2 hr winterization process. By now it is 12:30 pm. I got on the phone and started calling RV places in Kingman. I was told Trotter RV in Kingman could get to the RV today, so we drove over there and they were able to get the job done around 4:00 pm. So, a late start on the road to Kansas thanks Mohave RV! I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode, where the Mohave RV really doesn't understand the concept of an APPOINTMENT made 2-3 days ago. I don't know why they couldn't have called, or told me when I dropped off the RV that they could not do the job as promised. I wouldn't recommend Mohave RV if you are on a schedule. read more
