We have had an amazing experience at Palm Tree RV sales with Johnny, the owner. He has gone over…read moreand above to provide us, and our son, with great customer service.. We went in responding to an ad for a trailer... He is a very customer service oriented owner which is hard to find these days! If you want a fair deal on an Rv and can appreciate somebody who's dedicated to giving great customer service...go here and ask for Johnny. He also buys rv's outright.

We purchased a diesel pusher from Johnny in Oct. 2025, and Johnny had replaced the refrigerator and all of the interior seating as part of our purchase. It took a several weeks to get our motorhome furniture due to some logistic problems with the furniture dealer, then it had to be installed. We took our motorhome out on our first trip locally a few months later, and a few miles out of town the service engine light came on saying service needed. We were told that it had been serviced and extra filters and a belt would be placed in the motorhome. That never occurred until we took it back for further issues. We went to use the shower the first night and it would not put out hot water. We found that all of the propane had leaked out of the tank and was empty The tank had been filed with about 20 gals of propane. When we went to leave a few days later, the leveling jacks would not retract. We contacted Palm Tree, and they sent out a service tech, and after several hours he could not get the jacks to retract. A mobile RV service was called and came out to the site and had to crawl under the coach and manually retract them at our cost. We took the coach back to Palm Tree so they could fix the propane tank issue, have the service completed and try to fix the leveling jack issue. While it was there for these issues, one of the slide out motors failed and had to be replaced. After about 4 weeks of being there, we got it back the day before a scheduled trip. The techs/mechanics that worked on the leveling system were having difficulty calibrating the leveling system, as they had supposedly replaced several parts to include a pump motor and control panel which we were lead to believe were new. A light that indicates the system is level would not work and illuminate. On April 22,2026 we took it to another RV repair shop that supposedly works on that particular brand/system to try to get it calibrated. We were told by that RV shop that all four house batteries were swelling, corroded and would not hold a charge. The house batteries are what operate the leveling jacks and slide outs when not connected to shore power. We were also told the two engine batteries were over five years old and should be replaced along with the house batterie. The windshiled wiper blades were severely cracked and had to be replaced as well. That bill was $2295, and the jacks were still not fixed. After much frustration we hired a mobile RV mechanic that came to our home. He spent several hours working on the system and several phone calls with the manufacturer. It was determined that the control panel was not new, but a used and refurbished panel. The light that indicates the coach is level was burned out. After repeated tests the system was found to actually have been working and leveling, just no light. We took a third trip out of state and on the way a check engine light came on resulting in a small power loss, and the dash AC went out. After returning from that trip, it went back to the shop, and it was determined that the DEF head had to be replaced and the AC recharged. another $2137. Then we found a fluid leak from the motor, and a sagging jack in the rear. Again, it went back to the shop and the leak was from the power steering pump that we were told had been leaking for some time based upon all of the fluid and dirt build up on the pump. The jack slumping was from a failed ball plunger switch. Another $1586. We brought the coach home and decided to wash and clean it. After cleaning I went to test the leveling system, and it completely failed. One of the front jacks is bent and the hydraulics will no will longer work. My wife contacted Johnny and asked to cover at least half of our expenses. Johnny said we purchased a used motorhome and we should have purchased an extended warranty. Yes, we purchased a used motorhome and were lead to believe that it had been REHABED AND REFURBISHED. Johnny also told us we went $2500 over budget on the furniture. We were not told there was a budget or dollar limit, only to pick our colors, which we did. Johnny then said that he paid for it to get serviced As well. Well, he originally told us that he had every coach detailed and serviced before delivery. We believed Johnny and that we were getting a coach that had been gone through mechanically and was safe to use and travel with. Now we are going to have to take it to an authorized service dealer and have a new leveling system put in at a cost of $5000-7000. If you are going to advertise you rehab and refurbish your products, then you should stand behind that statement. We tried to work with Johnny, and asked him the meet us half way to no avail.

My wife and I were returning to California after our trip thru Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado…read more We stopped to fill up at the Flying J on Andy Devine Ave. in Kingman. When my wife came out, she noticed that the undercarriage of the trailer had come loose, and folded underneath. We managed to limp over to Trotter's RV Repair to have it fixed. We figured that we would have to get a motel room for the night, at the very least. The owner had ok'ed us to come over, and they put their guy Dustin on it. We came in at about 2 PM, and he had us back on the road by about 3:30. And without telling, the price they charged was more than fair. Let me tell you, that if we lived close enough, nobody else would ever work on this trailer. All the folks there were absolutely a dream. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you guys. You're the best!
