Oh My Gosh! The greatest people ever! Hank and EJ are responsive, efficient with reasonable prices! We had a neighbor in need and an old RV. Needed the tank flushed, water pump pressure fixed and a few cosmetic fixes. It was an emergency and Hank and EJ rearranged their day to make sure our neighbor had everything set up! Went above and beyond! Hank, made sure no leaks, came back to check the Toilet and checked all hookups, and made sure propane worked and set out friend up so he is comfortable and everything is working. They are looking for a replacement bathroom sink! Just so you all understand, our neighbor is an older handicapped gentleman on a fixed income. His landlord refused 2 summers in a row to fix his swamp cooler. During the heat wave in July -2024 his mobile home was over 110 inside and all the woman could say: well, I'm not raising your rent so I'm not fixing the cooler. He and his 3 pets were dying from heat! We had an RV in storage with excellent AC! We found Hanks RV! Our Neighbor was forced to move, BUT because if HANKS RV in Golden Valley he didn't move far! We came into AZ to pick up our 5th wheel from storage at my parents' house and ended up needing to change the batteries. Long story short, we didn't take a picture of the wiring and ended up missing a ground wire which means the slides and jacks were not working. Hank and his team came out the same day (on a Friday afternoon) and sorted us out so we could be on the road on time. We are passing through Arizona and one of my breakers kept tripping. He came out and took care of it and while he was here he fixed some other things that I needed done without hesitation and no need to schedule another visit. He worked us into his schedule and didn't charge extra for doing so. He took care of my breaker issue, checked the power at the campground pedestal, replaced the propane alarm with one I had already bought, fixed a landing gear issue and checked my camper wheels & axels because of a tire issue. He even gave me some suggestions to make life easier and be more prepared on the road. If we are ever anywhere near Kingman again I will definitely call him again for anything I need done. read more

They take your money and give every excuse to why they can't complete the job!!! I am new to Golden Valley and needed some service on my sons RV. We called Hank's RV to help. we wanted to keep the business locally and that did not work out for us. We gave them $700.00 dollar good faith deposit for service (Roof cleaning and Reseal) last year September 9, 2022. They told us the repairs would be done within the month. They never called us back to schedule the repairs. So we called them and got answer machine left a message and still no call back we called multiple times after with no response from Hank's RV. So we stopped by someone was there but would not come to the door. We returned and spoke with one of the employees. This is when all the excuses started weather, short staff, wind you name it they had an excuse for it!! They were still saying they were trying to schedule but didn't have staff to complete the work at this time. After 8 months of calls and stopping by to find out what was going on and when this work was going to get done we gave up and asked for a refund of our $700.00 good faith deposit. We were told they would not give us the deposit back with more excuses!! Going off of other reviews this company has done this to other customers also. So if you need work or parts done on your RV DON'T USE HANK's RV REPAIR!!!!!! They are unreliable and if you give them a deposit don't expect it back!!! We are traveling for my birthday week and all we were hoping for was a stressfree week. We stayed at Blake Ranch and was given his name as the person to call that he had helped many of their campers. Our initial call to him was on a sunday asking for help in repairing our water leak from the water valve assembly and the thermal cuppler on the hot water heater. throughout the next 24 hours we realized stove as not lighting either and there was a water leak in the electrical control panel for the stove. All this information was given during more phone calls to this company begging for help. No return call. The number we were given was he cell number. We called and left a message. Decided we would give him til monday seeing as that it was a weekend and not Diar emergency. He never called that night, as expected. But yet never called back monday by 10 am either. We then called again. No answer, left another message. We also then called the actual shop number that was given on the voicemail of the cell phone. No answer there either. After three phone calls throughout the day to both phones, (6 total calls) Still no return call. Both voicemails said "someone will return your call as soon as they get a second". End of business Monday, still no return call. Due to not being able to find ANYONE near by or in Kingman arizona to help us fix these issues had to return home prior to my birthday to get our local RV repair place to fix it. Very disappointed!! The last time they helped me with a part that I needed and was a special order, it was my door lock. We have been dealing with the owner Hank for months now. We dropped off our trailer June 22. Come to find out it wasn't touched for months. The office staff at the time lost my paperwork. There was a few issues with it Hank tried to get everything working so we did not miss our yearly trip in Oct. All items but 1 thing were fixed last minute he said. He traded our year old solar batteries we bought in for new standard ones to fit the trailer for free. Hank charged my warranty for work that is still pending on completing to this day. He said it was 14 business days out was the part this was in Oct 22 . It would not affect our trip. He has ordered the part he says a few different times for our generator never comes in. Staff always seems to be an issue. And he will always have something come up that jobs are more important then ours. Another issue we have is that we paid him for the slide in our kitchen to be beefed up because they are poorly made by the manufacture. It was not a full rebuild it was repair needed. I had him keep the trailer extra time to make sure it was fixed correctly. Because it was starting to damage the vinyl in the kitchen. He was nice enough to drop off our trailer at our home in golden valley no charge on Oct 10th 22. The first time we go to use our fixed slide it was worst then before we took it in. It was ripping and digging into the wood worse then ever before. Hank set up an appointment to meet with us over the weekend weeks later. While at the appointment he apologized for all the issues and was working on making it right. Because he doesn't replace vinyl he was going to take care of another part we needed to get for the generator. We were going to pay for the part originally. He sounded like he was sorry & wanted to make it right. I said please show it to us by getting it done. Not just saying it because this has been an ongoing issue. Dec 6, 22 he sent employees to look and inspect the trailer. To make a game plan on how to correctly fix the slide. December 14th he stated they have a plan but there is no version he can even get into this for at least 2 weeks. He was sorry but he was backlogged. December 23rd I messaged hank again to follow up. Install date is still not set. We were also told that we cannot use our trailer because of the slide issue. So we canceled our planned trips. So it only sits in our driveway until he fixes it. We used it 2 times since we bought it. So we pay for something that we cannot use because of them. Jan 7, 23 I again reached out to hank. Asking for an update. His response Once all parts are in for the generator and for the floor repair and we are not in freezing temps or rain I will schedule this maybe 2 weeks it maybe a month it does depend on already committed schedule, weather, and all parts not pieces and not fragmenting the job. He also said he would give us a status update every two weeks even if it's a simple not all parts are here yet or parts here etc. As of today Feb 7, 23. He has not given me yet again another update since the last time I reached out to him almost a month ago. I would not recommend him or this business personally to anyone. In the beginning I was. It's a small business that's what people should do. But we feel like we have been stolen from. Its not like we are made of money. And can spend the money twice to take it to another place. I'm sure he would love not to hear from us again. I'm just not sure why he will not schedule us to get the jobs done. Get the parts and supplies make it happen.
