Me and my husband were forced to purchase tires because they refused to do a simple patch job on one tire that I have gotten down before plenty of times. The man that helped us told us the tires would only cost about $860 and after 3 months it would be roughly $890 , months later the company financing the tires tell us we owe $1,800 and is said in a contract we supposedly signed for but never received !? We read whatever we signed throughly due to the sketchiness of everything they were doing because they gave us no choice or else we'd be stranded thousand of miles from home ! Just the fact that they were open Sunday was enough for me to appreciate the place. I was driving cross country from CA to OH and got a flat on Saturday at 4 right when all the shops were closing so they were all saying "no problem we can get you in Monday". Wasn't trying to delay my trip like that. Anyway I pulled in the parking lot and was immediately greeted before even getting to the door asking what I needed help with. They inspected my flat tire ensuring it was safe to patch (popped the bead and looked inside), patched then remounted for me. All in 30 minutes, couldn't be happier. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I lost 21/2 weeks while they jerked me around. They have a guy in town that makes axles . I left their shop the same way I can in on 3 wheels. From what I can tell they are great at fixing flat tires. Leave the mechanical issues to a better trained staff that actually know how to use the internet to do research for parts. Stopped in here on Friday because I had a bad tire and needed ONE used one til I could get back to my usual tire place that I trust and I was on limited time taking my mother to her flight and told them beforehand!! By the time I left they had me rang up for four because the owner said he wouldn't sell just one it was the whole set. Ok. Now I have three kumho brand and a Hancook two different brands there hmmm the hancook went flat the next day I had taken it back and asked for my tire pressure plugs back that I noticed were missing while trying to air up the tire they just put on the day before. I received 2/4 plugs anyway they checked the tire for leaks and allegedly found no leaks, now I'm driving home (an hour away) and pressure is coming out of said tire! I have an out of state tag maybe they thought I was going to be long gone who knows but it says that their busy times are around noon which is about the time I was there and not a single customer there. I see why! If you're a woman and you want pushed around by a tire place come here they'll tell you what your getting done whether you like it or not! read more

Michael not trained well and lied multiple times first he put more air in my tire then needed. My tires suppose to be max of 35 Michael put 45. In addition they first said they did not have the tools to fix my sensor they he said they could fix but I would have to pay for it even though they knew it was their fault. He adamantly refused to help me further. I asked for the manager Alex but was told he was out shopping. Terrible experience terrible customer service unwilling to fix problem they created. We were lucky to have driven by this place. We had a rental car (from fox rentals which I would not recommend) driving from the Grand Canyon to Las Vegas. We noticed our two front tires had steal belts showing with zero tread left. Very dangerous. Fox rentals told us to try to drive and make it to Vegas. My 1998 Fleetwood Discovery needed new shocks on the front during our 3,000 mile trek across the country. I couldn't take the bouncing any longer and called Best Tire Pros to see if they could get me in. They said they could change them immediately. We were on our way to the casinos in Laughlin, NV and had a long drive that day. The had me in and out with the shocks changed in less than 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable of their work. Passing through Kingman on a road trip with my fiancee we had the unfortunate opportunity to bump into the scam artist working at this joint. We stopped at the Westside Chevron to stock up on drinks, ice and snacks while the car was fueling up. When I walked out of the Convenience store I was approached by a man in a mechanics outfit who asked: "Is that your car over there" (pointing in the direction of our vehicle)... I said "Yeah." The mechanic said "Looks like your front passenger tire is low on air... pull on over to our place and we'll check it out for you.". This had scam written all over it... I looked at the tires... everything looked fine. We loaded up the car and drove out of the parking lot while giving the mechanic a 'knowing look'. As we drove off I watched in the mirror as the mechanic walked back over to the convenience store and took his position by the door... waiting for the next potential victim. We stopped at the next gas station down the road, bought an air pressure gauge and verified that the tires were fine. Super nice. Super helpful. Unlike the other reviewers we sought this place out to get a blown tire replaced (blown on the I-40 east in a giant pothole). The tire was a little pricey but they gave us a discount on the labor. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and they even checked the pressure in the other tires and filled them up for no extra charge. And...double plus...they were open on SUNDAY!
