Thank you so much for the 10/10 service! I had a flat tire on a roadtrip back home and what was a stressful situation was quickly turned around by the amazing service at this establishment! Not only that but we forgot our bolts and the owner drove and brought them to us before we were too far away! thank you so much again for the saving our lives! Anna read more

Best Tire is the BEST!! They saved our day! We got a flat tire after hitting a pothole on the highway early Sunday Morning and they were open and able to help us! The gentleman we talked to from the side of road waited for us to arrive - he and the entire Best Tire team were kind, honest, and got us all fixed so we could safely head back to Phoenix. Thank you!! read more

If you're gonna have a sale, than actually have a sale! Went to four tire shops and they were all cheaper, for the same tire. The front desk guy was very friendly read more

Best Tire - Metal in our tired that they took out and they were luckily able to patch our tire - Auto Repair Near Me - Kingman, Arizona

These guys rock! Heading home from California to East Texas, we got a flat on the highway going East towards Kingman, AZ. We were able to get off the road and into a nearby gas station. We called Best Tire and they were open (it was 4:30pm). I was able to put Fix-A-Flat in the tire and get it aired up enough to make our way to their shop. They had our car jacked up and the tire repair underway in no time. The value of the service provided was second-to-none. Thank you, Best Tire read more

No not the best tire shop that's a lie I went in for something simple , just needed air in my tire and wanted to see if I can get a quick check He said he would be with me and I was ignored for 15 minutes another man came ignored for 8 minutes We both left and said there are other places They are not nice Blonde lady ignored us , old man ignored us , maybe it's because they're white and rude idk read more

Christian people that are not gonna rip you off and they will treat you right. Not gonna misdiagnosed just to make money.

What appears to be a father and daughter team are the BEST! They were so helpful and considerate. Unfortunately the car I rented has special and very rare tires, especially for the area we are in. They offered us the use of their waiting room and rest rooms while we waited for our rental to be swapped out. 5 Stars all the way!! read more

When it comes to mechanic shops, these guys are great. Both my husband and I take our vehicles there. They always explain and show you what is wrong and will tell you what your options are. Being a woman, I am very skeptical when it comes to car mechanic shops as I have had other shops try to pull the wool over my eyes. But not these guys. They are honest and straightforward. They do good work. read more

Awesome service open on Sunday, right price, lots of workers working not just sitting around!

Just the fact that they were open Sunday was enough for me to appreciate the place. I was driving cross country from CA to OH and got a flat on Saturday at 4 right when all the shops were closing so they were all saying "no problem we can get you in Monday". Wasn't trying to delay my trip like that. Anyway I pulled in the parking lot and was immediately greeted before even getting to the door asking what I needed help with. They inspected my flat tire ensuring it was safe to patch (popped the bead and looked inside), patched then remounted for me. All in 30 minutes, couldn't be happier. Thanks for getting me back on the road so quick! read more

I came in with my 98 Tacoma they had a flat a non fixable flat and I hunted around for the proper tire size that would match the others these guys were the only ones in town that had them in stock as if that wasn't enough they went the extra mile because they determined that my springs weren't safe best service very comfortable waiting area very nice people I highly recommend special mention for Hal read more

absolute SCAM . They are not friendly OR accommodating with out of state customers who need help , they will take advantage of the fact you are from out of state and NEED help . Me and my husband were forced to purchase tires because they refused to do a simple patch job on one tire that I have gotten down before plenty of times. The man that helped us told us the tires would only cost about $860 and after 3 months it would be roughly $890 , months later the company financing the tires tell us we owe $1,800 and is said in a contract we supposedly signed for but never received !? We read whatever we signed throughly due to the sketchiness of everything they were doing because they gave us no choice or else we'd be stranded thousand of miles from home ! Yet we still somehow got tricked ! A complete disgusting display of service we have ever experienced. Do not recommend go somewhere else please read more

The service was the worst. They have no care in the world and charge people what ever they see fit. They wanted 150 to remove 4 tires off rims. And wanted the tires to keep. 150 just to remove, not remove and put others on. They are disrespectful as hell and I would nit send anyone to this company ever. They look and act like dope fiends scamming people to add extra cash in their pockets read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I lost 21/2 weeks while they jerked me around. They have a guy in town that makes axles . I left their shop the same way I can in on 3 wheels. From what I can tell they are great at fixing flat tires. Leave the mechanical issues to a better trained staff that actually know how to use the internet to do research for parts. Overall a terrible experience!!! I had to stay in the parking lot with my trailer because the homeless people in the neighborhood stole my stuff that was outside the trailer read more

I've been in the market for new tires for months now. I had the privilege of working with Alex the owner and he was absolutely amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable and honest. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was such a pleasant experience, I will forever bring my business and referrals here. read more

Great service and great prices ! Quick service too Thank you so much bold delivery guy lol !!

Stopped in here on Friday because I had a bad tire and needed ONE used one til I could get back to my usual tire place that I trust and I was on limited time taking my mother to her flight and told them beforehand!! By the time I left they had me rang up for four because the owner said he wouldn't sell just one it was the whole set. Ok. Now I have three kumho brand and a Hancook two different brands there hmmm the hancook went flat the next day I had taken it back and asked for my tire pressure plugs back that I noticed were missing while trying to air up the tire they just put on the day before. I received 2/4 plugs anyway they checked the tire for leaks and allegedly found no leaks, now I'm driving home (an hour away) and pressure is coming out of said tire! I have an out of state tag maybe they thought I was going to be long gone who knows but it says that their busy times are around noon which is about the time I was there and not a single customer there. I see why! If you're a woman and you want pushed around by a tire place come here they'll tell you what your getting done whether you like it or not! read more

We pulled up to the gas station next door to fill up and realized that our tires were VERY worn down. We got in here right away. We got two new tires and they had the ones we wanted in stock and changed them in under 20 minutes. Not only that, but everyone working here is very nice and professional. We highly recommend this tire shop. read more

Went out of their way to let me know that tires were in need of assistance and told us after fueling to pull over and they would look at it. Johnny helped us and informed me of my situation when I had purchased bad tires in California. Upsetting, yes, but thankful for the crew to helping me and my family be safe and get back on the road in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place and staff. Thank you again for preventing what could have been an extremely dangerous situation. read more

Second time was worse than the first. Again no social distancing and no wearing of masks from anyone. Got railroaded and lied to. Michael not trained well and lied multiple times first he put more air in my tire then needed. My tires suppose to be max of 35 Michael put 45. In addition they first said they did not have the tools to fix my sensor they he said they could fix but I would have to pay for it even though they knew it was their fault. He adamantly refused to help me further. I asked for the manager Alex but was told he was out shopping. Terrible experience terrible customer service unwilling to fix problem they created. No masks no social distance. I doubt Alex was even told about the problem or was given my phone number. read more

Best customer service I have ever had at any tire store period. I had a blow-out coming home from Las Vegas and they got me into the tires I needed and back on the road to go home to Phoenix in 20 minutes! Didn't try to sell us things we did not need. But the best part was they did not make me feel like the idiot I was for letting my existing tires get into such bad condition; especially before a road trip. Ricky and the other staff were just awesome. read more

Best Tire - Thank you to these tire pros! - Auto Repair Near Me - Kingman, Arizona

Couldn't have been better. Prompt , friendly service at a good price. My Post the review now

Totally took advantage of my tire dilemma. Charged me twice as much as what I paid the day before. Then they tried to sell me new gas shocks. I thought that was crazy. I have now had them checked in a city and there is nothing wrong with them. And they kept the hubcaps off my trailer. I am just disgusted with this behavior. read more

I just want to say Thank You Nick! for taking such great care of our renters. We have a RV rental business and our renters had a tire start to separate on a Holiday weekend at 4:30 on a Saturday and you got them in and on their way. You are my hero! Vegas RV Adventures read more

We were lucky to have driven by this place. We had a rental car (from fox rentals which I would not recommend) driving from the Grand Canyon to Las Vegas. We noticed our two front tires had steal belts showing with zero tread left. Very dangerous. Fox rentals told us to try to drive and make it to Vegas. Luckily we found best tires and the were beyond helpful. They got us in and out in time to make our flight in Vegas and went above and beyond by speaking with the car rental agency so that we could get the tires paid for. Dave was the main gentleman helping us and he really saved us. Thank you. read more

We were on a road trip when one of our tires lost some rubber. We limped in to Best Tire and they gave us a very reasonable, despite our circumstances. Understanding we had further to go, they checked our other tires and pointed out some other serious wear and rear. They had the job done...4 tires plus balancing...in less than 30 minutes. Thanks guys! read more

My 1998 Fleetwood Discovery needed new shocks on the front during our 3,000 mile trek across the country. I couldn't take the bouncing any longer and called Best Tire Pros to see if they could get me in. They said they could change them immediately. We were on our way to the casinos in Laughlin, NV and had a long drive that day. The had me in and out with the shocks changed in less than 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable of their work. The difference in the RV could be felt immediately in the parking lot. This is a very helpful crew and their price was fair. I highly recommend this place to fellow RV'ers in the area that may need tires, shocks or any other work they may provide. read more

Best Tire - Best Tire Pros, Wingman, AZ. - Auto Repair Near Me - Kingman, Arizona

Passing through Kingman on a road trip with my fiancee we had the unfortunate opportunity to bump into the scam artist working at this joint. We stopped at the Westside Chevron to stock up on drinks, ice and snacks while the car was fueling up. When I walked out of the Convenience store I was approached by a man in a mechanics outfit who asked: "Is that your car over there" (pointing in the direction of our vehicle)... I said "Yeah." The mechanic said "Looks like your front passenger tire is low on air... pull on over to our place and we'll check it out for you.". This had scam written all over it... I looked at the tires... everything looked fine. We loaded up the car and drove out of the parking lot while giving the mechanic a 'knowing look'. As we drove off I watched in the mirror as the mechanic walked back over to the convenience store and took his position by the door... waiting for the next potential victim. We stopped at the next gas station down the road, bought an air pressure gauge and verified that the tires were fine. This place is like many other in these small towns, trying to make an extra buck by scamming people in a desperate situation. read more

I came in as they were closing their doors and they didnt hesitate to put 6 new tires on my truck. Great price too thanks Alex

Super nice. Super helpful. Unlike the other reviewers we sought this place out to get a blown tire replaced (blown on the I-40 east in a giant pothole). The tire was a little pricey but they gave us a discount on the labor. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and they even checked the pressure in the other tires and filled them up for no extra charge. And...double plus...they were open on SUNDAY! Definitely a life saver if you're crunched for time! read more

On our way to Grand Canyon, half way between Boulder City and Kingman at 5pm we blew a tire on our single axle travel trailer, rim is bent. I called AAA found out did not have rv coverage. First place I called in Kingman 40miles away was Best Tire Pros. Ricky and Nick came to our rescue. Nick drove out the 40 miles changed to the spare then followed us to Kingman where we bought all new tires and rims upgraded to bigger tires. They stayed 2 hours past closing. Can't thank them enough 5 star service. read more

When I drove into the Shell station next door, Johnny pointed out that the front tires on my RV were not safe to drive on. I had been planning on replacing them when I got home, but still had 500 miles to go. But, they were not in good shape. He took me next door to Best Tire Pros, and Alex gave me a great deal on two new tires. They had me out the door and on my way to Sedona in 30 minutes. I felt much safer on the new tires, and was happy they convinced to replace the old ones. read more

When businesses quote a price, honor that price and then provide friendly and quick service, that business deserves a 5 star rating. Ricky was very helpful, extremely polite and my tire repair was done quicker than I expected.
