Hey, I got an idea, if you want return business ..... Don't steal/lose my air compressor and air down kit out of my jeep ($350.00) or maybe don't break my steering stabilizer ($200.00 fixed myself) while working on my tires. Oh and maybe put the oil filter on correctly so I don't leak oil all over my driveway and garage. For the love of god it was only an oil change. and oh yes, do not expect phone call when they are done ... It won't come. Complete incompetence. They did manage to get my BF Goodrich all terrains on the vehicle.... ($1400.00) ouch, Small miracles. Other than that .... Great Job! Won't be going back here. read more

Ask to have my tires rotated and aligned. They told me my rack and pinion needs to be replaced, costing me $1,500. Every one i talked to said the rack and pinion should not go bad on a truck with less than 100,000 miles. When i got my truck back the wheel fell off on Stockton Hill, conceivably putting my life in danger. Got it towed back. Picked it up the next day and there were no brakes. Took it back and they bled the brake lines. Picked it up again and the steering wheel kept getting stuck on something. Took it back and they said it will go away. Took it to another tire place and they said the steering wheel was getting entangled with the power steering lines. read more

Do not waste your time and stop here, waited 1 hour and a half for a tire patch bays were empty Most employees inside doing nothing when I asked for my keys back after going to buy a fix a flat. Told them I was Just going to fix a flat and head on the road to Vegas didn't try to not encourage that just gave keys back. I was reading through the reviews and was so surprised to read the negative ones. I live in California but I have all my "car" work done here at this Big O. Last October I priced new tires I needed to buy. I live in California. Then I thought about Kingman since I often travel there to see my sisters so I priced the same tires and found they were $500 cheaper! That's a big difference! So they installed my new tires last October and I haven't had a problem! Now, I need an oil change and am taking it to them Friday to get it there where they will also rotate my tires for free. My experience with them has been nothing but positive and comfortable. I spend a lot of time in my car driving (due to the fact I am a real estate appraiser) and I know I'm in good hands when they take care of my vehicle. In 2017 I purchased a set of Aspen Touring tires on sale, based upon their 50k tread life warranty. At the times of purchase, I was out the door for @ $400. Shortly thereafter, I picked up a nail. I went back in to see about a warranty repair & was informed that I didn't purchase the warranty. I told then that it wasn't offered so I thought it was included. They checked their paperwork ; sure enough, I hadn't declined it as it hadn't been offered. So I bought the warranty for @ the price of a tire. I got that one swapped out. 3 years later I'm down to the wear bars at 31k miles on a 50k mile tires. I went back in with the problem. I was told that I didnt have them rotated so the mileage warranty was void. I told them that I do my own rotation because it was faster than coming into town & waiting. They said it had to be documented. I asked if that was in writing in the warranty. They read & read: Nope. Not there. So then they offered to prorate the tires based on a warranty that they didn't want to honor. However, the prorated on the sales price from 2017 & applied that toward the FULL price in 2020 & wanted to charge me $26 & change per tire to mount & balance, which put their "warranty adjustment" within $2 of what I paid new, as I recall. Nope. Thumbs down on these tires Thumbs down on their prices Thumbs down on their honesty Thumbs down on their mileage warranty Thumbs down on charging the customer for mounting & balancing warranty adjustment tires that they sold that went to crap. Our Tesla got flat tire, we went to big o hope they can help us get back to the road. These guys are so friendly and helpful. Had a flat on the highway, threw the spare on and hobbled my way over to this shop. The tire went flat because a previous plug failed, and the gentleman here (should've got your name sir!) He offered to put a stronger patch from the inside. I was concerned about the distance I had to travel and requested a brand new tire instead. The gentleman insisted that this patch would hold better than the plug, and to not waste my money on the new tire. About 1200 miles later, the patch holds and have no doubt it will continue to hold. If I was local this would be my go-to shop! read more

Never visit this Big O. Never checked my manual trans fluid. Returned after my manual trans started making noise. While there had a second oil change. Filled trans with wrong oil and my motor oil was 2 quarts low. Spoke to Codie the manager and was told that they are not an oil change shop. That they get it right 95 % of the time. I have been offered to have trans drained and filled with correct oil. I am not willing to take a chance with 95%. I will be receiving my money back and any future problems with my trans as a result of their work will be pursued. Also, minor in comparison to above grease on steering wheel and never protected seats or carpets. read more

Rude condescending worker. I had an appointment for an alignment at 11:00am I arrived at 10:55am and I obviously parked my truck in the row labeled alignment, which was open, then as I'm exchanging information in the office an employee comes in and starts lecturing me about not reading signs about parking, with other customers present, they proceeded to call me "Boss" move your truck? They need training on customer service or they need to keep the tire changers out of the office. Big O you lost a customer today Boss! read more

We have a 1996 gmc dually. Back right passenger tire was flat. We brought it in, they changed the wrong tire. Tried to send us out with a flat, when my husband called them on it they said the new guy did it. I'm starving and stuck waiting even longer and they did not catch their own mistake. Don't come here. If you are desperate and have to specify that the new guy cannot work on your car and do not trust they did it right. So disappointed by our experience. read more

After driving to Kingman, AZ from Albuquerque, NM, we discovered we had a flat. Good thing we got to the hotel when I noticed one of my tires had a puncture. I went to the auto shop right next door. Unfortunately, they don't fix flats, but they told me where the nearest tire shop was, which was this shop. So I put on my spare and drove there. There were a few people in there, but they assured me they could get the tires fixed within the hour knowing I was from out of state and would be heading back on the road the following day. They were friendly and took care of my issue and quoted me a very affordable price (coming from California where a fix like this would cost me WAY more than what I paid here). At first I was worried about the workmanship, but after a few hours on the road on the fixed flat, I was going my usual speed feeling more and more confident about the job. 12 hours later, I was home safe and sound. All thanks to these guys here. You guys (and lady) are lifesavers! Thank you from my family to yours. read more

Cut my tire on a rock while off roading. I got in and had a person ahead of me so they got to me in good time. They fixed my tire, remounted it and put the spare away and did not charge me a cent. I tipped the mechanic and that was all. After I was done I went inside and got an estimate on a new set of tires and the estimate is great. I showed up for my confirmed tire install appointment yesterday. I was shown a bid for a completely different tires then I asked for. And it was a few hundred more due to current promotions not valid anymore. We asked about the tires not being what we ordered. Was told they wernt in stock. I asked you guys couldn't order them? There was a few days before my appointment when booked online. He forgot completely. Then the back up set he wanted to sell me wasn't even in stock either. He called another store no luck lhc. So I asked him why would you confirm the appointment, if you had nothing. And not cancel it if the tires are not even here. We drove a long distance for nothing but to get turned away. I say shity customer service and a person who doesn't know how to do his job right. Now I'm still driving on unsafe tires. I will be spending our money at another tire shop from now on. read more

After a terrible day dealing with a rental car blowout on the highway, the boys at Big O Tires were the only good part of our day. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest and compassionate towards our predicament. They helped us pick out an affordable tire and quickly replaced the old with the new. They even went as far as to check out the other tires and pressure on the donut we drove in on (which btw was too low). Then they wrote out a formal document showing the possible safety concerns of the car, so we could show the rental company. I didn't get all the names of the staff but thank you Michael Asper and the other friendly boys in the shop today! Had an alignment done, the mechanic was nice enough to explain the work and the price was fair!

These guys at the Kingman location are great. I thought I had an issue with my brake squealing, but they were able to fix it by cleaning the them. I have used them in the past for alignments on various vehicles and have always been happy with the work and price. I recommend them for any routine maintenance or services. read more

I really like to give good reviews. Only telling you what happened. I'm 72. I've owned possibly 200 cars. I bought 4 new tires at Discount Tires as they were $80 less than Big O. For my cute little beater Dodge Neon. I went to Big O for an oil change and alignment. They told me bring it in at 8. I got there at 8:30, was told it would be 2 hours. They gave me a ride home, a superb favor, with a very nice person. At 12:30 my car was not done. But they told me I needed a new oil cap, $15. Then they told me the alignment would not do, I needed a bolt, over $100. People... NO. Now I see why they were low on other services. I'll never go back there. Total disregard for my time, and a lot of nonsense about extra charges. I was going to take car away and get the alignment somewhere else, but then they said, No, no, we will do the alignment. See, People? This is not a wholesome way to do business. read more

Cody and Frank are amazing! Got a Flat tire in Kingman on our way home from Vegas... Last month I purchased two new tires and a warranty from another Big O Tires near My home so i immediately called the closest Big O Tires for help. Unfortunately Cody could not verify my warranty because the Big O by my house had no record of my $400 purchase last month. HOWEVER inspite of having no documentation Frank came to our rescue and provided AMAZING service!! Came to the shopping center where we were stranded, took the tire, fixed it, and had it back on within an hour. Thank you for your professional, fantastic, and speedy service from start to finish! This location is fantastic. I would give them my business if I lived closer, but I will spread the word of their great service AND I'm calling corporate and writing the BBB. The service they provided was a blessing. But the Big O tires by my house is not going to get the same review, I'm headed there first thing in the morning. read more

They sold my car dealer 4 new tires, one of which was out of round. I took the car to big o kingman and they said they replaced the tire, but the "new" tire was flat in one hour. They made me wait for 2 hours to get service so by the time I made it home with my now flat tire they were closed. Incompetence vs. scammers? I don't know. read more
