    Cruising through Zion National Park!

    10/10 recommend renting an RV or campervan from Blacksford! We rented the Winnebago Solis for a road trip through the southwest from their Vegas location. The pickup process was seamless. They even picked us up to the airport to drive us to the pickup spot! The staff is super friendly, and you're even able to text them throughout your trip if you have any questions. The van was equipped with everything we needed, down to the last detail (including all kitchen utensils, cookware, pillow, sheets and blankets!). It was an amazing trip!

    Loved my experienced with Blacksford! Incredibly friendly staff who took the time to thoroughly walk us through the ins and outs of using the van to its full capacity. My dad, sister and I set out on a 4 day trip in the Winnebago Solis van - it was a dream come true to be road-trip across the Utah and Arizona border in a sprinter van! The van was fully equipped and made the long stretches of driving comfortable and enjoyable. Once at our campsites, we were able to set up quickly and enjoy a good night's sleep. All in all, Grade A experience and highly recommend!

It was just before noon on the weekend so service was getting ready to close. Victor came out with a jump box and got my house batteries and chassis battery powered up. Then it wouldn't crank. Tried everything and nothing. So I scheduled a mobile mechanic and he couldnt be there until Monday. So after several hours of tracing, testing and looking up a solution on every forum I could find, I asked a salesman (Brandon) if he might know anything. Without hesitation he came out, looked at the problem, found a website with a fuse diagram and found the problem- a $6.99 fuse!!! Once again the staff stepped up and saved me hundreds of dollars from not having a mobile mechanic come out. Brandon took his time and within 30 minutes the problem was solved and it fired right up! He even said afterwards "hey that was fun!" Again, this is my 2nd RV I've purchased from JWRV and if I ever outgrow this one theres only one place I'll buy my next one! The staff is unbeatable!     We took our RV into be sold by LVPAS and they did sell the RV in just under 90 days. I got a call…read morefrom the owner saying he had a solid offer on the RV, but the offer was just over our agreed upon net price, which meant they wouldn't make much on the deal so he asked me if we would take a lower price. We agreed so long as it was the offer he stated to us. When we got the paperwork after the sale went through, I saw that the buyers offer was considerably higher than stated on the phone, not to mention that the sales contract had been signed a week prior to the phone call. As a result, we received a check from LVPAS that was substantially less than what we had originally agreed upon. I attempted to contact the owner via Certified Mail, but he didn't respond. In MY OPINION: I would never do business with LVPAS again as they cheated me out of a substantial amount of money. I believe this was fraudulent and done so on purpose.

I didn't want to believe the countless negative reviews from others and was suckered into the friendliness from Kelly. Kelly seemed very friendly but the reality is that he lied not just once, but really took advantage of me, telling me lie after lie. I now dished out 15 thousand for an RV I can basically throw away or pay $9000 to get fixed. I addressed this issue to the owner Mr. Schwarz and he literally told me to get lost and hung up the phone. THINGS TO BE AWARE OF: I was introduced to an independent mechanic who confirmed that the RV was in great condition. Truth of it is, the tow truck driver and the mechanic both said within minutes, that they had rarely seen anything so bad! Once the mechanic took a deeper look, I was give a huge list of major items that needed to be fixed. I was told automatic leveling works great, when in fact everything had been built out, it didn't even exist! The fuel pump and the fuel filter were changed literally right before the sale. The reason for that was the fuel tank is a giant rust pot. I was told that any mechanic would know that replacing a fuel pump and filter would not be the solution to fixing a rust filled tank and that it was clear this was just a quick fix to make the sale and get the RV off the parking lot. In fact as I met the mechanic he was in the exact position where the fuel pump is located. So I can only assume that was what he was doing. The list goes on and is not important in this review. What is important however is to understand that they are perfectly willing to lie right into your face to make a sale. Then when you have an issue they simply hang up the phone and tell you to go elsewhere, put nicely. Therefore I wouldn't even risk it. Does that mean every RV will have an issue? No obviously not, but it does indicate that if you have any issues within 45 minutes of driving your new RV that they are willing to ignore and leave you with a repair bill of $9000! IT'S SIMPLY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Read the other reviews from people who have issues, as that clearly confirms the same issues I'm having.

CJ made such a great first impression by actually treating us with respect and making us feel welcome after I started the conversation by letting him know I was a Newby and just wanted an education on travel trailers. CJ took us out on the lot and answered all our questions and suggested things to guide us in the right direction. When my wife and I got home after visiting other RV dealers and after giving it some thought we decided that we would go with Johnny Walker RV. We never expected that not only CJ would make us feel like family but all the other staff members did as well. Huge thank you to all at Johnny Walker RV for making our purchase a wonderful experience.

From the looks of the traffic not all 25 were engaged in transactions that communication could not have been shared between sales people or sales managers. Very disappointed. Excuse went on that I should have paid 1K holding fee while I was checking these purchase details. Seemed to be an example of when a company makes money regardless of good service just from being around for a long time. Since I have found there is great competition especially if a short drive to surrounding states is in your ability. Good luck and good RVng.

We took it on a cross country trip…read moreand discovered this brand new RV had a broken generator, a broken bunk system, the outdoor fridge was broken, 7 other minor things reported, and there was a demon in the furnace that when we turned it on, would stay on until everyone in the RV perished from heat exhaustion. We took it back to get all of these things repaired on our brand new RV. Not once, not twice, three times. Every single time they kept our RV for months then returned it with nothing fixed. I can not tell you the frustration of being in the middle of no where in the middle of the night to find out your furnace is broken for the fourth time, and then have to endure sitting in 95 degree temps in the middle of the winter all night long- for the FOURTH time. We tried to take it back a forth time and despite it being under warranty the first three times we reported these issues, they claim it's no longer under warranty and we must pay them to take it back and attempt to fix it for the forth time. We will not be purchasing from this RV center again and do not recommend purchasing through them, or using their service center. **Edited for response update** Nevada Lemon Law Nevada's Lemon Law (NRS Chapter 597) covers you if: The defect was reported during the warranty period The dealer made 3 or more repair attempts for the same issue without fixing it, OR The vehicle was out of service for 30+ cumulative days for repairs We experienced all three qualifications. We should have just returned this thing, we only asked they fix the issues we reported multiple times, and they are still fighting with us on this. You all have your answers here. If you are also a victim of this company contact the Nevada Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division at 702-486-3132.
