It was agreed with the current manager Louis that we would be leaving our trailer with them until we could get a skid steer from another local dealer. Louis said it would be no problem even though the wait could be a year plus. In any case, during this past year, Louis (who was amazing and was the reason why we were repeat customers because of his knowledge and kindness) was replaced with Bryce. We told Trailer Source that we would be coming in July to take our trailer to Long Beach port July 2023 because we finally got our machine. When we went to Trailer Source, our trailer was dirty and so we asked Bryce to wash it down before our transporter came in case Matson didn't accept it with all of the dust. Bryce said they would. Our transporter was running late, so we left for Long Beach before he picked up our trailer. He didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for their mistake. We even had to call a Trailer Source in Utah to get dimensions of the ramps in order to get a quote for shipping. They could not even do that for us. We will not be purchasing trailers from Trailer Source Nevada ever again. This is a company that does not take responsibility for their own shortcomings and instead tries to put the blame on others. read more

When going to businesses like hardware stores, auto parts stores, dealerships, I have come to expect to be ignored or talked down to, as I am female and that's usually what happens. That was not the case here. Justin was very approachable and helpful. I had done a lot of my own research as to what trailer I wanted, but still had a few questions about the specific ones Trailer Source offered. I came in to buy a 14' utility trailer for my RZR. After calling several places, these guys had the best prices by far. I wanted to be out of there in 45 minutes or less, and these guys delivered. I showed up, looked at the trailer, we got the paperwork and payment done, and I was out the door in 15 minutes from the time I arrived. I was very impressed. I got the trailer home and immediately backed into my house breaking the lenses on the passenger side light (whoops). When I went in 2 days later to ask if they sold replacement lenses, they gave them to me on the house! I wish more places conducted business the way these guys do. read more

My experience is from the end of March 2021 with the Nevada store and I waited before posting this review so it would be done constructively. First I understand there's currently low inventory and high demand for several of the trailer sizes and configurations. Leaving three voice messages and several text messages never got me a call back,. Seems they aren't able or willing to call or respond to requests for trailers they were advertising via Facebook or their website. Might be best if they temporarily suspend advertising those trailers for sale until they actually have a firm delivery date from the manufacturer. I was able to speak to a gentlemen in the North Utah store who was helpful , but not able to get anyone in NV to reach out. My plan is to purchase a trailer elsewhere and only using Trailer Source if necessary. Hope your experience is better. read more

First off I'm very disappointed in this place , I'm a contractor out here in Las Vegas , I finally been able to save some money and purchase a trailer . I work outside for a living and I work everyday but I've had my eye on a trailer at this trailer source for months . It rained and I got off early so I drove nearly 45 min across town to check it out and brought some cash with me ! Go there and it was sprinkling outside, but does that stop a company who is there to sale to the public ?? So I go there first off it's a dumb, the location, the setup , and including Steve . So this so called GM Steve who my wife called because she was so upset when I told her what happened when I got home . I go there and say hey I would like to buy your trailer outside . He said okay let's go . He gave me the price I gave him a lower price , now this is what a do for a living I sale, so of course I'm going to negotiate. He said well it's going to be this price after the title and so on , I say okay can you do this price cash . He simply looked at me in disgust , and said our time here is done . And walked away . I've never felt so disrespected in my life ! I can't stand this guy I've tried to call and talk to the owner but he answers every time . So you know what here I go DONT GO TO TRAILER SOURCE! I don't care if i gave him a crazy price lower then what he told me , you don't do that you discuss options . I could have easily paid what he told me, but I want a good deal! Pete shortly responded that he had what we were looking at a great price, along with a few other choices for us to consider. When we arrived we spoke with Steve, who informed us Pete had delivered the trailer we inquired about in anticipation of our arrival. do not purchase from this place!!! their has been multiple people who have purchased trailers from these guys and turn around and had them stolen within days of purchasing. they ask for your address and license upon purchasing so they can come and steal the trailer back. read more
